A B2B database for Poland is a source of people and company records, such as titles, work emails and phones, for contacts and employers in Poland. Sales teams, agencies and agent builders who sell into Central Europe need one. Most vendors publish a global record count and no Polish number, so the headline size tells you little about Warsaw, Krakow or Wroclaw.
This page ranks seven databases on one question: how many usable Polish contacts can you confirm before you pay? We ran free counts on LeadOcean. For the rest we give the test you can run yourself, because we have not run paid searches on their accounts. Each has its own comparison: Cognism, Kaspr, Apollo, ZoomInfo and Lusha. See also best B2B data providers for Europe, the Balkans and Turkey.

"1M records" means 1M work-email lookups that return a result, at list price.
What we evaluated
- Poland test: can you size Polish contacts for free, with a country filter, before spending a credit?
- Poland coverage on record: does the vendor name Poland, or give a Polish count, in a first-party source?
- API and MCP: can code or an agent run the same Poland search and pull the rows?
- Price at volume: flat, credits, seats or quote, and the list cost of 1M records.
- Rate limit: the default per second, minute or hour for a bulk Polish pull.
We ran no accuracy test, so we quote no match rates. Only LeadOcean gets Polish counts from us, dated 21 October 2026. We read the Kaspr, Cognism and Dealfront pages for the word Poland and found none.
1. LeadOcean: best for Polish pulls by API, agent or export
LeadOcean is the only database here where we can show Polish counts. On 21 October 2026 a free count_leads call with country: PL returned 606,454 people with a mailable email. "Mailable" means verified, catch_all_valid or catch_all. The call costs no records.
Poland is a market of small firms, so size it two ways. country is where the person is. hqCountry is where the company is headquartered. They give different answers, so test both.
| Filter (counted 21 October 2026, free) | Count |
|---|---|
country: PL, mailable email | 606,454 people |
country: PL, no email condition | 3,698,750 people |
country: PL, jobLevel C-Team or VP, mailable email | 31,192 people |
hqCountry: PL, mailable email (company HQ in Poland) | 288,234 people |
country: PL, holds an email of any status and a phone number | 61,375 people |
hqCountry: PL, companies in the index | 266,270 companies |
The first four rows count people. The fifth is labelled by what it filters: it includes addresses we would not send to. Phone coverage is the thin spot, with 61,375 Polish people holding both an email and a number.
The company count is free too, through GET /v1/companies/count or the leadocean_count_companies tool. Of those 266,270 Polish companies, 201,453 have 1-10 staff and 43,489 have 11-50. The largest industry is Business Consulting and Services with 19,298, then Retail with 13,597. Mazowieckie is the biggest region.
Over REST, the free sizing call is a search with count=true in the query string and limit 1 in the body. Example:
curl -X POST "https://api.leadocean.io/v1/people/search?count=true" \
-H "x-api-key: $LEADOCEAN_API_KEY" \
-H "content-type: application/json" \
-d '{"country": ["PL"], "limit": 1}'meta.total stops at 100,000 on that route, so use count_leads over MCP for the exact figure. The MCP server at https://api.leadocean.io/mcp has 13 tools and signs in with OAuth 2.1. One search pages to 10,000 rows, so slice Poland by title or region for a bigger pull.
Agency is $497 a month, flat, with 1M enrichments a day, 200 requests a second and 5 API keys. Solo is $97 a month for one person. There are no credits and no per-record price.
Pros
- Free exact counts by country, HQ country, seniority and email status, plus a free company count.
- Agency is $497 a month flat for 1M enrichments a day, with REST and MCP on every plan, including Free.
POST /v1/exportsreturns up to 50,000 rows a request, so a Polish list is a short export job.- Email status comes back on every record, with 13 values.
Cons
- Poland is a thin slice of the index: 606,454 mailable people, so a market-leader list will be shorter than a local registry.
- Phone coverage is small, so a dialing team needs a phone-led vendor.
- No rep workspace, sequencer, dialer, CRM or Chrome extension. The app has an Exports page.
- Reaching the fair-use pace slows the key until the window resets.
Best for: engineers, RevOps and agents that pull Polish records at volume on a fixed bill.
Pricing: Free is 1,000 records for life, no card. Solo is $97 a month, Agency $497 and Platform $1,997 (LeadOcean pricing, October 2026).
2. Cognism: best for phone-verified European contacts through a sales contract

Cognism leads its homepage with "Europe's most trusted B2B data" (Cognism, September 2026). That is positioning, not a count. We found no Poland figure on its public pages.
