Best B2B data providers for the Nordics

7 Best B2B Data Providers for the Nordics in 2026

Seven providers ranked on one question, how well they cover Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Iceland, with a free coverage test per tool and a live LeadOcean count.

Get your free API key →Free to start. No credit card. 1,000 records to spend whenever you like.

A B2B data provider for the Nordics sells records of people and companies in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Iceland, with titles, work emails and phones, through an app, an API or both. Sales teams use one to fill pipeline in a small region. Engineers and agents use one to enrich Nordic accounts in code.

Here, coverage in the Nordics is the only test. Dealfront and Cognism claim Nordic depth, and neither publishes a Nordic count on the pages we read. Lusha prints contact figures per country, with no email split. LeadOcean has a free count call, so we counted, and the numbers are in section 3.

We have not run named lists through rival tools, so we quote no match rates. Each rival has its own page: Dealfront, Cognism, Kaspr, ZoomInfo, Apollo and Lusha. Also read best B2B databases, best B2B data providers in the UK and best B2B data providers.

"1M records" means 1M work-email lookups that return a result, at list price. Where a vendor publishes no price at that size, we say so and do not multiply a small-plan rate.

What we evaluated

  • Nordic coverage claim: what the vendor publishes about Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland, and whether it gives a count or only a global total.
  • Coverage test: 100 named Nordic contacts (25 each in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland), half with local titles such as VD, daglig leder, administrerende direktør and toimitusjohtaja, run through the tool's free allowance. Score found, email returned and phone returned.
  • Reachability: emails and phones, and what a miss costs.
  • Access: API, MCP and rate limit.
  • Price at volume: flat, credits, seats or quote, and the cost of 1M records.

Only LeadOcean counts were run by us, on 2026-10-01.

1. Dealfront (Leadfeeder): best for Nordic sales and marketing teams

Dealfront is the Nordic-native option. It merged Germany's Echobot and Finland's Leadfeeder and has offices in Finland, Denmark and Sweden. Its April 2023 launch release calls it a DACH and Nordic market leader (Dealfront launch release, April 2023). That is the vendor's claim, three years old.

The product now trades as Leadfeeder, and its core strength is website visitor identification (Leadfeeder rebrand FAQ, September 2026).

The homepage claims 60M companies and 400M verified contacts (Dealfront, October 2026). It gives no split for Sweden, Norway, Denmark or Finland. List prices are the same number in dollars and euros (Leadfeeder help, September 2026).

Nordic coverage test: Lite is free with 20 credits a month, and its first 14 days are full access (Leadfeeder pricing, October 2026). The pricing page lists verified emails and phones from Activate up, so after those 14 days Lite tests companies, not contacts. An email-only contact costs 0.2 credit (Leadfeeder credits help, September 2026). Run your 100 names inside the 14-day window.

API access is on Discover, Activate and Scale, not Lite. The limit is 10 requests a second per key, a burst of 15 and 100,000 requests a month (Leadfeeder API docs, September 2026). The MCP server is in beta and comes with a paid plan that has API access (Leadfeeder MCP page, September 2026).

Pros

  • Finnish roots and offices in Denmark and Sweden.
  • Free Lite plan to start.
  • Visitor identification and company data in one platform.

Cons

  • No public price at 1M, and 1M email-only contacts is 200,000 credits against 5,500 a month on Scale.
  • 100,000 API requests a month per key.
  • No Nordic count, only a global total.

Best for: Nordic sales and marketing teams that want company data and visitor identification in one app.

Pricing: Lite free. Discover $113 a month billed monthly or $79 billed yearly, Activate $527 or $369, Scale from $599 billed yearly (Leadfeeder pricing, September 2026).

2. Cognism: best for Nordic outbound teams that call mobiles

cognism homepage

Cognism sells sales prospecting built around phone-verified mobiles and European data. Its own EMEA page says coverage is strongest in the UK, DACH, Benelux, Nordics, France and Spain, and claims more than 200M European contacts (Cognism EMEA data, October 2026). Those are vendor claims, with no single-country count.

Cognism claims more than 10M phone-verified contacts and Do Not Call checks in 15 territories (Cognism Diamond Data, September 2026). Its EMEA page names Sweden among the screened registries (Cognism EMEA data, October 2026). It publishes no dollar price. Pricing is tailored to team setup and usage, with Standard and Pro plans at five seats each (Cognism pricing, September 2026).

