7 Best B2B Databases for the Netherlands, Beyond KvK Data

The Dutch Business Register tells you a company exists. These seven tools tell you who to email or call there, and what that costs at volume.

The best B2B databases for the Netherlands return named buyers with a working email or phone. A company record is not enough. The KvK Business Register, the Dutch Chamber of Commerce register, is a source for company data. It sells API access by subscription at a fixed monthly amount (KvK, September 2026). It is the right place to confirm a legal entity. It is not where you find the head of sales at that entity.

Teams leave a registry-only workflow for three reasons: no contact data, no job titles to filter on, and manual lookups. The seven tools below fill that gap. We compare them on Dutch reach, price, API and MCP access, and what a million records a month costs. See also our pages on Cognism, Dealfront, Kaspr, Lusha, Apollo and ZoomInfo. The full field is in best B2B databases.

What we evaluated

  • Dutch reach. How many Dutch people and companies the tool holds, and whether it filters by country and company size.
  • Contact quality. Verified work email, mobile numbers and how each tool reports email status.
  • API and MCP. Whether you can pull data in code or from an agent, and the rate limits.
  • Cost at 1M records a month. Public list price only. Where no public price exists we say "No public 1M price" and do not multiply a rate.
  • Free test. Whether you can size the Dutch market or test your own list before you pay.

1. LeadOcean: best for API, agent and volume buyers

LeadOcean is a B2B people and company data API with a hosted MCP server. We ran free counts on 2026-10-21. 1,311,341 people located in the Netherlands carry an email that is verified, catch_all_valid or catch_all, out of 8,385,053 Dutch people with any record. Those mailable people span roughly 150,873 employers (an estimate, not an exact count). The count call costs nothing.

The company side is larger than the mailable people side. A free company count found 864,977 companies headquartered in the Netherlands, and 548,203 of them have 1-10 employees. Mid-size is thinner. People with the c_suite seniority band at companies of 51-200 staff: 2,703 mailable, 14,345 with any record, across 1,881 employers. The headquarters state labels are partly abbreviations ("Ac" and "Zh" sit beside "North Holland"). Size and industry are cleaner Dutch filters than state.

LeadOcean has 693M people and 67M companies worldwide, 50 people filters and 34 company filters. One search pages to 10,000 rows. It has an app with an Exports page (filter builder, column picker, price preview, CSV download). It has no rep workspace, sequencer, dialer, CRM or Chrome extension, and no Do Not Call scrubbing. If your reps want a UI to work leads in, pick another tool on this list.

Pros

  • Free counts: size the Dutch market with leadocean_count_leads or leadocean_count_companies before you spend a record.
  • One flat price at volume: Agency is $497 a month with a fair-use pace, not credits.
  • 13 MCP tools at https://api.leadocean.io/mcp, OAuth sign-in, no key pasted.
  • Free plan: 1,000 records for life, no card, every feature.

Cons

  • Mid-size Dutch decision-makers are a small set (the 2,703 above), so test your exact filter first.
  • No app for working leads, no sequencer, no dialer.
  • No Do Not Call list scrubbing for cold calling.

Best for: engineers, RevOps and agent builders who pull Dutch records through an API. Pricing: Free $0 (1,000 records for life), Solo $97 a month, Agency $497 a month, Platform $1,997 a month (LeadOcean pricing, October 2026).

2. Cognism: best for phone-verified Dutch mobiles

cognism homepage

Cognism is a sales platform built around phone-verified mobiles. Its Diamond Data page claims over 10m phone-verified contacts globally and Do Not Call cross-referencing in 15 territories (Cognism, September 2026). If your reps cold-call the Netherlands, the DNC point is real value.

It has an API and an MCP server. The MCP server has 15 tools at https://mcp.cognism.com/mcp with OAuth 2.0 (Cognism MCP docs, September 2026). The API allows 500 requests a minute per account, per operation (Cognism rate limits, September 2026). API and MCP access need a package that includes it.

The cost is opaque. Cognism publishes no dollar price. One credit is one revealed contact, and no credit price or allocation is published (Cognism pricing, September 2026).

Pros

Cons

  • No public price at any volume.
  • Credits are charged per revealed contact, so cost scales with use.
  • API and MCP depend on the package you buy.

Best for: sales teams that dial mobiles in the Netherlands and the rest of the EU. Pricing: no public price; Standard and Pro are quote only (Cognism, September 2026).

