Best B2B data providers for Spain

6 Best B2B Data Providers for Spain (2026)

Six providers ranked on one question, how well they cover Spanish contacts, with a Spain test per tool and a live LeadOcean count by title and city.

Get your free API key →Free to start. No credit card. 1,000 records to spend whenever you like.

A B2B data provider for Spain sells records of people and companies in Spain, with titles, work emails and phones, through an app, an API or both. Sales teams use one to fill pipeline. Engineers and agents use one to enrich Spanish companies in code.

On this page, Spain coverage is the only test. A global total says little about a Director General in Valencia. Cognism names Spain among its strongest markets and Kaspr runs a hub there, but neither gives a Spanish count on the pages we read. Lusha prints a Spanish contact figure with no email split. LeadOcean has a free count call, so we counted.

We quote no match rates. Each rival has its own comparison: Cognism, Kaspr, Apollo, ZoomInfo and Lusha. Also read best B2B databases, best B2B data providers in the UK and best B2B data providers.

"1M records" means 1M work-email lookups that return a result, at list price. Where no price is published at that size, we say so.

What we evaluated

  • Spain test: can you size Spanish contacts for free, with a country filter, before you spend a credit?
  • Spain coverage on record: does the vendor name Spain, or give a Spanish count, in a first-party source?
  • Reachability: emails and phones, and what a miss costs.
  • API and MCP: can code or an agent run the same Spain search and pull the rows?
  • Price at volume: flat, credits, seats or quote, and the list cost of 1M records.

We ran no accuracy test. Only LeadOcean gets Spanish counts from us, dated 1 October 2026. For the rest, we give the free allowance for your own test.

1. LeadOcean: best for Spanish people pulled by API, agent or export

LeadOcean is the only provider here where we can show Spanish counts. On 1 October 2026 a free count_leads call with country: ES returned 1,010,798 people with a mailable email. "Mailable" means verified, catch_all_valid or catch_all. The call costs no records.

country is where the person is. hqCountry is where the company is headquartered. They give different answers, so test both.

Filter (counted 1 October 2026, free)People
country: ES, mailable email1,010,798
country: ES, jobLevel C-Team or VP, mailable email64,340
country: ES, jobFunction Sales & Business Development, mailable email56,601
country: ES, employeeRange 51-200 or 201-500, jobLevel C-Team, mailable email7,491
country: ES, city keyword Madrid, mailable email264,822
country: ES, city keyword Barcelona, mailable email189,893
country: ES, title Director General, mailable email2,916
hqCountry: ES (company HQ in Spain), mailable email737,851
country: ES, holds an email of any status3,206,568
country: ES, holds a phone number, any email status234,917

The first eight rows are mailable counts. The last two are labelled by what they filter, and the any-status email count includes addresses we would not send to. The Director General row misses Gerente and Consejero Delegado, so it understates Spanish owners and managers.

The Spain test: pass each of your Spanish account domains to count_leads with country: ES. The call is free, so you can test thousands of accounts. A miss on POST /v1/people/enrich is a free 404.

Over REST, the free sizing call is a search with count=true in the query string, with limit 1 in the body, as below.

bash
curl -X POST "https://api.leadocean.io/v1/people/search?count=true" \
  -H "x-api-key: $LEADOCEAN_API_KEY" \
  -H "content-type: application/json" \
  -d '{"country": ["ES"], "jobLevel": ["C-Team"], "limit": 1}'

meta.total stops at 100,000 on that route, so use count_leads over MCP for the exact figure. The MCP server at https://api.leadocean.io/mcp has 13 tools and signs in with OAuth 2.1.

Solo is $97 a month at 50 requests a second, and Agency is $497 a month at 200 requests a second with 5 keys. There are no credits and no per-record price: paid plans have a fair-use pace. Person enrich also returns career history, such as past roles and education. The data is refreshed monthly.