Nordic coverage test: the same EMEA page offers 25 tailored leads to test the data, with an option to validate coverage in key markets before you buy (Cognism EMEA data, October 2026). Send your 100 names, and ask for Norway, Denmark and Finland by name, since only Sweden is named for Do Not Call.

The API allows 500 requests a minute per account, per operation (Cognism rate limits, September 2026). The MCP server has 15 tools and OAuth 2.0 sign-in (Cognism MCP docs, September 2026). API and MCP need a package that includes them.

Pros

  • Phone-verified mobiles with Do Not Call checks.
  • Free sample to test your own Nordic list.

Cons

  • No public price at any size, so 1M needs a sales call.
  • No Nordic count, and no total beyond "hundreds of millions" (Cognism FAQ, September 2026).

Best for: Nordic outbound teams that call mobiles and can buy through sales.

Pricing: Quote only. Standard and Pro (Cognism pricing, September 2026).

3. LeadOcean: best for Nordic data by API, agent or at volume

LeadOcean holds 693M people worldwide, and 67M companies. We counted the Nordic slice on 2026-10-01 with the free count_leads tool over MCP. The default counts only people whose best email is verified, catch-all valid or catch-all, so the first six rows are mailable counts.

Query (person located in)People
Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Iceland, verified or catch-all email1,552,894
Sweden only742,598
Denmark only293,744
Norway only269,439
Finland only235,658
Iceland only11,455
Nordics, any email status, including none8,579,441
Nordics, with a phone number, any email status (not a mailable count)482,910
Nordics, sales function, director, VP or C-level, verified or catch-all email9,471
Nordics, software companies with 51 to 500 employees, owner, founder or C-level, verified or catch-all email831
Sweden, title VD, verified or catch-all email2,412
Finland, title toimitusjohtaja, verified or catch-all email184

Sweden is 48% of the mailable Nordic count, Denmark 19%, Norway 17%, Finland 15% and Iceland under 1%. Iceland is thin, so test it first. The title rows match the keyword you send, so VD misses people titled CEO or Managing Director. The largest industry in the mailable set is government administration, at 151,114, ahead of IT services at 74,118.

The set skews large. Companies with 10,001 or more staff hold 523,101 of the mailable people, 34%. Run your own size band first.

Nordic coverage test: pass each of your 100 account domains to count_leads with country SE, NO, DK or FI. The call is free, so you can test thousands of accounts. A miss on POST /v1/people/enrich is a free 404. The REST count caps meta.total at 100,000, so use MCP for Nordic-wide totals.

Paid plans are flat monthly prices with a fair-use pace, not credits. Solo is $97 a month at 50 requests a second, and Agency is $497 a month at 200 requests a second with 5 API keys. Person enrich also returns career history: past roles, education and certifications. Search is 50 people filters and 34 company filters, phones are GET /v2/people/phone, and POST /v1/exports returns up to 50,000 rows a request. The MCP server at https://api.leadocean.io/mcp uses OAuth 2.1 and exposes 13 tools.

Pros

  • A measured Nordic count that you can rerun for free.
  • Flat monthly price with a fair-use pace, not a credit meter. Agency is $497 a month.
  • REST and MCP on every plan, including Free.
  • An email_status on every record, with 13 values.

Cons

  • Iceland is 11,455 mailable people, and Finland is 235,658.
  • Bulk CSV export is not on the Free plan.
  • No rep workspace, sequencer, dialer, CRM or Chrome extension.
  • No name plus domain lookup. Search by domain, then enrich by person_id.

Best for: engineers, RevOps teams and agents that pull Nordic people by API or MCP at a fixed bill.

Pricing: Free is 1,000 records for life, no card, 5 requests a second. Solo is $97 a month, Agency $497 and Platform $1,997 (LeadOcean pricing, October 2026).

4. Kaspr: best for reps prospecting from LinkedIn across Europe

Kaspr is a LinkedIn-first contact finder, born in France, with hubs in the UK and Spain. Its data page claims 200 million European B2B contacts from 120+ sources (Kaspr data page, October 2026). We found no figure for Sweden, Norway, Denmark or Finland on that page.

