7 Best Claude Code GTM Skills and Repos Every Revenue Team Should Install in 2026

We checked six public GitHub repos and one data layer on 21 October 2026: what each ships, what it needs to run, and what a million records costs.

A Claude Code GTM skill is a folder with a SKILL.md file that teaches the agent one revenue task, such as building a prospect list or scoring an account (Claude Code skills docs, September 2026). Revenue teams, GTM engineers and founders doing their own outbound need them.

Most "best skills" lists rank by star count. That misses the two things that decide whether a repo is useful. First, a skill is a playbook, not data. Most of these repos tell Claude to call a paid provider such as LeadMagic, Apollo or ColdIQ. Second, none of them publishes a price for a million records.

We checked each repo on 21 October 2026: licence, last push, number of SKILL.md files and what it needs to run. If you compare data vendors too, see LeadMagic and our guide to how GTM teams use Claude Code.

What we evaluated

  • Licence and freshness. Is there a licence file, and was the repo pushed in the last 90 days?
  • Catalog size. How many SKILL.md files ship, counted from the GitHub tree on 21 October 2026.
  • Data source. Does the repo bring its own records, call a paid provider, or leave that to you?
  • Install path. A Claude Code plugin, an installer script or a copy-paste prompt.
  • Cost at 1M records. Only a published price counts. We never multiply a per-lookup rate out to 1M.

1. LeadOcean: best for the data layer behind any skill

LeadOcean is not a skills repo. It is the hosted MCP server and REST API a skill calls for people and company records. It holds 693M people and 67M companies, with 13 MCP tools (LeadOcean MCP docs). We rank it first because every other repo on this list stops at "now call a data provider".

Setup is one line, then an OAuth sign-in with no key pasted: claude mcp add --transport http leadocean https://api.leadocean.io/mcp. Seven of the 13 tools spend no records, including leadocean_count_leads and leadocean_count_companies. A skill can size a list for free, then spend records only on the people it keeps.

Our own count on 30 September 2026 found 5,066 mailable VPs of Sales and Business Development in Canada. That is the kind of question a skill should answer before it pulls a single row. Sending still needs a sequencer: LeadOcean has no sequencer, dialer or CRM.

Pros

  • One MCP URL and the same data over REST (POST /v1/people/search, POST /v1/people/enrich).
  • Counts, filter lookups and empty enrichments are free.
  • Flat plans with a fair-use pace, not credits.
  • Bulk CSV export in the app and through POST /v1/exports.

Cons

  • It ships no playbooks of its own. You pair it with one of the repos below.
  • Bulk CSV export is not on Free.
  • No rep workspace, sequencer or Chrome extension.

Best for: teams that pull data through an agent, an API or at volume.

Pricing: Free $0 (1,000 records for life), Solo $97 a month, Agency $497 a month, Platform $1,997 a month (LeadOcean pricing, October 2026).

2. Goose Skills: best for the widest catalog

Goose Skills is the largest public pack we found. The repo tree holds 384 SKILL.md files, it is MIT licensed, has 1,263 stars and was pushed on 21 October 2026 (GitHub, October 2026). The README calls it 200+ skills across ads, SEO, lead generation, outreach and research.

It installs with npx gooseworks@latest install --claude --mcp. Lead generation skills such as apollo-lead-finder and company-contact-finder run through the managed proxy, so you sign in with Google instead of pasting provider keys.

The catch is the centre of gravity. The README and pricing page lead with brand growth and ad creatives: a Starter plan is priced in ad creatives, not in contacts (Goose pricing, October 2026). Treat it as a library, then check which lead skills you will actually run.

Pros

  • 384 skills and active development.
  • MIT licence.
  • Managed lookups, so no provider keys to juggle.
  • Works in Claude Code, Cursor and Codex.

Cons

  • Credits are shared with ad and video generation.
  • No public price per contact or per 1M records.
  • Lookups go through a third-party proxy.

