Claude Prompt: Find Decision Makers at 50 Domains

The prompt

Find decision makers at these 50 company domains:
acme.com, example.com, (paste the rest here)

1. Call leadocean_count_leads with domain set to the full list
   and jobLevel C-Team and VP.
2. Tell me the count and the filters you used.
3. Do not call leadocean_search_leads until I say go.
4. When I say go, call leadocean_search_leads with the same filters
   and limit 100. Show title, company domain and country.

What it resolves to

jobLevel is a closed list: C-Team, Director, Manager, Other, Staff, VP. Add Director if 50 companies return too few people. The domain filter takes bare domains such as acme.com, not URLs.

How many match

For the single domain acme.com, 9 mailable people matched on 1 October 2026. Filters: domain acme.com, jobLevel C-Team or VP.

Mailable means verified, catch_all_valid or catch_all, the count_leads default. The count is free. A 50-domain list returns its own total, so run it before you search.

Variations

• Add "and jobFunction Sales & Business Development" to keep only the revenue side.
• Swap jobLevel for "title Head of Marketing, VP Marketing" to target one role at all 50 domains.
• Ask Claude to cap the pull with "limit 50" so the first run spends at most 50 records.