What it does publish is phone data. Its Diamond Data page claims over 10m phone-verified contacts globally and Do Not Call cross-referencing in 15 territories (Cognism Diamond Data, September 2026). There is no country split of the 10m.
The search schema has a location person filter and a count route, POST /persons/filter/count (Cognism API reference, September 2026). The API allows 500 requests a minute per operation (Cognism rate limits, September 2026). The MCP server has 15 tools (Cognism MCP docs, September 2026).
The Poland test: ask for a trial with API access, then call the count route with location set to Poland. Search tokens cost 1 per record returned. Cognism's docs disagree on whether a count call costs a token, so ask before you size large lists (Cognism credits docs, September 2026).
Pros
- Built around Europe in its own positioning, with Do Not Call cross-referencing in 15 territories.
- A count route in the API, plus a 15-tool MCP server.
- One credit per revealed contact, and re-viewing a revealed contact is free.
- On-demand phone verification on Pro.
Cons
- No public price for a plan, seat or credit.
- API and MCP need a package that includes them.
- No Polish coverage figure on the pages we read.
Best for: teams that cold-call Polish buyers and buy phone data through a negotiated contract.
Pricing: no public price. Standard and Pro are quote only (Cognism pricing, September 2026).
3. Kaspr: best for LinkedIn prospecting, profile by profile
Kaspr claims "200 million + European B2B contacts" from 120+ data sources (Kaspr data page, September 2026). It names no Poland count, so read 200M as a headline, not a filtered count.
Kaspr works inside LinkedIn through a Chrome extension. API access is on request on paid plans, not on Free. Each call spends a credit for the data type plus an export credit (Kaspr pricing, September 2026; Kaspr help center, September 2026).
The Poland test: use the Free plan with the extension. Open 20 LinkedIn profiles of Polish buyers in your target roles and count how many return a work email and a phone. Free has 15 B2B email credits and 5 phone credits a month, so the sample is small.
Pros
- A Europe-wide headline of 200 million contacts, the largest claim here.
- Free plan to test, and unlimited B2B email credits on paid plans under fair use.
- Credits roll over and are shared across the account on paid plans.
Cons
- API requests are capped: Starter 20 an hour and 250 a day, Business 250 an hour and 500 a day.
- The API starts from a LinkedIn profile URL, so it enriches people you already found.
- Search runs in the LinkedIn extension, not through a public search endpoint.
- No Polish count we can verify.
Best for: reps, recruiters and founders who prospect Polish buyers one LinkedIn profile at a time.
Pricing: Free has 15 B2B email credits a month. Starter is EUR 59 or $65 a user a month, billed monthly. Business is EUR 99 or $99 (Kaspr pricing, September 2026).
4. Apollo: best for free Polish search for small teams

Apollo lets you test Poland for free. People API Search costs 0 credits, takes person_locations[] and organization_locations[], and accepts cities, states and countries (Apollo API docs, September 2026). The first is where the person lives. The second is where the employer is headquartered.
Apollo claims 240M+ contacts and 30M+ accounts, with no Polish split (Apollo, September 2026). Search hides emails and phones. Enrichment spends credits: 1 for an email and 8 more if a mobile comes back (Apollo API pricing, September 2026).
Apollo runs an official MCP server at https://mcp.apollo.io/mcp on every plan, including Free (Apollo MCP docs, September 2026).
The Poland test: call the search with person_locations[]=poland and per_page=1, then read the total. Repeat with organization_locations[] and with a city such as Warsaw. It costs 0 credits.
Pros
- Free search with country and city filters, by API and in the app.
- API access on every plan, per the developer FAQ.
- Official MCP server on every plan.
- A free plan to try enrichment on a few Polish contacts.
Cons
- Credits are pooled across the team and expire at the end of each billing cycle.
- A mobile costs 8 credits against 1 for an email.
- A paid search allows 50,000 requests a day, and Free only 600, so a big Polish pull needs slicing.
- No published Polish coverage figure.
Best for: small teams that want to see Polish contacts before they pay.
Pricing: Free has 75 credits a month. Basic is $65 a seat a month, or $49 billed yearly. Professional is $99 ($79 yearly) (Apollo pricing, September 2026). At 1M email lookups the cheapest monthly route is 250 Professional seats, $24,750 a month. The yearly route is 400 Basic seats, $19,600 a month.
