A B2B database for Switzerland is a searchable set of Swiss companies and the people who work in them, with titles, work emails and phones, sold through an app, an API or both. Sales teams use one to fill pipeline. Engineers and agents use one to enrich Swiss accounts in code.
Switzerland is hard for one reason: the same job has three names. A managing director is a Geschäftsführer in Zurich, a directeur in Geneva and a direttore in Lugano. A database tuned on English titles misses most of that.
None of the rivals below publishes a Swiss split by language on the pages we read, and only ZoomInfo prints a Swiss total. LeadOcean has a free count call, so we ran the counts ourselves. See also best B2B databases, best B2B data providers in the UK and best B2B data providers. Rival pages: Cognism, Dealfront, Kaspr, ZoomInfo, Apollo and Lusha.

"1M records" means 1M work-email lookups that return a result, at list price. Where a vendor publishes no price at that size, we say so and never multiply a small-plan rate.
What we evaluated
- Swiss coverage claim: what the vendor publishes about Switzerland, and whether it gives a count or only a global total.
- Multilingual titles: can you search German, French and Italian titles, and does the vendor say anything about them.
- Coverage test: 100 named Swiss contacts (40 German-speaking, 40 French-speaking, 20 Italian-speaking), run through each free allowance. Score found, email returned and phone returned.
- Access: API, MCP and rate limit.
- Price at volume: flat, credits, seats or quote, and the cost of 1M records.
Only LeadOcean counts were run by us, on 2026-10-21. For every other tool we give the free allowance you can spend on the test.
1. LeadOcean: best for Swiss data by API, agent or at volume
LeadOcean holds 693M people worldwide and 67M companies. We counted the Swiss slice on 2026-10-21 with the free count_leads and count_companies tools over MCP. The default counts only people whose best email is verified, catch-all valid or catch-all, so the people rows below are mailable counts.
| Query | Count |
|---|---|
| People located in Switzerland, mailable email | 666,356 |
| People located in Switzerland, any email status, including none | 3,235,340 |
| Switzerland, title Geschäftsführer, mailable email | 2,375 |
| Switzerland, title Directeur, mailable email | 2,730 |
| Switzerland, title Direttore, mailable email | 253 |
| Switzerland, title Managing Director, mailable email | 5,025 |
| Companies headquartered in Switzerland | 334,284 |
The Italian row is thin: 253 mailable people against 2,730 for the French title. Ticino has 4,913 Swiss companies, so test it first if you sell there. A title count is a keyword match, not a deduplicated reach, so the four title rows overlap.
Swiss coverage test: pass each of your 100 account domains to count_leads with country CH. The call is free, so you can test thousands. A miss on POST /v1/people/enrich is a free 404. Company counts break down by canton, so you can see Zurich (23,754), Vaud (14,511) and Geneva (11,200) side by side.
Agency is $497 a month, flat, with 1M enrichments a day, 200 requests a second and 5 API keys. Solo is $97 a month for one person. Search has 50 people filters and 34 company filters, phones are GET /v2/people/phone, and POST /v1/exports returns up to 50,000 rows a request. The MCP server at https://api.leadocean.io/mcp uses OAuth 2.1 and exposes 13 tools. The data is refreshed monthly.
Pros
- A measured Swiss count you can rerun for free, by title and by canton.
- Agency is $497 a month flat for 1M enrichments a day, with no credit meter.
- REST and MCP on every plan, including Free.
- An
email_statuson every record, with 13 values.
Cons
- Italian-language titles are thin. Search
DirettoreandDirettriceand check the count first. - Bulk CSV export is not on Free.
- No rep workspace, sequencer, dialer, CRM or Chrome extension.
- No name plus domain lookup. Search by domain, then enrich by
person_id.
Best for: engineers, RevOps teams and agents that pull Swiss people by API or MCP at a fixed bill.
Pricing: Free is 1,000 records for life, no card. Solo is $97 a month, Agency $497 and Platform $1,997 (LeadOcean pricing, October 2026).

FAQ
What is the best B2B database for Switzerland?
It depends on how you buy. Cognism and Dealfront claim European or DACH depth and suit teams that work in an app or call mobiles. LeadOcean suits buyers who pull by API or agent and want a Swiss count they can check.
Do B2B databases cover French and Italian Switzerland?
No vendor here publishes a split by language region on the pages we read. LeadOcean's counts on 2026-10-21 show German titles at 2,375 (Geschäftsführer), French at 2,730 (Directeur) and Italian at 253 (Direttore) among mailable people. Test Italian first.
How do I search Swiss contacts in three languages?
Use title keywords in each language, such as Geschäftsführer, Directeur and Direttore, plus the country filter CH. In LeadOcean, count_leads is free, so you can compare the counts before you pull a record.
How many Swiss companies are in the database?
LeadOcean counted 334,284 companies headquartered in Switzerland on 2026-10-21. Most are small: 182,400 have 1 to 10 employees. Zurich, Vaud and Geneva are the largest cantons.
Which Swiss data providers have an MCP server?
LeadOcean, Dealfront (in beta), Cognism, ZoomInfo, Apollo and Lusha do. Kaspr's API docs list none.