Best for: teams that want one install covering ads, content and outbound.

Pricing: Free with 1,000 credits, then Lite $29, Starter $59 and Pro $149 a month, billed monthly (Goose pricing, October 2026).

3. LeadMagic GTM Skills: best for playbooks with a checker

LeadMagic's repo has 211 skills in 25 categories, MIT licensed, pushed on 14 October 2026 (GitHub, October 2026). Each skill ships a SKILL.md, framework notes, an output template and a script that checks the deliverable. It installs as a Claude Code plugin: /plugin marketplace add LeadMagic/gtm-skills.

Most skills are strategy and writing playbooks. A small set, about 6 under the leadmagic category, wires directly to LeadMagic's own enrichment. The vendor is the publisher, so expect its API to be the default.

On cost, the repo is free and the data is not. LeadMagic lists Essential at $99 for 5,000 credits a month, billed monthly, or $83 a month billed yearly, topping out at Ultimate $849 for 100,000 (LeadMagic pricing, September 2026). No public plan sells 1M credits a month.

Pros

  • Output templates and checkers make results easy to review.
  • Installs as a plugin, with a preview-first installer.
  • Pinned releases for reproducible installs.

Cons

  • The README warns that skills can contain executable scripts. Review before installing.
  • Data work leans on one vendor's credits.
  • 211 skills is a lot to learn.

Best for: RevOps teams that want reviewable deliverables.

Pricing: repo free; LeadMagic from $99 a month billed monthly, $83 billed yearly (LeadMagic pricing, September 2026).

4. ColdIQ GTM Skills: best for cold email playbooks

ColdIQ's library has 6 master skills with 43 sub-skills, plus 31 standalone ones. It has 304 stars and was last pushed on 2 September 2026 (GitHub, October 2026). The cold email, list building and n8n sections are the strongest, with ICP scoring and a bounce-rate target below 1% for clean lists.

Read the data note first. The README says every skill is built to execute on ColdIQ first, through its MCP and API marketplace. Third-party tools are kept as fallback knowledge. The marketplace sits behind a sign-in and publishes no price on its landing page (ColdIQ Marketplace, September 2026).

Also note the licence. GitHub reports no licence for the repo, so by default you may read it but not assume rights to redistribute it.

Pros

  • Deep cold email and list hygiene guidance.
  • Orchestrator skills route to the right sub-skill.
  • Free to read and run.

Cons

  • No licence file on GitHub.
  • Defaults to one vendor's marketplace.
  • No public price at any volume.

Best for: outbound teams that want tested email frameworks.

Pricing: repo free; marketplace pricing sits behind sign-in, with no public 1M price (ColdIQ Marketplace, September 2026).

5. Deepline GTM Engineering Skills: best for waterfall enrichment

This repo has 27 SKILL.md files, MIT licensed, 69 stars and pushed on 21 October 2026 (GitHub, October 2026). It is the most engineering-minded pack here: build-tam, portfolio-prospecting, linkedin-url-lookup, clay-to-deepline and a Clay table converter.

Every skill runs through the Deepline CLI, which routes across 40+ providers with cheapest-first fallbacks and approval gates before expensive runs. The pricing page shows managed examples such as email finding from $0.014 and person search from $0.002 (Deepline pricing, September 2026). Those are per-data-point rates. Deepline publishes no 1M plan.

Pros

  • Waterfall logic and cost gates are written into the skills.
  • A migration path off Clay tables.
  • Bring your own provider keys with no markup, per Deepline.

Cons

  • You depend on the Deepline CLI.
  • Usage is metered in credits, ten to the dollar.
  • Only 27 skills, and none for writing.

Best for: GTM engineers who think in pipelines.

Pricing: Pay as you go $0 plus usage, Growth $395 a month plus usage (Deepline pricing, September 2026).

