The prompt
Find nonprofits with more than 200 employees.
1. Call leadocean_list_enum_values for company_type and
employee_range and use the exact strings.
2. Call leadocean_count_leads with companyType Nonprofit and
every employeeRange above 200.
3. Tell me the count and the filters you used.
4. Do not call leadocean_search_companies until I say go.What it resolves to
| Filter | Value |
|---|---|
| companyType | Nonprofit |
| employeeRange | 201-500, 501-1000, 1001-5000, 5001-10000, 10001+ |
There is no "over 200" value. The ranges are fixed brackets, so Claude lists every bracket above 200. Enum values are exact strings, which is why step 1 looks them up.
How many match
5,714,118 mailable people work at these nonprofits, counted on 2 October 2026. Filters: companyType Nonprofit, employeeRange 201-500, 501-1000, 1001-5000, 5001-10000 or 10001+.
Mailable means verified, catch_all_valid or catch_all, the count_leads default. The count is free. It counts people, not organizations, so it is wider than your company list. 4,412,349 are in the US, followed by GB with 155,386. Hospitals and Health Care is the biggest industry label, so large hospital systems that file as nonprofits are in the count.
What you get back
Company search rows carry the fields below, plus domain and website. These are placeholder values, not real records.
| Company | Company size | Industry | Country |
|---|---|---|---|
| Acme Foundation (acme.com) | 201-500 | Non-profit Organizations | US |
| Acme Health Alliance | 1001-5000 | Hospitals and Health Care | GB |
| Acme Relief Network | 501-1000 | International Trade and Development | NL |
Variations
- Add industry "Non-profit Organizations" to drop hospitals and keep charities, foundations and associations.
- Add hqCountry "US" and ask for the count again to size a US-only list.
- Change the ranges to "1001-5000, 5001-10000, 10001+" and count again to size only the largest nonprofits.
Records it spends
The count and enum lookups are free. leadocean_search_companies costs 1 record per company returned, so a limit of 25 costs 25 records. Free gives you 1,000 records one-off with no card. Pro is $499 a month. See pricing.