5. ZoomInfo: best for pay-as-you-go credits with free search
ZoomInfo's data page map lists Poland at 1.7M contacts, 483K mobile numbers and 498K companies (ZoomInfo data page, October 2026). Its self-serve product is GTM AI. Search, lookup and find-similar cost nothing. One data credit enriches or exports one company, contact or intent record (GTM AI credit docs, September 2026). A record is charged once per 12 months.
Contact search has continent and country filters on the company's primary address. A locationSearchType switch picks the person, the headquarters or both (GTM AI search docs, September 2026). Free signup gives 1,000 data credits and no card. The default rate is 5 requests a second on Builder, 25 on Standard and 35 on Scaling (GTM AI rate limits, September 2026).
The official MCP server needs a free GTM AI account or a ZoomInfo subscription with data credits (GTM AI MCP docs, September 2026).
The Poland test: sign up free, run a contact search with country set to Poland, and read totalResults. Search is free. Repeat with locationSearchType set to Person and then HQ, and compare. Then reveal 20 contacts and check how many carry an email or phone.
Pros
- Free search, so you can size Poland with no credit spent.
- Pay as you go from $20, with no contract or seat fee.
- Country and a person-or-HQ switch in one search.
- Official MCP server, plus API and CLI.
Cons
- The public slider stops at 100,000 credits for $25,000. Above that is Enterprise.
- Rate limits start low, at 5 requests a second.
- Platform plans are separate from GTM AI and are not public.
- The location filter reads the company address, so check how it treats remote staff.
Best for: teams that want free search and credits they buy in packs.
Pricing: Free has 1,000 data credits. Pay as you go runs from $0.45 a credit at 100 credits to $0.25 at 100,000 for $25,000 (GTM AI pricing, September 2026).
6. Lusha: best for single lookups in a browser extension

Lusha claims 515M+ contacts and 29M+ companies, and says 132M of those contacts are in the United States (Lusha, October 2026). It prints no Polish figure. The US number shows Lusha can split by region, which makes a missing Polish one worth asking for.
Searching and filtering cost 0 credits in the platform. Credits are spent when you reveal a contact (Lusha credit docs, September 2026). A work email costs 1 credit and a phone number costs 5. Email plus phone is 7 credits in one API request (Lusha API guide, September 2026).
The MCP server has 50 tools and shares the REST credit pool (Lusha MCP docs, September 2026).
The Poland test: on the free plan, filter the prospecting search to Poland and read the result total. It costs nothing. Then reveal a handful of contacts with the 40 free credits.
Pros
- Free filtering in the platform.
- API key on every plan, including Free.
- MCP server with 50 tools.
- Email plus phone in one API request.
Cons
- Per-key API quotas are small. Pro is 50 requests a minute.
- Phones cost 5 credits, and yearly plans reset unused credits at the end of the cycle.
- The public tiers stop at 10,000 credits a month.
- No Polish count on the pages we read.
Best for: reps who look up one contact at a time.
Pricing: Free is 40 credits a month. Starter is $49.90 a month ($37.45 billed yearly). Pro is $69.90 ($52.45 yearly). Premium is $399.90 ($299.95 yearly) (Lusha pricing, September 2026).
7. Dealfront (Leadfeeder): best for identifying companies that visit your site
Dealfront trades as Leadfeeder. Its pricing is built on identified companies, not on a record count (Leadfeeder pricing, September 2026). It is a visitor-identification product with contact enrichment on top. It suits a team that wants to know which Polish companies read its pages, then reach the people there.
Email-only enrichment costs 0.2 credit, and email plus phone costs 1 credit. A credit unlocks a record for 12 months for the whole account (Leadfeeder credit docs, September 2026). The API allows 10 requests a second per key and 100,000 requests a month (Leadfeeder API limits, September 2026). We found no Poland count on its pricing page.
The Poland test: open the free Lite plan, which identifies up to 100 companies, and check how many of your Polish visitors it names. Then price Discover against the visitor volume you see.
Pros
- Lite is free, with 20 credits a month and unlimited users.
- API and MCP server (beta) on every paid plan.
- Prices are the same number in dollars and euros.
- A credit unlocks a record for 12 months for the account.
Cons
- No public price per extra credit.
- Built for visitors, not for building a cold Polish list.
- Top public tier is 10,000 identified companies a month.
- No Polish coverage figure.
Best for: marketing and sales teams that want to act on Polish companies already visiting their site.
Pricing: Lite is free. Discover starts at 79 a month, Activate at 369 and Scale at 599, billed yearly. Monthly billing is 113 for Discover (Leadfeeder pricing, September 2026).
