Best B2B databases for Sweden, precision tested

7 Best B2B Databases for Sweden (Nordic Precision Tested) in 2026

Seven databases put through one Sweden test. Does the filter match where the person sits, can you size Sweden for free, and what do 1M records cost at list price.

Get your free API key →Free to start. No credit card. 1,000 records to spend whenever you like.

A B2B database for Sweden is a store of people and company records, with titles, work emails and phones, that you search by Swedish location, company or role. Sales teams use one to fill pipeline in a small market. Engineers and agents use one to enrich Swedish accounts in code.

Most vendors quote one global total and no Swedish number. So we tested precision: does the filter return people who sit in Sweden, or people who work for a Swedish company abroad? We ran that live on LeadOcean. For the rest we give the published answer and the steps to repeat it. We have not run paid searches on their accounts.

Each rival has its own page: Dealfront, Cognism, Kaspr, Lead411, Apollo and ZoomInfo. See also best B2B databases and UK providers.

"1M records" means 1M work-email lookups that return a result, at list price. Where a vendor publishes no price at that size, we say so and do not multiply a rate out.

What we evaluated

Sweden is small, so we judged precision before price.

  • Location precision: does the filter separate where the person sits from where the employer is headquartered?
  • Swedish titles: can you search a local title such as VD, or only English ones?
  • Free sizing: can you count Sweden before you spend a credit?
  • API and MCP: can code or an agent run the same search and pull rows?
  • Price at volume: flat, credits, seats or quote, and the list cost of 1M records.

We ran no accuracy test on rival tools, so we quote no match rates. Only LeadOcean counts come from us, run on 21 October 2026.

1. LeadOcean: best for Swedish pulls by API, agent or export

LeadOcean is the only database here where we can show Swedish counts. A free count_leads call with country: SE returned 752,492 people with a mailable email on 21 October 2026. "Mailable" means verified, catch_all_valid or catch_all. With no email condition the same filter matches 3,483,976 people. The call costs no records.

Now the precision test. Filter by hqCountry: SE and you get 731,200 mailable people, but only 458,189 sit in Sweden. The other 273,011 work abroad for a Swedish employer. Use country for people in Sweden and hqCountry for Swedish employers.

Filter (counted 21 October 2026, free)Result
country: SE, mailable email752,492 people
country: SE, any email status3,483,976 people
country: SE, jobLevel C-Team or VP, mailable email42,230 people
country: SE, city Stockholm, mailable email161,561 people
country: SE, title VD, mailable email2,760 people
country: SE, software, 11 to 200 staff, C-Team, mailable email834 people
hqCountry: SE, mailable email731,200 people
country: SE, holds a phone number, any email status180,793 people
Companies with hqCountry: SE (count_companies)237,250 companies

The phone row is not a mailable count: it includes people whose email we would not send to. The last row counts companies. The title row matches the keyword you send, so VD misses people titled CEO or Managing Director.

The set skews large. Companies with 10,001 or more staff hold 237,354 of the 752,492 mailable people, 32%. Run your own size band first.

Over REST, the free sizing call is a search with count=true in the query string.

bash
curl -X POST "https://api.leadocean.io/v1/people/search?count=true" \
  -H "x-api-key: $LEADOCEAN_API_KEY" \
  -H "content-type: application/json" \
  -d '{"country": ["SE"], "title": ["VD"], "limit": 1}'

meta.total stops at 100,000 on that route, so use count_leads over MCP for the exact figure. The MCP server at https://api.leadocean.io/mcp has 13 tools and signs in with OAuth 2.1. GET /v1/companies/count sizes a company list for free.

Pros

  • Free exact counts by country, HQ country, city, seniority, title and email status.
  • REST and MCP on every plan, Free included, with a flat price at volume.
  • POST /v1/exports writes up to 50,000 rows a file on Agency.
  • Email status on every record, with 13 values, so you can drop risky addresses before you send.

Cons

  • The dataset refreshes monthly, so a Swedish job change can lag by up to a month.
  • No refund or credit-back for bounced emails. Read email_status before sending.
  • No rep workspace, sequencer, dialer, CRM or Chrome extension. The app has an Exports page.

Best for: engineers, RevOps teams and agents that pull Swedish records at volume on a fixed bill.

Pricing: Free is 1,000 records, one-off, no card. Solo is $97 a month. Agency is $497 a month with 200 requests a second and 5 keys. Platform is $1,997 (LeadOcean pricing, October 2026).

2. Dealfront (Leadfeeder): best for Nordic teams that want visitor signals

Dealfront is the Nordic-native option. It merged Germany's Echobot and Finland's Leadfeeder and has offices in Finland, Denmark and Sweden (Dealfront launch release, April 2023). That is a three-year-old vendor claim.

The homepage claims 60M companies and 400M verified contacts, with no Swedish split (Dealfront, October 2026). The product trades as Leadfeeder, and its core strength is website visitor identification.