3. Dealfront: best for European teams that want an app

Dealfront (the Leadfeeder and Echobot group) leans on European markets. It adds visitor identification and CRM connections on top of contact data. For a Dutch marketing team that wants to see which companies visit its site, that bundle matters.

Prices are public up to a point. Discover is $113 a month billed monthly and $79 billed yearly. Activate is $527 monthly and $369 billed yearly. Scale is $599 billed yearly (Leadfeeder pricing, September 2026). Currency shows as USD or EUR by company location. Email-only enrichment costs 0.2 credit, and email plus phone costs 1 credit (Leadfeeder help, September 2026).

API and MCP access come with the paid plans. The API allows 10 requests a second per key and 100,000 requests a month (Leadfeeder API docs, September 2026). That cap rules out 1M lookups on one key in a month without a quota increase.

Pros

  • Lite is free, with 20 credits a month and unlimited users.
  • Visitor identification and CRM sync in one subscription.
  • API and MCP included on paid plans.

Cons

  • No published price per extra credit.
  • 100,000 requests a month per key by default.
  • Built for app users, so bulk API pulls are a second-class case.

Best for: European marketing and sales teams that want visitor data and contacts in one app. Pricing: Discover $113 a month billed monthly ($79 billed yearly) (Leadfeeder, September 2026).

4. Kaspr: best for LinkedIn prospecting in Europe

Kaspr is a Chrome extension and web app that pulls phone numbers and emails from LinkedIn profiles. It markets itself on European decision-makers. For a recruiter or rep working Dutch profiles one at a time, it is quick.

Starter is $65 per user a month billed monthly (EUR 59), and Business is $99 (EUR 99). Annual figures in the page markup are lower ($49 and $79), but the page shows no annual toggle, so treat them as reported (Kaspr pricing, September 2026). Both paid plans include unlimited B2B email credits, with 100 and 200 phone credits a month.

The API is thin. It is on request for paid plans. Starter gets 250 requests a day and Business 500, and each call spends an export credit (Kaspr API help, September 2026). No MCP server is listed on its pricing or API pages.

Pros

  • Fast one-profile lookups from LinkedIn.
  • Unlimited B2B email credits on paid plans.
  • Euro pricing shown.

Cons

  • API capped at 500 requests a day on Business.
  • Export limits of 12,000 (Starter) and 30,000 (Business) a year.
  • Per-user pricing.

Best for: recruiters and reps prospecting Dutch LinkedIn profiles by hand. Pricing: Starter $65 per user a month billed monthly; Business $99 (Kaspr, September 2026).

5. Lusha: best for small teams that want a browser tool

lusha homepage

Lusha sells a browser extension and web app for emails and phone numbers. It adds an API and an MCP server. It is priced in credits. An email costs 1 credit and a phone number 5 credits (Lusha API guide, September 2026).

Free is $0 for 40 credits a month. Starter is $49.90 a month billed monthly (400 credits) or $37.45 billed yearly. Pro is $69.90 monthly, and Premium is $399.90 monthly (3,400 credits) (Lusha pricing, September 2026). The largest public tier holds 10,000 credits a month, so 1M records is far past it.

The MCP server has 50 tools and shares the REST API credit pool (Lusha MCP docs, September 2026).

Pros

  • Low entry price and a free plan.
  • 50-tool MCP server.
  • API key on every plan, including Free.

Cons

  • Credit pool is small: 400 on Starter.
  • Phones cost 5 credits each.
  • Scale pricing is quote only.

Best for: one to five sellers who need a few hundred Dutch contacts a month. Pricing: Starter $49.90 a month billed monthly ($37.45 billed yearly) (Lusha, September 2026).

6. Apollo: best for seat-based outbound with a free tier

apollo homepage

Apollo combines a contact database with sequencing and a dialer. It is global, not Dutch-specific, and filters by country and company size like the rest. Its edge is the workflow: search, enrich and send in one place.

Plans are per seat. Basic is $65 a month billed monthly with 2,500 credits, Professional $99 with 4,000, and Organization $149 with 6,000 (minimum 3 seats). Billed yearly they drop to $49, $79 and $119 (Apollo pricing, September 2026). An email costs 1 credit and a phone number 8 (Apollo API pricing, September 2026).

