Bulk Exporter

Bulk Exporter is a Claude skill that turns "VPs of Sales in Canada" into a CSV file. It sizes the list, shows the cost, waits for your yes, runs the export and returns the download link.

What it does

You describe an audience in plain words. The skill turns it into LeadOcean filters and counts the mailable people for free. It shows you the row count and the records it will reserve, then stops until you confirm.

After the yes, it starts one export, polls it until the file is ready and gives you the link. It never spends a record before you confirm.

It runs on the LeadOcean MCP server, so there is no API key to paste. You sign in once with OAuth.

How it works

The skill is a SKILL.md file. It tells Claude which tools to call and in what order.

1. list_enum_values (free) resolves exact filter strings, such as VP for jobLevel or CA for country.
2. get_account (free) reads records remaining and the export rows already used today.
3. count_leads (free) sizes the audience. It counts verified, catch_all_valid and catch_all emails by default.
4. Claude shows the filters, the rows and the records to reserve, and waits for your confirmation. No tool call.
5. export_leads starts the export and returns an id at once. It costs 1 record per row. Email or phone columns can add one enrichment per row.
6. get_export (free) is polled until the status is done, then returns a signed download link.
7. list_exports (free) shows earlier exports if you ask.

How to use it

1. Download the zip: Download bulk-exporter.zip.
2. Unzip it and add the bulk-exporter folder as a skill in Claude.
3. Connect LeadOcean at https://api.leadocean.io/mcp and sign in.
4. Ask: "Export VPs of Sales & Business Development in Canada". Add contact columns if you want them: "with work emails".

You need a LeadOcean account. The free plan gives you 1,000 records, one-off, no card.

Sample output

The sizing step is free, so we ran it. We called count_leads with jobLevel set to VP, jobFunction set to Sales & Business Development and country set to CA.

We did not run the export itself, because it spends records. This is the shape of the reply, with placeholder values.

Records per run

One export holds up to 50,000 rows. The ceilings are 500,000 rows a day and 10,000,000 rows a period. The free plan's 1,000 records cover one export of up to 1,000 rows. On Pro ($499 a month) there is no per-record price. Fair use applies, as described on the pricing page.