Free is $0 per user with 15 B2B email credits, 5 phone credits and 5 direct email credits a month. Starter is EUR 59 or $65 per user a month billed monthly, and Business is EUR 99 or $99 (Kaspr pricing, September 2026). Phone, direct email and export credits cost extra.

Nordic coverage test: the free plan gives 5 phone credits, so run 15 Nordic names for email and 5 for phones. Export on Free is capped at 100.

API access is on request on paid plans. Starter allows 20 requests an hour and 250 a day, and Business allows 250 an hour and 500 a day (Kaspr pricing, September 2026). Each API call spends the data credit plus one export credit (Kaspr help center, September 2026). The pricing, API and help pages we read list no MCP server.

Pros

  • Europe is the home market.
  • Free plan and a low per-user price.
  • Unlimited B2B email credits on paid plans, subject to fair use.

Cons

  • No Nordic count on the pages we read.
  • API on request, 500 calls a day at the top public tier, and no MCP server listed.
  • Business caps exports at 30,000 a year, so no public plan reaches 1M.

Best for: reps who look up contacts one profile at a time in the browser and sell across Europe.

Pricing: Free, Starter EUR 59 or $65 and Business EUR 99 or $99 per user a month billed monthly (Kaspr pricing, September 2026).

5. ZoomInfo: best for enterprise teams that sell in the Nordics and worldwide

ZoomInfo is an enterprise sales intelligence suite. Its MCP docs claim 100M+ companies and 500M+ contacts, worldwide (GTM AI MCP docs, September 2026). The pages we read give no Nordic split.

Platform plans are quoted by sales, and most paid plans bill annually upfront (ZoomInfo, July 2026). For code, ZoomInfo sells GTM AI, an API, MCP server and CLI on pay-as-you-go credits. List price falls from $0.45 a data credit to $0.25 at 100,000 credits, which is $25,000 (GTM AI pricing, September 2026).

Nordic coverage test: Free gives 1,000 data credits with no card, and search and lookup are free (GTM AI pricing, September 2026). Size your Nordic accounts with free searches, then spend 100 data credits enriching your named list.

Rate limits are 5 requests a second on Builder, 25 on Standard and 35 on Scaling (ZoomInfo API docs, September 2026).

Pros

  • Free tier of 1,000 data credits with API and MCP, no card.
  • Search and lookup are free, so a Nordic sizing test is cheap.
  • Intent data in the same suite.

Cons

  • The credit slider stops at 100,000 credits. Beyond that is a quote.
  • No Nordic count, and platform prices are not public.

Best for: enterprise sales teams that sell in the Nordics as one of many regions and want signals in one login.

Pricing: GTM AI credits from $20, $0.45 down to $0.25 each. Platform plans by quote (GTM AI pricing, September 2026).

6. Apollo: best for small teams that want an app and a cheap seat

apollo homepage

Apollo is a prospecting app with a database behind it. Its pricing page claims 240M contacts and 30M companies (Apollo pricing, September 2026). The page shows no Nordic split.

Plans bill per seat. Free is $0 with 75 credits a month. Basic is $65 a seat a month with 2,500 credits, Professional is $99 with 4,000 and Organization is $149 with 6,000. Billed yearly they are $49, $79 and $119 (Apollo pricing, September 2026). An email costs 1 credit and a phone 8 (Apollo API pricing, September 2026).

Nordic coverage test: the free plan has 75 credits, enough for 75 emails or 9 phones. Run 75 of your 100 names for email, and note how many come back, country by country.

Paid plans allow 1,000 enrichment requests a minute (Apollo rate limits, September 2026). Apollo runs an official MCP server on any plan (Apollo MCP docs, September 2026).

Pros

  • Full sales app with API and MCP on the free plan.
  • Low per-seat price.

Cons

  • No Nordic count on the pages we read.
  • Seats cap the credits. 1M work emails is 250 Professional seats, or $24,750 a month at list.
  • Credits do not roll over, and a phone costs 8 credits.

Best for: small teams that want prospecting and sequencing in one app and will test the Nordics on the free plan first.

Pricing: Free, then $65, $99 and $149 per seat a month, or $49, $79 and $119 billed yearly (Apollo pricing, September 2026).

