A B2B data provider for Brazil sells business contacts and company records located in Brazil, deep enough in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Belo Horizonte to build a real list. Sales teams, agencies and data engineers who sell into Brazil need one. Most global vendors do not say how much of Brazil they hold.
Lusha prints a Brazil contact count on its data page, and People Data Labs prints Brazil profile counts. ZoomInfo prints one figure for all of South America, and Apollo prints none. The two Brazilian tools, Speedio and Econodata, are built around Brazilian company lists, and Speedio prices in reais.
This page ranks seven providers on Brazil coverage alone, with list prices checked in September 2026. Read each global rival on its own page: Lusha, ZoomInfo, Apollo and People Data Labs. Also see best B2B databases, best B2B data providers for the UK and best B2B data providers.
TL;DR
| Tool | Best for | Starting price | Cost at 1M records a month |

| Lusha | The largest published Brazil contact count | Free (40 credits a month). Starter $49.90 a month ($37.45 billed yearly) | No public 1M price. Top public tier is $977.40 a month for 10,000 credits |

| Econodata | Brazilian company records with local tax fields, plus an API | Not published on the pages we could read | No 1M price on the pages we could read |
| ZoomInfo | Teams that want published South America mobile numbers | GTM AI pay as you go from $20. Free 1,000 data credits | No public 1M price. Public slider stops at 100,000 credits for $25,000 |
| Apollo | Reps who also need sequences and a dialer | Free (75 credits a month). Basic $65 per seat a month ($49 billed yearly) | $24,750 a month on monthly billing ($19,600 a month equivalent billed yearly) |
| People Data Labs | Licensed datasets with Brazil counts | Free (up to 100 credits a month). Pro $98 a month for 350 credits ($78 billed yearly) | No public 1M price. Volume above 100,000 records is an Enterprise quote |
"1M records" means 1M work-email lookups that return a result, at list price. Speedio sells company exports, not email lookups, so its row is a plan limit, not a 1M price.
What we evaluated
- Published Brazil coverage: a figure for Brazil, or for the region around it, with a source we can link.
- Free coverage test: whether you can size a Brazilian audience, or test your own list, before you pay.
- Email and phone depth: whether the figure counts contacts with a usable email or only profiles.
- API and MCP: whether an agent or script can pull Brazilian records directly.
- Price at volume: flat, credits, seats, reais or quote, and the cost of 1M records.
We ran our own count on LeadOcean. We did not run any query on the rivals, so we print no hit rates for them. Vendor figures are vendor claims, and each vendor counts "contacts" its own way.
How to run the coverage test
Take 25 contacts you really sell to in Brazil, split across São Paulo and two other cities. Use your own list, not ours. Run them through each free tier below and count how many return a work email. Do the same for phones.
Try titles in both languages, such as Diretor Comercial and Sales Director, because a title filter that only knows English can hide real matches. Free tiers are enough for this: Lusha Free gives 40 credits a month, Apollo Free 75, ZoomInfo GTM AI 1,000 data credits and LeadOcean 1,000 records for life.
1. LeadOcean: best for API and agent buyers
LeadOcean holds 693M people and 67M companies. It has a country filter with 254 codes, where the country is the one the person is in. We ran count_leads on 2026-10-01, which spends no records. Brazil returns 34,042,585 people across all email statuses.
Of those, 8,979,263 have an email of any status and 2,896,383 have a verified or catch-all email, the mailable count. 645,551 people in Brazil have a phone number. 96,672 mailable people are C-Team, 618,314 mailable people are in São Paulo, and 22,610 are VP, Director or C-Team in Sales and Business Development.
Brazil is a thin spot, and the counts show where. Mailable people are 8.5% of the Brazil total, phones are 1.9%, and 1,193,566 of the 2,896,383 mailable people work at companies of 10,001 or more staff. Only 400,153 sit at companies of 11 to 200 staff. Lusha prints a slightly larger raw figure, but counts "contacts" a different way.
curl -X POST "https://api.leadocean.io/v1/people/search?count=true&limit=1" \
-H "x-api-key: $LEADOCEAN_API_KEY" \
-H "content-type: application/json" \
-d '{"country": ["BR"], "city": ["São Paulo"], "jobLevel": ["C-Team"], "hasEmail": true}'That count is people with an email of any status, not a mailable count. Add emailStatus to narrow it. The MCP server at https://api.leadocean.io/mcp exposes 13 tools, including the free count_leads, and signs in with OAuth 2.1.