Pros

  • Free exact counts by country, HQ country, city, title, seniority, company size and email status.
  • Flat monthly plans with a fair-use pace, with REST and MCP on every plan, including Free.
  • POST /v1/exports returns up to 50,000 rows a request, so a Spanish list is a short export job.
  • Email status comes back on every record, with 13 values.

Cons

  • Phones are thin in Spain: 234,917 people hold a number, so a dialing team needs a phone-led vendor.
  • No rep workspace, sequencer, dialer, CRM or Chrome extension. The app has an Exports page.
  • Past the fair-use pace, the key is slowed until the window resets. Bulk CSV export is not on Free.

Best for: engineers, RevOps teams and agents that pull Spanish people at volume on a fixed bill.

Pricing: Free is 1,000 records for life, no card, 5 requests a second. Solo is $97 a month, Agency $497 and Platform $1,997 (LeadOcean pricing, October 2026).

2. Cognism: best for Spanish mobile outbound bought through sales

cognism homepage

Cognism sells prospecting built around phone-verified mobiles and European data. Its EMEA page says coverage is strongest in the UK, DACH, Benelux, Nordics, France and Spain, and claims more than 200M European contacts (Cognism EMEA data, October 2026). Those are vendor claims, and the page gives no count for Spain.

Spain is named for coverage but not for phone compliance. The page says Cognism screens its phone data against 15 Do Not Call registries and lists the UK, Germany, France, Sweden and Belgium as examples (Cognism EMEA data, October 2026). Spain is not in that list. Its Diamond Data page claims over 10m phone-verified contacts worldwide, with no Spanish split (Cognism Diamond Data, October 2026).

The search schema has a location person filter and a count route, POST /persons/filter/count (Cognism API reference, September 2026). The API allows 500 requests a minute per account, per operation (Cognism rate limits, September 2026). The MCP server has 15 tools and OAuth 2.0 sign-in (Cognism MCP docs, September 2026). API and MCP need a package that includes them.

The Spain test: the EMEA page offers 25 tailored leads and a way to validate coverage in your markets before you buy. Send 100 Spanish names and ask for the sample to be built from them. Count how many return a mobile. If you get API access, call the count route with a Spanish location. Cognism's docs disagree on its cost. The Credits page says a count costs 1 search token (Cognism credits docs, September 2026), while the MCP tool table lists counts as free (Cognism MCP docs, September 2026).

Pros

  • Spain named among its strongest European markets, in its own words.
  • Free sample to test your own Spanish list.
  • A count route in the API and a 15-tool MCP server.

Cons

  • No public price at any size, so 1M needs a sales call.
  • No Spanish count, and no total beyond hundreds of millions of profiles.
  • API and MCP depend on the package you buy.

Best for: Spanish outbound teams that call mobiles and can buy through a sales contract.

Pricing: Quote only. Standard and Pro plans come with five seats each (Cognism pricing, September 2026).

3. Kaspr: best for reps prospecting Spanish buyers from LinkedIn

Kaspr is the only vendor here that says it has a hub in Spain. Its data page says it was born in France and now has hubs in the UK and Spain. It claims 200 million European B2B decision makers (Kaspr data page, October 2026). A hub is an office, not a data count. We found no figure for Spain alone on that page.

Kaspr works inside LinkedIn through a Chrome extension. Free is $0 per user with 15 B2B email credits, 5 phone credits and 5 direct email credits a month. Starter is EUR 59 or $65 per user a month billed monthly, and Business is EUR 99 or $99 (Kaspr pricing, September 2026).

API access is on request on paid plans. Starter allows 20 requests an hour and 250 a day, and Business allows 250 an hour and 500 a day. Each call spends the data credit plus one export credit (Kaspr help center, September 2026). The API docs list no MCP server (Kaspr API docs, October 2026).

The Spain test: use the Free plan with the extension. Open 20 LinkedIn profiles of Spanish buyers and count how many return a work email and a phone.

