Flat Fee B2B Data

What it does

Flat fee B2B data means one monthly price for the whole database. You pay $499 a month on the Pro plan and run as many searches, enrichments and lookups as your work needs. Nothing is metered per row, so a heavy month costs the same as a quiet one.

Credit plans work the other way. Each email, phone or export row draws down a balance, and a busy month means a top-up or an overage invoice. Flat pricing removes that arithmetic, which matters most when an agent or a script makes the calls and nobody is watching the meter.

"Unlimited" here has edges, and we state them. A fair-use line applies, exports have row ceilings, and the free plan is 1,000 records one-off. The Limits section lists every one.

The data is the same on both plans: 693M people (366M with an email, 166M with a phone number) and 63M companies, refreshed monthly.

How you use it

In the app

The Exports page at app.leadocean.io has a filter builder, a column picker with presets and the record price before you start. Pick filters, pick columns, then download a CSV. The app has no sequencer, dialer, CRM or Chrome extension. It exports data and nothing more.

Each person returned is one record, and on Pro that record has no price. Page through results with meta.nextCursor. To size a list first, add count=true as a query parameter with limit 1. The call is free and meta.total is capped at 100,000.

Pricing

Free is 1,000 records, one-off, no card. Pro is $499 a month, flat. Both get the same API and MCP server, and Free keys get both search and enrich scopes.

Pro has no credits, no per-record price and no overage invoice. Past the fair-use line, a very large month is paced down to one request a minute until the reset. It is not cut off. If you need more headroom, email support. Full details are on the pricing page.

Limits

• Fair use. Very large months are paced to one request a minute until the reset.
• Rate limit. 100 requests per second per key, on every plan.
• Exports. 50,000 rows per request, 500,000 rows per day and 10,000,000 rows per period.
• Search. 100 rows per page. meta.total is capped at 100,000.
• Company people. GET /v1/companies/{domain}/people stops at 10,000 rows.
• Bounces. No refund or credit-back for bounced emails. Read email_status before you send.
• Refresh. The dataset is refreshed monthly, and each record carries its own fetched_at date.
• Free plan. 1,000 records, one-off. It is not a monthly allowance.