Pros
- A free, exact count for Brazil by city, seniority, industry, company size and email status.
- Agency is $497 a month flat, with 200 requests a second, 5 keys and no credit meter.
- REST and MCP on every plan, including Free.
- The dataset is refreshed monthly, and each record carries its own
fetched_atdate.
Cons
- Mostly large employers: small Brazilian firms are a minority of the mailable count.
- No CNPJ filter in the filter list, and no WhatsApp flag.
- No rep workspace, sequencer, dialer or CRM. v2 contact lookups cost a record even on a miss.
- Free is 1,000 records for life with no bulk CSV export, so a large pull needs Solo or Agency.
Best for: engineers, agencies and agents that sell into Brazil's larger companies at volume and want a fixed bill.
Pricing: Free is 1,000 records for life, no card. Solo is $97 a month, Agency $497 and Platform $1,997 (LeadOcean pricing, October 2026).
2. Lusha: best for the biggest published Brazil count

Lusha prints the largest Brazil number here: 36.6M+ contacts and 1.9M+ companies (Lusha data page, September 2026). The page counts a contact by the person's recorded location, not the employer's headquarters. It shows South America at 62.3M+ contacts, with Colombia at 6.4M+ and Argentina at 6M+.
Those are contact counts, not mailable counts, and the page does not say how many hold an email or a phone. Figures are rounded down and the page was last updated September 30, 2026. An email costs 1 credit and a phone 5 (Lusha API docs, September 2026). The MCP server has 50 tools and shares the API credit pool (Lusha MCP docs, September 2026).
Brazil coverage test. Lusha Free gives 40 credits a month, so you can look up 25 Brazilian contacts and read the hit rate yourself. Search through the API is capped at 100 requests a day on Free.
Pros
- The largest published Brazil count, with companies shown separately.
- Every plan includes an API key, Free included.
- MCP server with 50 tools.
Cons
- Credits end at a small plan: Premium tops out at 10,000 a month.
- No public 1M price, and Scale is custom.
- No published split of email and phone for Brazil.
Best for: teams that want the widest Brazil contact table and work in small batches.
Pricing: Free $0 for 40 credits a month. Starter $49.90 a month ($37.45 billed yearly). Pro $69.90 ($52.45). Premium $399.90 ($299.95) (Lusha pricing, September 2026).
3. Speedio: best for Brazilian company lists bought in reais
Speedio is a Brazilian prospecting platform. Its home page claims 25M+ active companies in Brazil, 17M+ decision-makers mapped, 20M+ phones and 17M+ emails in the tool (Speedio, September 2026). These are its own claims, and it does not say how many phones belong to companies rather than people.
You buy exports of companies, not credits per email. The plans are 300 companies a month for 1 user, 500 for 2 users and 1,000 for 3 users, with unused exports lost at month end. Once the monthly allowance is spent, access is blocked until the next month rather than billed as overage (Speedio plans, September 2026).
Brazil coverage test. Each plan has queries and exports. Queries let you check companies in the search tab before you export, so run your 25 target accounts through queries first. Speedio says its sources refresh every quarter, and a few only once a year.
Pros
- Built for Brazil, with the company counts printed on the home page.
- Prices in reais, from R$719 a month.
- No charge for onboarding or setup, per its plans page.
- A hard stop at the allowance, with no overage invoice.
Cons
- The top public plan is 1,000 companies a month, so volume work needs a custom plan.
- Quarterly, six-monthly and yearly contracts carry a 30% fee on the unpaid instalments if you cancel early.
- We found no API or MCP server on its home or plans pages.
- Data refreshes quarterly at best.
Best for: Brazilian sales teams that prospect company lists through a web app and pay in reais.