The Sweden test: Lite is free with 20 credits a month and identifies up to 100 companies (Leadfeeder pricing, September 2026). Check how many of your Swedish visitors it names. On paid plans an email-only contact costs 0.2 credit (Leadfeeder credits help, September 2026).

API access is on Discover and up, at 10 requests a second per key and 100,000 requests a month (Leadfeeder API docs, September 2026). The MCP server is in beta (Leadfeeder MCP page, September 2026).

Pros

  • Nordic roots, with a Swedish office named in its 2023 launch release.
  • Free Lite plan to start.
  • Company data and visitor identification in one platform.

Cons

  • No Swedish count, only a global total.
  • 100,000 API requests a month per key.
  • 1M email-only contacts is 200,000 credits, against 5,500 a month on Scale.

Best for: Nordic marketing and sales teams that want visitor signals next to company data.

Pricing: Lite free. Discover $113 a month, or $79 billed yearly. Activate $527 ($369 yearly). Scale from $599 billed yearly (Leadfeeder pricing, September 2026). No public 1M price.

3. Cognism: best for phone-led outbound with Sweden screened

cognism homepage

Cognism sells phone-verified mobiles and European data. Its EMEA page puts the Nordics among its strongest regions. It also says it screens phones against Do Not Call registries including Sweden (Cognism EMEA data, October 2026). Those are vendor claims with no Swedish count.

The same page offers 25 tailored leads to test the data before you buy. Send it a Swedish list, with local titles, and read the hit rate yourself.

The API allows 500 requests a minute per operation (Cognism rate limits, September 2026). The MCP server has 15 tools (Cognism MCP docs, September 2026). Both need a package that includes them.

Pros

  • Sweden is named on its Do Not Call screening.
  • A free sample to test a Swedish list.
  • One credit per revealed contact.

Cons

  • No public price at any size, so 1M needs a sales call.
  • No Swedish count.
  • API and MCP need a package that includes them.

Best for: Swedish outbound teams that call mobiles and can buy through sales.

Pricing: no public price. Standard and Pro are quote only (Cognism pricing, September 2026). No public 1M price.

4. Kaspr: best for profile-by-profile prospecting in LinkedIn

Kaspr is a LinkedIn-first contact finder. Its data page claims 200 million European B2B contacts (Kaspr data page, October 2026). It gives no Swedish figure on that page.

Free is $0 per user with 15 B2B email credits and 5 phone credits a month. Starter is $65 and Business $99 per user a month, billed monthly (Kaspr pricing, September 2026). The page shows no annual option, and its FAQ says plans renew monthly.

The Sweden test: open 20 LinkedIn profiles of Swedish buyers on the Free plan and count how many return an email and a phone.

API access is on request on paid plans. Starter allows 250 requests a day and Business 500 (Kaspr pricing, September 2026). We found no MCP server in its public docs.

Pros

  • Free plan and a low per-user price.
  • Unlimited B2B email credits on paid plans, under fair use.
  • Credits roll over on paid plans.

Cons

  • No Swedish count, and no search endpoint in the API we read.
  • API on request, capped at 500 calls a day at the top public tier.
  • Business caps exports at 30,000 a year.

Best for: reps who look up contacts one profile at a time and sell across Europe.

Pricing: Free. Starter $65 a user a month. Business $99, both billed monthly (Kaspr pricing, September 2026). No public 1M price.

5. Lead411: best for Sweden on a named country list

Lead411 is the one vendor here that names Sweden in a first-party country list. It covers 13 countries, among them Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden (Lead411 FAQ, September 2026). It publishes no Swedish record count.

It sells exports, not credits. A 7-day trial gives 50 exports with no card. API access starts on Ignite. The MCP server is for approved accounts that Lead411 Support enables (Lead411 API docs, September 2026). It publishes no rate limit number.

The Sweden test: start the trial, filter advanced search to Sweden, read the match count, then spend the 50 exports on a spread of titles.

Pros

  • Sweden and the other Nordics named in a first-party list.
  • Verified emails and advanced search from $49 a month.
  • A trial with no card.

Cons

  • API access is not on Spark. It starts on Ignite.
  • No published rate limit and no Swedish count.
  • Unlimited exports and the top plan are quote only.

Best for: sales teams that want Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland named on a list, worked in an app.

Pricing: Spark is $49 a month, or $490 billed yearly. Ignite starts at $150 a month ($1,500 billed yearly) (Lead411 pricing, September 2026). No public 1M price.

6. Apollo: best for free Swedish search for small teams

apollo homepage

Apollo lets you test Sweden for free. People API Search costs 0 credits and takes person_locations[] and organization_locations[] (Apollo API docs, September 2026). The first is where the person lives. The second is where the employer is based. That is the same precision split as above, so run both.

Apollo claims 240M contacts and 30M companies, with no Swedish split (Apollo data page, September 2026). Enrichment spends credits: 1 for an email and 8 more if a mobile comes back (Apollo API pricing, September 2026). An official MCP server runs on every plan, Free included (Apollo MCP docs, September 2026).

