6 Best Sales Navigator Scraping Tools in 2026 (Compared)

Six ways to turn a Sales Navigator search into a lead list, from browser tools that use your login to a database you query by filter. Compared on caps, risk, API, MCP and cost at 1M records.

A Sales Navigator scraping tool turns a Sales Navigator search into rows you can use: names, titles, companies and, usually, emails. SDR teams, agencies and growth engineers use them because Sales Navigator will not give you a CSV of a lead search.

People leave the browser tools for three reasons. They run on your own LinkedIn login, and LinkedIn's user agreement bans scripts that copy profiles (LinkedIn user agreement, October 2026). They stop at a daily cap. And you pay for a Sales Navigator seat on top, from US$119.99 a month on Core (LinkedIn, October 2026). This is not legal advice.

So this list mixes two kinds of tool and says which is which. For the manual route, see how to export a list from Sales Navigator. For the Wiza route, see our Wiza alternative.

Prices are monthly list prices in USD, checked September and October 2026. Billed-yearly figures follow where a vendor shows them.

What we evaluated

  • Method: whether it runs through your LinkedIn login (cookie-based) or reads a stored database (cookie-less).
  • Caps: daily and monthly export limits per account or seat.
  • Account risk: whether your own login is in the loop, and what happens if LinkedIn objects.
  • API and MCP: what you can call from code or an agent, and how it signs in.
  • Cost at 1M records a month: list price only. Where there is no public 1M price we say so and never multiply a rate out.

What we ran: one free LeadOcean count on 21 October 2026, shown below. We read every other vendor's pricing page and docs in September and October 2026. We did not scrape with any competitor, so we quote no find rates or bounce rates.

1. LeadOcean: best for API, agent and volume buyers

LeadOcean does not scrape Sales Navigator. It replaces the search. You rebuild the filters you would set in Sales Navigator (job level, function, country, headcount) as a query. It runs against 693M people and 67M companies. Pull the rows over REST or MCP. No LinkedIn login is involved.

Here is the test. We rebuilt a typical Sales Navigator search: IT directors at UK companies with 201 to 500 staff. Filters: jobLevel Director, jobFunction Information Technology, country GB, employeeRange 201-500. The free count on 21 October 2026 returned 2,696 people. Of those, 775 had a verified or catch-all email, spread across 557 companies. Counts cost nothing and spend no records.

bash
curl -X POST https://api.leadocean.io/v1/people/search \
  -H "x-api-key: $LEADOCEAN_API_KEY" \
  -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
  -d '{"jobLevel":["Director"],"jobFunction":["Information Technology"],"country":["GB"],"employeeRange":["201-500"],"limit":100}'

One search pages to 10,000 rows, and POST /v1/exports writes a CSV of up to 50,000 rows per request. You can also use the Exports page in the app at app.leadocean.io: filter builder, column picker, price preview, CSV download. Ask an agent over MCP and leadocean_count_leads sizes the list first.

Pros

  • No Sales Navigator seat, no login, no session cookie to expire.
  • Flat price: Agency is $497 a month with no credits and no overage invoice.
  • 13 MCP tools with OAuth 2.1, and free counts with leadocean_count_leads.
  • 366M people with an email and 166M with a phone number.

Cons

  • It is a database, not a live view of LinkedIn. It cannot see your saved lead lists or accounts in Sales Navigator.
  • No Chrome extension, sequencer, dialer or CRM.
  • Bulk CSV export is not on Free.
  • Data refreshes monthly, so a profile edited yesterday may not show yet.

Best for: engineers, agents and agencies that need a filter-built list at volume.

Pricing: Free is $0 for 1,000 records, one-off, no card. Solo is $97, Agency $497 and Platform $1,997 a month. Rate limits are 5, 50, 200 and 10,000 requests a second (LeadOcean pricing, October 2026).

2. Evaboot: best for exporting Sales Navigator searches with emails

Evaboot turns a Sales Navigator search into a clean file with emails attached. It exports the results of your own searches, so you need a Sales Navigator seat. It is cookie-based: it works through your session.

One lead exported is one credit, email included, even when no email is found. Plans are 100 credits for $9, 400 for $29 and 1,000 for $49 a month. Anything bigger is Enterprise (Evaboot pricing, October 2026).