Pricing: From R$719 a month for 300 companies. R$1,079 for 500 and R$1,379 for 1,000. Custom plans on request (Speedio plans, September 2026).
4. Econodata: best for Brazilian company records with local fields
Econodata is a Brazilian B2B prospecting platform. Its site showed us a query-limit wall and pointed to its API, which it says also works as an MCP server (Econodata, September 2026). The sample response on that page carries a CNPJ, tax regime, revenue band, headcount, phone, a WhatsApp flag and decision-makers with a decision level.
It prints no plan prices or record counts on the pages we could read in September 2026, so its Brazil depth comes only from your own test.
Brazil coverage test. Use whatever free query allowance it offers and run your 25 accounts. Then call POST /companies/search on a trial key, if you get one, and compare the fields with your CRM.
Pros
- Built for Brazil, with CNPJ and tax regime fields in its API sample.
- A WhatsApp flag on the company record, which matters for outreach in Brazil.
- A REST API and an MCP server, per its own page.
Cons
- We could not read prices, free allowance or counts.
- No rate limit or credit rule is visible without an account.
- The site is in Portuguese.
Best for: Brazilian teams that need local company fields such as CNPJ and tax regime next to the contact.
Pricing: Not published on the pages we could read in September 2026. Ask Econodata for its plans and free query allowance (Econodata, September 2026).
5. ZoomInfo: best for South America mobile numbers
ZoomInfo prints no Brazil row. Its data page lists South America as one region: 2.6M+ companies, 28.7M+ contacts and 2.3M+ mobile numbers (ZoomInfo data page, September 2026). Brazil is part of that, but the page does not say how much.
Its pay-as-you-go product, GTM AI, sells data credits from $20. A credit costs $0.45 at 100 credits and $0.25 at 100,000. Search and lookup are free, and a record is charged once per 12 months (GTM AI pricing, September 2026; GTM AI docs, September 2026).
Brazil coverage test. GTM AI Free includes 1,000 data credits, no card. Because search is free, run your Brazilian filters first and spend credits only on rows you keep. ZoomInfo has an official MCP server that works with Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor (GTM AI docs, September 2026).
Pros
- A published South America figure for companies, contacts and mobiles.
- Free search, with a record charged once a year.
- Official MCP server and a free tier with API access.
Cons
- No Brazil row, so Brazil depth comes only from your own test.
- The public slider stops at 100,000 credits, so 1M is an Enterprise talk.
- Platform plan prices are not public in our read.
Best for: teams that need South America mobile numbers and accept a sales call at volume.
Pricing: GTM AI pay as you go from $20, with 1,000 free data credits at signup (GTM AI pricing, September 2026).
6. Apollo: best for reps who also need sequences and a dialer

Apollo prints no Brazil figure. Its search page says to sign up and search by region to see the accounts and contacts in your market (Apollo, September 2026). You can measure Brazil yourself, because the people search API costs 0 credits and returns a total_entries count (Apollo API docs, September 2026).
Filter with person_locations[] by country. The search shows at most 50,000 records, 100 a page. An email costs 1 credit and a phone 8, and credits are per seat (Apollo API pricing, September 2026).
Brazil coverage test. Apollo Free gives 75 credits a month and an API key. Search Brazil by country and by city, read total_entries, then spend credits on your own 25 contacts. The MCP server is at mcp.apollo.io and works on any plan (Apollo MCP docs, September 2026).
Pros
- Free, countable search with
person_locations[]. - Sequences, dialer and rep workspace in one product.
- Official MCP server on every plan, Free included.
Cons
- No published Brazil figure, so the first number comes from your own test.
- A phone costs 8 credits, and 1M emails needs about 250 seats.
- Credits expire each billing cycle and do not roll over.
Best for: sales reps who want Brazil search and outreach in one workspace.
Pricing: Basic $65 per seat a month ($49 billed yearly), Professional $99 ($79), Organization $149 ($119, three seats minimum) (Apollo pricing, September 2026).
7. People Data Labs: best for licensed datasets with Brazil counts

People Data Labs (PDL) publishes a table of records by country for its resume dataset. Brazil has 58,865,020, the third largest after the United States and India (PDL country stats, September 2026). PDL warns that the table has duplicates. Its company table lists 2,669,759 companies headquartered in Brazil (PDL company stats, September 2026).
