A GTM MCP is a hosted endpoint that lets Claude Code search, count and enrich buyers with tool calls instead of exports. GTM engineers, RevOps and founders who run outbound from the terminal need one.
Most lists stop at "has an MCP server." That is the easy part. What breaks in Claude Code is the meter behind the server: seats, credits that expire, and rate limits that slow a loop of 5,000 lookups to a crawl. Apollo bills seats plus credits, and its credits expire each cycle (Apollo pricing, September 2026). Crustdata caps enrich at 15 requests a minute by default (Crustdata docs, September 2026).
This page ranks seven servers you can add to Claude Code and prices each at 1M records a month. We read pricing pages and docs in September 2026. We did not run a find-rate test. Head-to-head pages: Apollo, ZoomInfo, Hunter, Prospeo, FullEnrich and Crustdata. Setup first: connect LeadOcean to Claude Code.
TL;DR
| Tool | Best for | Starting price | Cost at 1M records a month |
|---|---|---|---|
| LeadOcean | Claude Code loops at volume | Free (1,000 records, one-off, no card). Agency $497 a month | $497 a month flat. Fair use applies |
| Apollo | Reps who also sequence | Free. Basic $65 per seat a month, or $49 billed yearly | Seat arithmetic, not a quote: $24,750 a month billed monthly, $19,600 billed yearly |
| ZoomInfo | Enterprise accounts that already own it | Free GTM AI account with 1,000 data credits. Pay as you go from $20 | No public 1M price. The 100,000-credit slider stops at $25,000 |
| Hunter | Domain and email lookups | Free (50 credits a month). Starter $49 a month, or $34 billed yearly | $6,900 once on Data Platform, valid 12 months |
| Prospeo | Verified emails and mobiles per user | Free (100 credits a month). Starter $49 per user a month | No single plan reaches 1M. Cheapest public path is $14,456 a month |
| FullEnrich | Waterfall emails and mobiles | Pro from $29 a month for 500 credits | No public 1M price. Top monthly tier is 100,000 credits for $3,500 |
| Crustdata | Live data and change watchers | No public price list | No public 1M price. It takes 2,000,000 credits on person enrich |
"1M records" means 1M work-email lookups that return a result. Credits per lookup differ by vendor, so each figure uses that vendor's own rate. All are list prices.
What we evaluated
- Works in Claude Code: a remote MCP endpoint that Claude Code adds by URL, with OAuth or a header key.
- Records, not docs: the server returns people and company data to the agent, not only documentation.
- Free sizing: the agent can count an audience before it spends anything.
- Meter at volume: what 1M lookups cost, and whether credits expire or seats multiply.
- Limits that bite: rate limits, plan gates and enterprise-only endpoints.
Claude Code adds a remote server with claude mcp add --transport http <name> <url>. Every server below publishes a hosted URL. The ranking is on the meter and the limits, because those decide whether a loop finishes.
1. LeadOcean: best for Claude Code loops at volume
LeadOcean's MCP server at https://api.leadocean.io/mcp signs in with OAuth 2.1, so no key is pasted into Claude Code. One command connects it:
claude mcp add --transport http leadocean https://api.leadocean.io/mcpIt exposes 13 tools, from search_leads and get_lead to find_phone and export_leads. leadocean_count_leads and leadocean_count_companies are free, so Claude sizes a list before it pulls one. Behind it sit 693M people and 67M companies.
The bill does not grow with the loop. Agency is $497 a month with 200 requests a second, and paid plans have a fair-use pace instead of credits. A miss on get_lead costs nothing. Setup steps are in connect LeadOcean to Claude Code and find work emails in Claude Code.
Pros
- MCP on every plan, Free included, with OAuth and no pasted key.
- Free counts and filter lookups, so Claude sizes a list first.
- Flat price: no seats, no credits, no overage invoice.
- Email status on every record, so a prompt can filter to mailable.
Cons
- No waterfall across other providers and no intent data.
- No sequencer, dialer, CRM or Chrome extension. The app is an Exports page.
- Bulk CSV export is not on Free.
Best for: GTM engineers who run Claude Code loops at volume on a fixed bill.