The Sweden test: call the search with person_locations[]=sweden and per_page=1, read the total, then repeat with organization_locations[]=sweden.

Pros

  • Free search with country and city filters, by API and in the app.
  • API and MCP on every plan.
  • 1,000 enrichment requests a minute on paid plans (Apollo rate limits, September 2026).

Cons

  • Credits are pooled across the team and expire at the end of each billing cycle.
  • A mobile costs 8 credits against 1 for an email.
  • No published Swedish coverage figure.

Best for: small teams that want to see Swedish contacts before they pay.

Pricing: Free has 75 credits a month. Basic is $65 a seat a month ($49 billed yearly). Professional is $99 ($79 yearly) (Apollo pricing, September 2026). At 1M email lookups the monthly route is 250 Professional seats, $24,750 a month. The yearly route is 400 Basic seats, $19,600 a month. Apollo does not say whether that many seats can be bought without a custom contract.

ZoomInfo's data page map lists Sweden at 2.0M contacts, 669K mobile numbers and 303K companies (ZoomInfo data page, October 2026). Its self-serve product is GTM AI. Search, lookup and find-similar cost nothing. One data credit enriches or exports one record, and a record is charged once per 12 months (GTM AI pricing, September 2026).

Contact search has a country filter, and a locationSearchType switch picks the person, the headquarters or both (GTM AI search docs, September 2026). That makes the precision test possible: run Person, then HQ, and compare. Free signup gives 1,000 data credits, with API, MCP and CLI.

Rate limits are 5 requests a second on Builder, 25 on Standard and 35 on Scaling (GTM AI rate limits, September 2026). The MCP server is documented at gtm.ai.

Pros

  • Free search, so you can size Sweden with no credit spent.
  • Pay as you go from $20, with no contract or seat fee.
  • A person-or-HQ switch in one search.

Cons

  • The public slider stops at 100,000 credits for $25,000. Above that is a quote.
  • Rate limits start at 5 requests a second.
  • Platform plans are separate and not public.

Best for: teams that want free search and credits they buy in packs.

Pricing: Free has 1,000 data credits. Pay as you go runs from $0.45 a credit at 100 credits to $0.25 at 100,000 for $25,000 (GTM AI pricing, September 2026). No public 1M price. ZoomInfo platform plans are quote only in our read.

How to choose

  • Exact Swedish counts, API, agent or volume: LeadOcean. Free counts, a flat price, REST and MCP.
  • Nordic visitor signals next to company data: Dealfront.
  • Phone-led calling on a negotiated contract: Cognism. Ask for the 25-lead test with Swedish titles.
  • A LinkedIn workflow: Kaspr, after you test 20 of your own profiles.
  • Sweden on a named country list, in an app: Lead411.
  • A free search in an app: Apollo, then ZoomInfo.

Verdict

LeadOcean wins for anyone who pulls Swedish records by API, agent or export. It is the only one here with free exact Swedish counts (752,492 mailable people on 21 October 2026) and a flat $497 price at 1M records a month. It does not win on phone-led calling or a LinkedIn workflow: Cognism is built around mobiles, and Kaspr works inside LinkedIn. Dealfront fits Nordic teams that want visitor signals. Lead411 fits teams that want Sweden on a named list. Apollo is the best free place to test Sweden in an app. ZoomInfo suits buyers who want free search and credits in packs. Run the person-versus-HQ test on whichever you pick, and start on the free plan to compare the same filter.

FAQ

What is the best B2B database for Sweden?

For API, agent and volume work, LeadOcean. It returned 752,492 mailable people in Sweden on 21 October 2026, and the count was free. For phone-led calling, Cognism. For visitor signals, Dealfront.

What does "Nordic precision tested" mean here?

We tested whether a filter returns people who sit in Sweden. On LeadOcean, hqCountry: SE matched 731,200 mailable people, but only 458,189 (63%) sit in Sweden. We ran no accuracy test on rival tools.

How many Swedish contacts does LeadOcean have?

On 21 October 2026, 752,492 people with country: SE and a mailable email. With no email condition it was 3,483,976 people, and 180,793 hold a phone number whatever their email status. There are 237,250 companies with a Swedish headquarters.

Does a global record count say anything about Sweden?

No. Apollo and Dealfront publish global totals and no Swedish split, and Kaspr's 200 million is a European headline. Only a filtered count shows what you can pull.

Can I search Swedish job titles such as VD?

Yes on LeadOcean. title: VD with country: SE matched 2,760 mailable people. It matches the keyword, so it misses people titled CEO or Managing Director. Search both.

Which database is cheapest for 1M Swedish records a month?

On list price, LeadOcean at $497 a month on Agency, with fair use. Apollo publishes a seat route at about $19,600 to $24,750 a month. The other five publish no 1M price.