These are profiles, not mailable contacts. Globally, 592,376,573 of 2,466,510,427 profiles carry an email, about 24% (PDL dataset stats, September 2026). Expect the Brazilian email share to be a fraction of the country total.
Brazil coverage test. PDL Free gives up to 100 credits a month, but contact data is obscured. Use it to test match rate on your 25 contacts, not emails. Person Search allows 10 requests a minute, and each record returned is one credit (PDL usage limits, September 2026).
Pros
- A country count for Brazil, for both people and companies.
- Dataset licences for your own warehouse.
- Enrichment allows 1,000 calls a minute on paid plans.
Cons
- The country count is profiles, with duplicates, not contacts with emails.
- No official MCP server in its docs index (PDL docs, September 2026).
- Above 100,000 records you go to an Enterprise quote.
Best for: teams that license Brazilian profiles into a warehouse and find emails elsewhere.
Pricing: Free up to 100 credits a month. Pro from $98 a month for 350 credits, or $78 a month billed yearly (PDL pricing, September 2026).

How to choose
- You pull Brazil through an API or an agent: pick LeadOcean. A free count for Brazil, email status filters and Agency at $497 a month flat fit volume work.
- You want the widest Brazil contact table: pick Lusha, then test your own 25 contacts for email hits.
- You prospect Brazilian companies in a web app and pay in reais: pick Speedio, and check its quarterly refresh against your list.
- You need CNPJ and tax fields next to the contact: test Econodata, since LeadOcean has no CNPJ filter.
- You need mobile numbers across South America: pick ZoomInfo, the only one here that prints a South America mobile figure.
- Your reps need a workspace and Brazil is one region: pick Apollo, and read
total_entriesfor Brazil first. - You license profiles into a warehouse: pick People Data Labs and find emails with another source.
Verdict
LeadOcean wins for API, agent and volume buyers, because it is the only one here that gives a free, exact Brazil count with email and phone filters, at $497 a month flat on Agency. Its Brazil base leans toward large employers, so small-company lists are better served by Speedio or Econodata. Lusha wins on the largest published Brazil contact table, ZoomInfo on South America mobile numbers, and Apollo for reps who want search and outreach in one workspace. People Data Labs wins for licensed profiles. Run the 25-contact test before you pay anyone, LeadOcean included.
FAQ
Which provider has the most Brazilian contacts?
Lusha prints the largest contact figure, 36.6M+ (Lusha, September 2026). Our own count is 34,042,585 people on 2026-10-01, across all email statuses. PDL lists 58,865,020 profiles, but that table has duplicates. Each vendor defines a contact its own way, so compare only after a test.
How many Brazilian contacts have an email you can send to?
On 2026-10-01 our count was 2,896,383 people in Brazil with a verified or catch-all email. That is the mailable count. People with an email of any status number 8,979,263.
Which provider covers small Brazilian companies best?
Speedio and Econodata are built around Brazilian company lists, and Speedio claims 25M+ active companies in Brazil (Speedio, September 2026). Our count of mailable people at companies of 11 to 200 staff is 400,153, against 1,193,566 at companies of 10,001 or more. Test small-company coverage on your own list.
Are Brazilian phone numbers as available as email?
No. We count 645,551 people with a phone in Brazil, against 8,979,263 with an email of any status. ZoomInfo lists 2.3M+ mobiles for all of South America (ZoomInfo, September 2026). A phone also costs more: 5 credits at Lusha and 8 at Apollo.
Can I size a Brazilian audience for free?
Yes, on three of them. LeadOcean's count_leads and count=true search spend no records. Apollo's people search costs 0 credits. ZoomInfo's GTM AI search is free. PDL charges one credit per record returned.
How do I test coverage before I buy?
Run 25 contacts you sell to in Brazil through each free tier, with titles in Portuguese and English. Count work emails and phones returned. Lusha, Apollo, ZoomInfo and LeadOcean all have a free allowance, so you can compare them on the same day.