At 1M work-email lookups a month, the cheapest list route is 250 Professional seats on monthly billing: $24,750 a month. On yearly billing, 400 Basic seats come to $19,600 a month. Self-serve availability of that many seats is not stated on Apollo's pages. Apollo runs an official MCP server at https://mcp.apollo.io/mcp (Apollo MCP docs, September 2026).

Pros

  • Free plan and a full sales workflow.
  • Official MCP server on any plan.
  • Enrichment limit of 1,000 requests a minute on paid plans.

Cons

  • Seat math makes 1M a month very expensive.
  • Phones cost 8 credits each.
  • No price per extra credit is published.

Best for: outbound teams that want the database and the sequencer in one tool. Pricing: Basic $65 per seat a month billed monthly ($49 billed yearly) (Apollo, September 2026).

7. ZoomInfo: best for large sales orgs with budget

ZoomInfo is the incumbent enterprise sales platform. Its newer GTM AI product has a public pricing page and a free tier. You get 1,000 data credits and 1,000 AI credits, no card. MCP, API and CLI are included at 5 requests a second (ZoomInfo GTM AI pricing, September 2026).

The lowest published rate is $0.25 a credit on a 100,000-credit pack for $25,000. The slider stops there; larger volume goes to Enterprise sales. We do not multiply that out to 1M. ZoomInfo's platform pricing page blocked our read, so Professional, Advanced and Elite prices are not public in our read.

The MCP server works with Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and Copilot, and needs a GTM AI account or an existing subscription with data credits (ZoomInfo MCP docs, September 2026). API limits run from 5 a second (Builder) to 35 a second (Scaling) (GTM AI rate limits, September 2026).

Pros

  • Large claimed base: 500M+ professional profiles, by ZoomInfo's own claim (ZoomInfo data page, October 2026).
  • Free tier with API and MCP.
  • Public credit ladder on GTM AI.

Cons

  • The lowest public rate is $0.25 a credit, and only on the 100,000 pack.
  • Platform plan prices are not public.
  • API pace of 35 a second at most on listed packages.

Best for: enterprise sales orgs that already budget for a ZoomInfo contract. Pricing: Free GTM AI tier; credits from $0.25 on the 100,000 pack (ZoomInfo GTM AI, September 2026).

How to choose

  • You build in code or with agents. LeadOcean. Run the free counts first, then pull through the API or the MCP server.
  • Your reps cold-call Dutch mobiles. Cognism, for the phone focus and DNC cross-referencing.
  • You want one app for site visitors and contacts. Dealfront.
  • You prospect from LinkedIn one profile at a time. Kaspr or Lusha.
  • You want data and a sequencer in one seat. Apollo.
  • You run an enterprise sales org with budget. ZoomInfo.
  • You only need to confirm a legal entity. The KvK register, via its API subscription.

Verdict

For volume and code, LeadOcean wins: a free Dutch count, a flat $497 a month and no per-record bill. Cognism wins for Dutch cold calling because of phone verification and DNC checks. Dealfront wins for European marketing teams that want visitor data. Apollo wins when the sequencer matters more than the data bill, and Kaspr or Lusha win for one-by-one LinkedIn work. Run the same Dutch filter through two tools before you buy. Counts are free on LeadOcean, so start there.

FAQ

Is the KvK register enough for B2B sales in the Netherlands?

No. KvK data is business register data about companies, and its API is sold by subscription at a fixed monthly amount (KvK, September 2026). You still need people, titles and contact details from a B2B database.

How many Dutch contacts does LeadOcean hold?

On 2026-10-21 a free count found 1,311,341 people located in the Netherlands with a verified, catch_all_valid or catch_all email, and 8,385,053 with any record. That is a count of people by location, not a promise of deliverability.

Which tool is cheapest at 1M records a month?

Only LeadOcean and Apollo publish enough to price it. LeadOcean's Agency plan is $497 a month. Apollo is $24,750 a month on monthly billing. The others publish no 1M price, so we do not guess.

Do I need an API or an app?

Use an API or MCP server if you enrich lists, feed a CRM or run agents. Use an app if reps work leads by hand. LeadOcean is an API and an Exports page, not a rep workspace.

Which tool helps with cold calling Dutch numbers?

Cognism publishes Do Not Call cross-referencing in 15 territories for phones (Cognism, September 2026). LeadOcean has no DNC scrubbing, so check numbers against your own list before you dial.
