Paste one prompt into Claude with LeadOcean connected and add title, company size, industry and country to your list, sized before you spend a record. Connect the server at https://api.leadocean.io/mcp first. Setup is on the MCP page.
The prompt
Enrich my account list with the sales leaders at each company.
Domains: acme.com, example.org (replace with mine).
If I give no domains, use industry Software Development,
employeeRange 51-200 and country US.
1. Call leadocean_list_enum_values for industry, job_function and employee_range.
2. Call leadocean_count_leads with jobLevel VP and Director,
jobFunction Sales & Business Development, plus the domains or the fallback.
3. Tell me the count and the filters you used. Then wait.
4. When I say go, call leadocean_get_company for each domain and
leadocean_search_leads with limit 1 per company.
5. Return a table: title, company size, industry, country. What it resolves to
| Filter | Value |
|---|---|
| domain | acme.com, example.org |
| jobLevel | VP, Director |
| jobFunction | Sales & Business Development |
| industry (fallback) | Software Development |
| employeeRange (fallback) | 51-200 |
| country (fallback) | US |
Enum values are exact strings. Step 1 looks them up, so Claude never guesses "SaaS" when the data says Software Development. Domains match exactly, so list the root domain for each company, with no https:// prefix.
How many match
4,665 mailable people matched on 1 October 2026. Filters: jobLevel VP or Director, jobFunction Sales & Business Development, industry Software Development, employeeRange 51-200, country US. This is the fallback pool, not a count for your domains.
Mailable means verified, catch_all_valid or catch_all, the count_leads default. The count is free. Run it first so you know the size of the pool before step 4 spends anything. If your domain list returns fewer people than companies, some accounts have no sales leader on file, and Claude will say so.
What you get back
Each row carries the fields below. These are placeholder values, not real records.
| Title | Company size | Industry | Country |
|---|---|---|---|
| VP of Sales | 51-200 | Software Development | US |
| Director of Business Development | 51-200 | Software Development | US |
| Director of Sales | 51-200 | Software Development | US |
Variations
- Replace the sales leaders with "CFO, jobLevel C-Team, jobFunction Finance & Accounting" to enrich the finance side.
- Add "also return technologies detected on the website" for a technographic layer.
- Change country to GB and ask Claude to count again before it enriches.
Records it spends
The count and enum lookups are free. leadocean_get_company costs 1 record per company and leadocean_search_leads costs 1 record per person returned. Ten domains with one person each is 20 records. Free gives you 1,000 records one-off with no card. Pro is $499 a month. See pricing.