Exports are capped at 2,500 leads per 24 hours per Sales Navigator account, and buying credits does not lift it (Evaboot help, October 2026). At 1M records that is 400 seat-days, or 14 seats over 30 days. A hosted MCP server is at https://mcp.evaboot.com/mcp (Evaboot docs, September 2026).

Pros

  • Cleans a Sales Navigator export and adds emails in one step.
  • Cheap entry at $9 a month.
  • API and MCP on every plan.

Cons

  • Needs a Sales Navigator seat on top of the credits.
  • A lead with no email still costs a credit.
  • No phone numbers.
  • Volume turns into a seat count because of the daily cap.

Best for: teams whose lists already live in Sales Navigator.

Pricing: Starter $9, Grow $29 and Scale $49 a month for 100, 400 and 1,000 credits. Enterprise is custom (Evaboot pricing, October 2026).

3. Wiza: best for one rep building lists from LinkedIn

Wiza builds lists from Sales Navigator, Recruiter or a CSV, and attaches emails and phones to them (Wiza help, September 2026). It is the most polished tool here for a single rep who lives in LinkedIn.

Paid plans run from $49 to $199 a month per user, or $83 to $166 a month per user billed yearly. Annual plans are capped at 2,500 exports a month (Wiza pricing, September 2026). That cap is why volume is expensive: it scales with seats, not records. The API is priced on a sales call (Wiza API, September 2026).

The hosted MCP server has 5 tools and needs API access and credits (Wiza MCP guide, September 2026).

Pros

  • Lists from Sales Navigator, Recruiter or CSV in one tool.
  • Free plan to test (20 valid emails and 5 phone numbers).
  • Credits are charged only for emails marked valid.

Cons

  • Priced per user, so a team pays per seat.
  • API pricing is not public.
  • Still needs a Sales Navigator seat for the LinkedIn route.
  • Monthly plans charge $0.15 per extra valid email.

Best for: one rep who prospects from Sales Navigator all day.

Pricing: Starter $49, then $99 and $199 a month per user. Yearly $83 to $166 (Wiza pricing, September 2026).

4. PhantomBuster: best for scheduled automation on your own account

PhantomBuster runs automations through your own LinkedIn login and returns the result as a file or over its API. It does not sell a database. Its pricing FAQ says it provides no pre-built lists (PhantomBuster pricing, October 2026).

Plans meter slots and execution hours, not records. Start has 5 slots and 20 hours a month. Scale has 50 slots and 300 hours. PhantomBuster publishes no records-per-hour rate, so 1M records cannot be priced from public data. The MCP server is at https://mcp.phantombuster.com (PhantomBuster MCP docs, September 2026).

Pros

  • Automates more than export: searches, visits and connection steps.
  • Unlimited users on every plan.
  • MCP server on every plan, including the trial.

Cons

  • Runs through your login, so LinkedIn limits and restrictions land on you.
  • Hours and slots cap the work. Automations pause when hours run out.
  • Trial exports stop at 10 rows.
  • Emails use a separate pool of email credits.

Best for: a founder or rep who wants LinkedIn actions on a schedule and accepts the account risk.

Pricing: Billed yearly, Start is $56 a month ($672 a year), Grow $128 ($1,536) and Scale $352 ($4,224). The page says yearly billing saves 20% (PhantomBuster pricing, October 2026).

5. Apify: best for developers who write or rent scrapers

Apify is a marketplace of ready-made scrapers called Actors, plus a platform to run your own. Sales Navigator Actors on it are third-party. Each sets its own price, login method and rules. Treat each Actor as its own tool and run a small test first.

Platform plans carry prepaid usage. Free is $0 with $5 of usage. Starter is $19 a month, Scale is $199 and Business is $999 (Apify pricing, October 2026). The REST API has a global limit of 250,000 requests a minute and a default 60 requests a second per resource (Apify API docs, September 2026). The hosted MCP server lets an agent find and run Actors (Apify MCP docs, October 2026).

Pros

  • Write your own scraper in JavaScript or Python, or rent one.
  • Schedules, datasets and an API for every run.
  • Hosted MCP server with OAuth.

Cons

  • It returns what a page shows. Emails and phones need another step.
  • Cost depends on the Actor and run time, so there is no fixed price per lead.
  • A cookie-based Actor puts your account at the same risk as any browser tool.

