2. Call leadocean_count_leads with title Procurement Manager,
   jobLevel Manager and that industry.
3. Tell me the count, the filters you used and the top five countries.
4. Do not call leadocean_search_leads until I say go.

Industry values are exact strings, which is why step 1 looks them up. "Manufacturing" is the broad value. Narrower strings such as Machinery Manufacturing or Metalworking Machinery Manufacturing are counted separately.