Pricing: Free is 1,000 records, one-off, no card. Solo is $97 a month and Agency $497 a month (LeadOcean pricing, October 2026).
2. Apollo: best for reps who also sequence

Apollo runs an official server at https://mcp.apollo.io/mcp with OAuth 2.0 or an API key for headless clients. It is also a built-in connector in Claude. Any plan qualifies, Free included (Apollo MCP docs, September 2026).
The meter is seats plus credits. An email costs 1 credit and a phone number 8. Enrichment through MCP spends the same credits as the API (Apollo API pricing, September 2026). Paid plans allow 1,000 enrichment requests a minute (Apollo rate limits, September 2026).
At 1M lookups the arithmetic is 250 Professional seats at $99, or $24,750 a month billed monthly. Add-on credit prices are not public, so a cheaper path cannot be priced.
Pros
- Official server, OAuth or API key, and a native Claude connector.
- Free plan includes MCP access.
- The same account holds sequences and a CRM sync.
Cons
- Seats and credits both scale, and credits expire each billing cycle.
- A phone number is 8 credits.
- Free-plan search is capped at 600 requests a day.
Best for: reps who prospect and send from one workspace.
Pricing: Free. Basic $65, Professional $99, Organization $149 per seat a month billed monthly. Billed yearly they are $49, $79 and $119 (Apollo pricing, September 2026).
3. ZoomInfo: best for enterprise accounts that already own it
ZoomInfo has an official MCP server that works with Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and Copilot. It needs a free GTM AI account or an existing ZoomInfo subscription with data credits. Accounts that hold only recurring monthly credits cannot use it (GTM AI MCP docs, September 2026).
GTM AI sells data credits pay as you go from $20. One credit enriches or exports one record. Search and lookup are free, and a record is charged once per 12 months (GTM AI pricing, September 2026).
The public ladder ends at 100,000 credits for $25,000, which is $0.25 a credit. Above that you talk to sales, so there is no public 1M price.
Pros
- Free search and lookup, with 1,000 free data credits at signup.
- Re-enriching a record inside 12 months costs nothing extra.
- Broad claimed coverage: 100M+ companies and 500M+ contacts, per ZoomInfo.
Cons
- Highest credit price here: $0.25 at the top public tier.
- The free tier allows 5 requests a second and audiences of 5 x 500 rows.
- Platform plan prices are not readable without a human check.
Best for: enterprise teams that already hold a ZoomInfo subscription.
Pricing: Pay as you go from $20, free account with 1,000 data credits (GTM AI pricing, September 2026).
4. Hunter: best for domain and email lookups
Hunter has an official remote server at https://mcp.hunter.io/mcp. It uses Streamable HTTP with your Hunter API key in a header, and it is included in all plans at no extra cost (Hunter MCP, September 2026).
A found email is 1 credit and a verification 0.5. Nothing is charged when nothing is found (Hunter help, September 2026). Limits are per endpoint: Domain Search and Email Finder allow 15 requests a second (Hunter API docs, September 2026).
Hunter publishes a one-off 1M price. The Data Platform calculator prices 1,000,000 Search credits at $6,900, paid once and valid 12 months (Hunter Data Platform, September 2026).
Pros
- Published price at 1M, and no charge for a miss.
- MCP on all plans, with unlimited team members on one credit pool.
- Fast per-endpoint limits for lookups.
Cons
- An email finder, not a people and company search database.
- The $6,900 is a one-off purchase, not a monthly plan.
- A header API key rather than OAuth.
Best for: teams that look up emails by domain and name.
Pricing: Free is 50 credits a month. Starter $49 a month, Growth $149, Scale $299. Starter is $34 a month billed yearly (Hunter pricing, September 2026).
5. Prospeo: best for verified emails and mobiles per user
Prospeo's hosted server at https://mcp.prospeo.io has 8 tools and takes OAuth 2.0 or an API key. Bulk enrich takes 25 records over MCP and 50 over REST (Prospeo MCP docs, September 2026).
A verified email is 1 credit and a mobile 10. A search that returns results is 1 credit for up to 25 results, and re-enriching a record within 90 days is free (Prospeo help, September 2026).