Pros

  • A Spanish hub and a first-party European headline of 200 million contacts.
  • Free plan to test, and unlimited B2B email credits on paid plans under fair use.

Cons

  • No Spanish count on the pages we read.
  • API on request, 500 calls a day at the top public tier, and no MCP server listed.
  • The API starts from a LinkedIn profile URL.
  • Business caps exports at 30,000 a year, so no public plan reaches 1M.

Best for: reps, recruiters and founders who prospect Spanish buyers one LinkedIn profile at a time.

Pricing: Free, Starter EUR 59 or $65 and Business EUR 99 or $99 per user a month billed monthly (Kaspr pricing, September 2026).

4. Apollo: best for small teams that want a free Spanish search in an app

apollo homepage

Apollo lets you test Spain for free. People API Search costs 0 credits, takes person_locations[] and organization_locations[], and accepts cities, states and countries (Apollo API docs, September 2026). The first is where the person lives. The second is where the employer is headquartered.

Apollo claims 240M+ contacts and 30M+ accounts, with no Spanish split (Apollo, October 2026). Search hides emails and phones. Enrichment spends credits: 1 for an email and 8 more if a mobile comes back (Apollo API pricing, September 2026).

Paid plans allow 200 search requests a minute and 1,000 enrichment requests a minute (Apollo rate limits, September 2026). Apollo runs an official MCP server at https://mcp.apollo.io/mcp on every plan, including Free (Apollo MCP docs, September 2026).

The Spain test: call the search with person_locations[]=spain and per_page=1, then read the total. Repeat with organization_locations[], and again with Madrid or Barcelona. It costs 0 credits.

Pros

  • Free search with country and city filters, by API and in the app.
  • API and official MCP server on every plan.

Cons

  • Credits are per seat and expire each billing cycle.
  • A mobile costs 8 credits against 1 for an email.
  • A search shows 50,000 records at most, so a big pull needs slicing.
  • No published Spanish coverage figure.

Best for: small teams that want to see Spanish contacts in an app before they pay.

Pricing: Free has 75 credits a month. Basic is $65 a seat a month, or $49 billed yearly. Professional is $99 ($79 yearly) (Apollo pricing, September 2026). At 1M email lookups the cheapest monthly route is 250 Professional seats, $24,750 a month. The yearly route is 400 Basic seats, $19,600 a month.

ZoomInfo's self-serve product is GTM AI. Search, lookup and find-similar cost nothing. One data credit enriches or exports one company, contact or intent record (GTM AI credit docs, September 2026).

Contact search has continent and country filters on the company's primary address. A locationSearchType switch picks the person, the headquarters or both (GTM AI search docs, September 2026).

ZoomInfo claims 500M+ contacts worldwide with no Spanish split (GTM AI MCP docs, September 2026). Platform plans are quoted by sales (ZoomInfo, July 2026). The default API rate is 5 requests a second on Builder, 25 on Standard and 35 on Scaling (GTM AI rate limits, September 2026).

The Spain test: sign up free, run a contact search with country set to Spain, and read totalResults. Search is free. Repeat with locationSearchType set to Person and then HQ.

Pros

  • Free search, so you can size Spain with no credit spent.
  • Pay as you go from $20, with no seat fee.
  • Country and a person-or-HQ switch in one search.
  • Official MCP server, plus API and CLI.

Cons

  • The public slider stops at 100,000 credits for $25,000. Above that is Enterprise.
  • The location filter reads the company address, so remote staff may be missed.

Best for: teams that want free search and credits they buy in packs.

Pricing: Free has 1,000 data credits. Pay as you go runs from $0.45 a credit at 100 credits to $0.25 at 100,000 for $25,000 (GTM AI pricing, September 2026).

6. Lusha: best for single lookups in a browser extension

lusha homepage

Lusha prints a Spanish figure. Its data page lists 9.8M+ contacts in Spain, out of 515M+ worldwide (Lusha data page, October 2026). It does not say how many hold an email or a phone.