Best for: developers who want to own the scraper code.

Pricing: Free $0, Starter $19, Scale $199, Business $999 a month, plus pay as you go (Apify pricing, October 2026).

Icypeas is a cookie-less option. It does not read your Sales Navigator. It sells a people database you search by filter, and a finder that returns an email for a name and a domain. Credits are 1 per found email, 0.02 per person in a people search, and 1.5 per profile scrape. A search that finds nothing costs nothing (Icypeas docs, September 2026).

Basic is $19 a month for 1,000 credits and Hypergrowth is $499 for 100,000. The pricing page lists a 1,000,000-credit tier at $3,992 a month ($0.003992 a credit), or $3,326.67 a month billed yearly (Icypeas pricing, September 2026). Plus VAT. That assumes every lookup finds an email.

Rate limits are 10 calls a second on email search and 30 on find people (Icypeas docs, September 2026). The hosted MCP server has 21 tools, and MCP is on every plan.

Pros

  • Entry price of $19 a month, with API and MCP.
  • Unused credits roll over with no expiry.
  • Public price at 1M credits.
  • No LinkedIn login.

Cons

  • No free plan. 50 free credits on signup.
  • People search has fewer filters than a full database. LeadOcean has 50 people filters and 34 company filters.
  • Credits mean cost rises with every email found.
  • It cannot import your saved Sales Navigator lists.

Best for: teams that know the name and domain and want cheap, verified emails.

Pricing: Basic $19, Premium $39, Advanced $89, Hypergrowth $499 a month (Icypeas pricing, September 2026).

The 1M column is list-price arithmetic from published credits and plans. Where a vendor publishes no price at 1M, we do not multiply a rate out. Vendors change plans often, so confirm on the pricing page before you buy.

How to choose

  • You pull lists in code or from an agent, at volume: LeadOcean. No seat, no login, one flat price.
  • Your lists already live in Sales Navigator and you want them as a file: Evaboot, with a seat per rep.
  • One rep prospects from LinkedIn all day: Wiza.
  • You want actions automated on your own account: PhantomBuster. Accept the account risk.
  • You want to own the scraper code: Apify.
  • You have names and domains and want cheap emails: Icypeas.
  • You do not want your LinkedIn account near a tool: pick a cookie-less database: LeadOcean or Icypeas.

Verdict

LeadOcean wins for API, agent and volume buyers because it has no login, no session and no daily cap that turns volume into a seat count. Evaboot wins when the list already sits in Sales Navigator and you want it as a clean file. Wiza wins for a single rep, PhantomBuster for scheduled account automation, and Apify for developers who want the code. Icypeas wins on price per found email when you already hold names and domains. If you need the saved leads and accounts from your own Sales Navigator, only the cookie-based tools can read them.

FAQ

Is it legal to scrape Sales Navigator?

LinkedIn's user agreement forbids crawlers, plugins and scripts that copy profiles (LinkedIn user agreement, October 2026). Cookie-based tools break that rule on your account, so the risk is a restriction or ban. This is not legal advice.

Do I need a Sales Navigator seat to use these tools?

For Evaboot, Wiza's LinkedIn lists and PhantomBuster, yes. Core costs US$119.99 a month (LinkedIn, October 2026). LeadOcean and Icypeas do not read LinkedIn, so they need no seat.

Can LeadOcean replace a Sales Navigator search?

For building a list by title, level, function, country and company size, yes. In our 21 October 2026 count, one rebuilt search matched 2,696 people. It cannot read your saved lists, and it has no InMail or alerts.

How many leads can I export a day?

It depends on the tool. Evaboot caps at 2,500 leads per 24 hours per seat (Evaboot help, October 2026). Wiza annual plans cap at 2,500 exports a month (Wiza pricing, September 2026). LeadOcean exports up to 50,000 rows per request.

How do I get emails for a Sales Navigator list?

Sales Navigator does not hand out emails on export. Run the list through a finder, or read our guide to finding an email from Sales Navigator. LeadOcean returns an email status on every record, so you can read email_status before you send.

Can I upload my own CSV back into Sales Navigator?

Sales Navigator has a CSV upload for matching accounts and leads. We cover the steps in how to upload CSV files to Sales Navigator.