Pricing is per user. No single tier reaches 1M. The cheapest public path is 44 Pro seats at $249 plus the 350,000-credit add-on at $3,500, or $14,456 a month (Prospeo pricing, September 2026).
Pros
- OAuth or API key, so interactive and headless Claude Code both work.
- Re-enriching the same record for 90 days is free.
- Mobile numbers returned with a verified email.
Cons
- Per-user pricing, and credits do not roll over.
- Search rate limits start at 1 request a second on Starter (Prospeo rate limits, September 2026).
- Free-plan API access is documented inconsistently across Prospeo's own pages.
Best for: small teams that need verified emails and mobiles, not millions.
Pricing: Free is 100 credits a month. Starter $49, Growth $99, Pro $249 per user a month (Prospeo pricing, September 2026).
6. FullEnrich: best for waterfall emails and mobiles
FullEnrich asks 25+ sources for each contact and returns the first verified hit. Its API, MCP, search and bulk CSV are on every plan, the free trial included (FullEnrich pricing, September 2026).
A work email is 1 credit, a personal email 3 and a mobile 10. A miss or a landline costs 0 (FullEnrich docs, September 2026).
The API allows 60 calls a minute across Enrich, Reverse Email and Search, with up to 100 contacts per bulk request (FullEnrich docs, September 2026). That is slower than a Claude Code loop wants. The top monthly tier is 100,000 credits for $3,500, so 1M needs a quote.
Pros
- Waterfall across 25+ sources in one call.
- Misses and landlines are free.
- MCP and API on every plan.
Cons
- A mobile is 10 credits.
- 60 calls a minute limits single-record loops.
- No public 1M price.
Best for: teams that need waterfall mobiles on thousands of contacts.
Pricing: Pro from $29 a month for 500 credits, $26 a month billed yearly (FullEnrich pricing, September 2026).
7. Crustdata: best for live data and change watchers

Crustdata's server at https://install.crustdata.com/mcp takes OAuth for interactive use. Code uses an API key as a bearer token (Crustdata MCP docs, September 2026).
Search is 0.03 credits per result. A work email through person enrich is 2 credits. The 1-credit contact endpoint needs an enterprise plan, and self-serve keys get a 403 (Crustdata docs, September 2026).
The pricing page lists no plan names and no dollar price per credit (Crustdata pricing, September 2026). 1M work emails is 2,000,000 credits, with no public dollar figure to multiply.
Pros
- OAuth or bearer key, so both modes work.
- Cheap search at 0.03 credits a result.
- Entity watchers for job changes, which a static database lacks.
Cons
- No public dollar price list.
- Default limits: 15 requests a minute on enrich, 30 on search.
- Contact enrich is enterprise only.
Best for: signal-driven agents that need fresh data more than volume.
Pricing: Credit based, with no public price list (Crustdata pricing, September 2026).

FAQ
Does Claude Code work with MCP servers?
Yes. Claude Code adds a remote MCP server with claude mcp add --transport http <name> <url>. OAuth servers open a browser sign-in. Servers that take a key need the header set in the command.
Which GTM MCP is cheapest at volume?
At 1M work-email lookups, LeadOcean is $497 a month flat with fair use. Hunter publishes $6,900 once. Apollo is $24,750 a month on monthly billing. ZoomInfo, FullEnrich and Crustdata publish no 1M price.
Do I need an API key for these servers?
Not always. LeadOcean, Apollo, Prospeo and Crustdata offer OAuth. Hunter takes your API key in a header. Check each server's docs for the sign-in it supports.
What is the difference between an MCP and an API?
An MCP exposes a data API as tools that Claude picks and calls on its own. The API is the same data, called from your code. A GTM engineer often uses both: MCP to explore, API in a script.
Can I size a list for free before I enrich it?
On LeadOcean, yes: leadocean_count_leads and leadocean_count_companies cost nothing. ZoomInfo search and lookup are free too. Check the others before an agent starts a loop.
Why does the rate limit matter in Claude Code?
A loop of 5,000 lookups at 15 a minute takes over five hours. At 200 a second it takes seconds. Pick the server whose limit matches the loop.