Search and filters cost 0 credits. Credits are spent when you reveal a contact (Lusha credit docs, September 2026). A work email costs 1 credit and a phone number costs 5 (Lusha API guide, September 2026).

The MCP server has 50 tools and shares the REST credit pool (Lusha MCP docs, September 2026). Free and Starter keys allow 40 requests a minute and 100 a day.

The Spain test: on the free plan, filter the prospecting search to Spain and read the result total. It costs nothing. Then reveal a handful of contacts with the 40 free credits. A test has many misses, and Lusha's docs disagree on what a miss costs. The API guide says a request costs at least 1 credit even with no data (Lusha API guide, September 2026). The billing FAQ says a request with no match costs nothing (Lusha billing FAQ, September 2026). Test in the app first.

Pros

  • A published Spain figure, 9.8M+ contacts.
  • Free filtering in the platform.
  • API key on every plan, including Free.
  • MCP server with 50 tools.

Cons

  • Free and Starter cap API use at 100 requests a day.
  • Phones cost 5 credits, and yearly credits reset at the end of the cycle.
  • The public tiers stop at 10,000 credits a month.
  • The Spain figure counts contacts, with no email or phone split.

Best for: reps who look up one Spanish contact at a time.

Pricing: Free is 40 credits a month. Starter is $49.90 a month ($37.45 billed yearly). Pro is $69.90 ($52.45 yearly). Premium is $399.90 ($299.95 yearly) (Lusha pricing, September 2026).

How to choose

  • Spanish people by API, agent or at volume, with a count you can verify: LeadOcean.
  • Cold-calling Spanish buyers on a negotiated contract: Cognism. Run its sample on your own list first.
  • LinkedIn-first reps selling to Spain: Kaspr, after a free test of its Spanish coverage.
  • A free Spanish search in an app: Apollo, then ZoomInfo or Lusha.
  • Credits you buy in packs with free search: ZoomInfo.
  • One-at-a-time lookups: Lusha.

Verdict

LeadOcean wins for anyone who pulls Spanish people by API, agent or export. It is the only one here with a free, repeatable mailable Spain count, 1,010,798 people on 1 October 2026, and a flat $497 price on Agency. It does not win on phones: 234,917 Spanish people hold a number, and Cognism is built around phone-verified data. Kaspr suits LinkedIn-first reps. Apollo is the best free place to test Spain in an app, ZoomInfo suits free search with pay-as-you-go credits, and Lusha suits single lookups. We measured no Spanish match rates for the rivals, so run 100 Spanish names through any two before you pay. Start on the free plan.

FAQ

What is the best B2B data provider for Spain?

For API, agent and volume work, LeadOcean. It returned 1,010,798 mailable people in Spain on 1 October 2026, and the count was free. For Spanish mobile outbound, Cognism. For a LinkedIn workflow, Kaspr.

How many Spanish contacts does LeadOcean have?

On 1 October 2026, 1,010,798 people with country: ES and a mailable email (verified, catch_all_valid or catch_all). With an email of any status the count was 3,206,568, and 234,917 hold a phone number. All three counts were free.

How do I test a provider's Spanish coverage before paying?

Run a country filter on its free search or count, then read the total. Apollo, ZoomInfo and Lusha search for free. Cognism offers a 25-lead sample and Kaspr a free plan. Check whether the filter reads the person's location or the company's headquarters.

Does a global record count say anything about Spain?

Not much. Apollo and ZoomInfo publish global totals and no Spanish split. Lusha prints 9.8M+ Spanish contacts, with no email split. Only a filtered count shows what you can pull. Kaspr's 200 million is a European figure, not a Spanish one.

Can I find decision makers in Madrid and Barcelona?

Yes, on LeadOcean. A city keyword of Madrid returned 264,822 mailable people and Barcelona returned 189,893 on 1 October 2026. Both counts were free and used country: ES.

Which provider is cheapest for 1M Spanish records a month?
