Paste one prompt into Claude with LeadOcean connected. It sizes the target accounts first, then fills in industry, headcount and country for each one. Connect https://api.leadocean.io/mcp first. Setup is on the MCP page.
The prompt
Enrich company records for US software companies with 51 to 200 employees.
1. Call leadocean_list_enum_values for industry and employee_range
and use the exact strings.
2. Call leadocean_count_leads with industry Software Development,
employeeRange 51-200 and hqCountry US. Tell me the count and the filters.
3. Wait for my go. Then call leadocean_search_companies with the
same filters and limit 25.
4. For any domain I paste, call leadocean_get_company instead.
5. Return a table: domain, industry, company size, country. What it resolves to
| Filter | Value |
|---|---|
| industry | Software Development |
| employeeRange | 51-200 |
| hqCountry | US |
Enum values are exact strings, which is why step 1 looks them up. A wrong string returns nothing, so Claude never guesses one. Computer Software is a separate industry value, so add it if your list uses it.
How many match
272,418 mailable people sit at companies matching these filters on 1 October 2026. Filters: industry Software Development, employeeRange 51-200, hqCountry US.
This is a people count, not a company count. leadocean_count_leads sizes people, and mailable means verified, catch_all_valid or catch_all, its default. The count is free. The number of companies is lower, so expect fewer rows from the company search.
What you get back
Company rows carry the fields below. These are placeholder values, not real records.
| Domain | Industry | Company size | Country |
|---|---|---|---|
| acme.com | Software Development | 51-200 | US |
| globex.example | Software Development | 51-200 | US |
| initech.example | Software Development | 51-200 | US |
Variations
- Change step 4 to "enrich only the domains in my pasted list" and skip the search.
- Swap employeeRange to 201-500 and hqCountry to GB, then count again before searching.
- Add Computer Software to the industry filter and compare the two counts before you search.
Records it spends
The count gates the spend. You see the size of the list before any record is used.
The enum lookups and the count are free. leadocean_search_companies costs 1 record per company returned, so a limit of 25 costs 25 records. leadocean_get_company costs 1 record per domain. Free gives you 1,000 records one-off with no card. Pro is $499 a month. See pricing.