6. Zapier GTM Cheat Codes: best for approval-gated workflows

Zapier's repo is a field guide with 21 SKILL.md files. It is MIT licensed, has 347 stars and was last pushed on 13 July 2026 (GitHub, October 2026). It targets work that lives in your systems: lead follow-up QA, account prioritisation, campaign postmortems and customer proof.

It is not a prospecting pack. The README says the skills connect CRM, docs, chat and Sheets through Zapier MCP, with human approval before anything sends or writes back. You bring your own contact data.

Zapier MCP is included in every plan, and each successful tool call uses two tasks from your quota (Zapier MCP, October 2026). The Free plan has 100 tasks a month, which is 50 tool calls (Zapier pricing, October 2026).

Pros

  • Source-backed outputs with approval gates.
  • MIT licence and a clear registry file.
  • Strong on CRM and campaign operations.

Cons

  • No people or company data of its own.
  • Last push was over three months before our check.
  • Tool calls count against a task quota.

Best for: RevOps teams that live in Zapier and a CRM.

Pricing: repo free; Zapier Free $0 with 100 tasks a month (Zapier pricing, October 2026).

7. GTM Agents: best for beginners

GTM Agents is a plugin marketplace of 244 SKILL.md files across sales, marketing and growth, Apache-2.0 licensed, 427 stars (GitHub, October 2026). Install is /plugin install sales-prospecting after adding the marketplace.

It was last pushed on 3 April 2026, more than six months before our check. The README claims "Generate 100 qualified leads in 5 minutes", but we could not find a named data source behind it. Treat that as an unverified claim until you run it with your own provider.

Pros

  • Easy plugin commands and a beginner guide.
  • Apache-2.0 licence.
  • Covers marketing and growth as well as sales.

Cons

  • Stale: no push in over six months.
  • No data layer and no stated source for its lead claims.
  • Time-saved figures are the author's own, not tests.

Best for: first-time Claude Code users practising on small tasks.

Pricing: free and open source (Apache-2.0); you supply any data (GitHub, October 2026).

How to choose

  • You pull data through an agent or at volume: install LeadOcean as the data layer, then add one playbook repo.
  • You want one install for everything: Goose Skills, with its credits in mind.
  • You write cold email: ColdIQ for frameworks, after checking the licence.
  • You are a GTM engineer: Deepline skills for waterfall routing and cost gates.
  • You live in a CRM: Zapier GTM Cheat Codes.
  • You are new to Claude Code: GTM Agents, then move to a maintained repo.

Verdict

Install one playbook repo and one data source, not seven repos. For the data layer at volume, LeadOcean wins: $497 a month for the Agency plan against no public 1M price anywhere else. For breadth, pick Goose Skills. For reviewable deliverables, pick LeadMagic's pack. For waterfall enrichment, pick Deepline. For CRM workflows, pick Zapier. Skip GTM Agents until it ships again.

FAQ

What is a Claude Code GTM skill?

It is a folder with a SKILL.md file that teaches Claude one task. Claude loads it when the request matches (Claude Code skills docs, September 2026). A GTM skill covers jobs such as list building, account research or email drafting.

Do these repos include contact data?

No repo here ships its own people records. They call a provider: LeadMagic, ColdIQ, Deepline's providers or Goose's proxy. LeadOcean is the one entry that is the data itself.

How do I install a repo as a Claude Code plugin?

Add the marketplace, then install the plugin: /plugin marketplace add LeadMagic/gtm-skills, then /plugin install gtm-skills@gtm-skills (GitHub, October 2026). Review any scripts first.

Are these safe to run?

Treat a skill like code. LeadMagic's own README warns that skills can contain executable scripts. Preview first, pin a release and install at project scope.

What does 1M records a month cost with these?

For the repos, no one publishes it. The skills are free, and the data is metered by the provider behind them. LeadOcean's Agency plan is $497 a month, flat, with a fair-use pace (LeadOcean pricing).

Can I use two of these together?

Yes. A common pairing is a playbook repo for the steps and LeadOcean for the records. See how to build your Claude sales team and the Claude Code RevOps hub.