7. Lusha: best for small phone-first teams on self-serve credits

lusha homepage

Lusha sells contact data on self-serve credit plans, with a browser extension and an API. Its data page prints contacts per country: Sweden 3.1M+, Denmark 1.9M+, Norway 1.4M+, Finland 1M+ and Iceland 100K+ (Lusha data page, October 2026). Those are contact counts, with no split by email or phone.

Free is $0 for 40 credits a month. Starter is $49.90 a month for 400 credits, or $37.45 billed yearly. Pro is $69.90 for 600, or $52.45 yearly. Premium is $399.90 for 3,400, or $299.95 yearly (Lusha pricing, September 2026). An email costs 1 credit and a phone 5 (Lusha API guide, September 2026).

Nordic coverage test: Free gives 40 credits, enough for 40 emails or 8 phones. Lusha's docs disagree on what a miss costs. The API guide says a request costs at least 1 credit even with no data (Lusha API guide, September 2026). The billing FAQ says a request with no match costs nothing (Lusha billing FAQ, September 2026). Test in the app first.

Free and Starter allow 40 requests a minute and 100 a day, and Premium allows 300 a minute. The MCP server has 50 tools and shares the REST credit pool (Lusha MCP docs, September 2026).

Pros

  • Published contact figures for each Nordic country.
  • Low entry price, with a free plan and no card.
  • API key and a 50-tool MCP server on the same credits.

Cons

  • Country figures count contacts, not emails or phones.
  • The top public tier is 10,000 credits a month. 1M is about 104 times that.
  • Starter and Free cap API use at 100 requests a day.

Best for: small phone-first teams that want a self-serve extension and a light API.

Pricing: Free, then $49.90, $69.90 and $399.90 a month, or $37.45, $52.45 and $299.95 billed yearly (Lusha pricing, September 2026).

How to choose

  • A Nordic team that lives in an app and wants visitor identification: Dealfront.
  • Cold calling mobiles in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland: Cognism. Run its 25-lead sample on your own list first.
  • Nordic people by API, agent or at volume, with a count you can verify: LeadOcean.
  • LinkedIn-first reps selling across Europe: Kaspr, after a free test of its Nordic coverage.
  • The Nordics as one region in a global enterprise plan: ZoomInfo.
  • A cheap app seat to test the Nordics: Apollo or Lusha, on the free plans.

Verdict

Dealfront wins for Nordic sales and marketing teams that want company data in an app, because it is the only vendor here with Finnish roots and Nordic offices. Cognism wins for outbound teams that call mobiles in the Nordics, as long as its sample holds up on your list. LeadOcean wins for API, agent and volume buyers. It is the only one here with a free, repeatable mailable Nordic count, 1,552,894 mailable people, with Iceland the thin spot and large employers over-represented. Kaspr suits LinkedIn-first reps, ZoomInfo suits global enterprises, and Apollo and Lusha suit small teams on free plans. We have not measured Nordic match rates for the rivals, so run the same 100 names through any two before you pay. Start on the free plan.

FAQ

What is the best B2B data provider for the Nordics?

It depends on how you buy. Dealfront and Cognism claim Nordic depth and suit teams that work in an app or call mobiles. LeadOcean suits buyers who pull by API or agent and want a Nordic count they can check.

How do I test Nordic coverage before I buy?

Take 100 named contacts, 25 each in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland, half with local titles such as VD or toimitusjohtaja. Run them through each tool's free allowance and score found, email returned and phone returned.

Which provider has the most contacts in Sweden?

Lusha prints 3.1M+ Sweden contacts, with no email split (Lusha data page, October 2026). LeadOcean counted 742,598 mailable people in Sweden on 2026-10-01. Ask the others for a Sweden count.

Is a US database good enough for the Nordics?

Only a test on your list can say. Apollo and ZoomInfo publish global totals with no Nordic split. Run your 100 names through the free plans first.

Which Nordic data providers have an MCP server?

LeadOcean, Dealfront (in beta), Cognism, ZoomInfo, Apollo and Lusha do. The Kaspr pages we read list none. MCP calls spend the same credits as the API at Apollo and Lusha.

What does Nordic data cost at 1M records a month?

LeadOcean Agency is $497 a month flat, with a fair-use pace and no credits. Apollo is $24,750 a month at list on monthly billing, or $19,600 billed yearly. The other five publish no price at 1M, so ask for a quote.
