1. Call leadocean_list_enum_values for industry and confirm the
   exact string for manufacturing.
2. Call leadocean_count_leads with seniority founder, that industry
   and country US.
3. Tell me the count, the filters you used and the company sizes.
4. Do not call leadocean_search_leads until I say go.

What it resolves to

Industry values are exact strings, which is why step 1 looks them up. "Manufacturing" is the broad value. Narrower strings such as Machinery Manufacturing or Plastics Manufacturing exist and are counted separately.

Mailable means verified, catch_all_valid or catch_all, the count_leads default. The count is free. The size breakdown shows 3,905 at companies with 1-10 employees and 2,728 at 11-50, so add employeeRange before you write copy. A founder at a 5-person job shop and a founder at a 1,000-person plant need different messages. The 13,771 is a floor for the industry, not a ceiling, because founders filed under narrower manufacturing strings are not in it.
