Bombora has no public price. The cheapest way in is a quote. Company Surge, the entry product, is reported at about $30,000 a year (Docket, October 2026).

Company Surge, the account-level intent feed, is Bombora's core product. A million records has no public price, because Bombora does not sell records. It sells topics on an annual contract.

Bombora's own pricing page is a page about its data co-op, with a "Speak to an expert" button and no number (Bombora, October 2026). Every figure below is a buyer report, not a list price.

Plans

Bombora lists no plans or tiers. The names and ranges below come from one third-party review. Treat them as reported, not quoted.

There is an API. The Bombora developer portal says to log in for the API reference documents, so the endpoints and limits are not public (Bombora developer portal, October 2026).

What a credit buys

Bombora has no credits. You pay for access to a set of topics, and topics outside your base set cost extra (Docket, October 2026).

Bombora tracks tens of thousands of topics across millions of B2B domains, built from a co-op of publishers and B2B sites (Bombora, October 2026). A signal is a topic, a company and a time. It does not return a person or an email address.

That is why a record count does not fit. You are buying a feed of company-level signals for the topics you pick, not rows you export one by one.

Hidden costs

The contract is the visible part. The rest sits around it.

  • Annual contract only. Reported: no monthly plan, so you commit for a year before you know if the signal helps (Docket, October 2026).
  • No contact data. The Company Surge page lists no emails or phones. You need a second vendor for people, and you pay for that too (Bombora, October 2026).
  • Topic count drives the price. Add topics to cover more products and the quote climbs.
  • Onboarding and renewal. Ask what setup costs and how much the price moves at renewal. We found no public figure for either, so get both in the quote.
  • Fresher data costs more. Daily or real-time refresh is a reported add-on.
  • Activation is extra. Pushing audiences into ad platforms is priced separately, as reported.
  • Stack cost. One reviewer puts a mid-market stack of Surge Plus, contact enrichment, LinkedIn activation and an outreach tool near $87,000 a year, reported (Docket, October 2026).
  • API docs are gated. You cannot read the endpoints or limits before you sign.
  • Contact data doubles the vendor count. Docket's stack example prices contact enrichment at about $15,000 a year on top of Surge, reported (Docket, October 2026).
  • Cheaper through a partner. Some vendors license Bombora data. Cognism says its Pro plan includes intent from Bombora Company Surge with up to 12 topics from over 11,000 (Cognism pricing, September 2026). Lead411 licenses Bombora intent as an annual add-on (Lead411 FAQ, September 2026).

Worked examples

Bombora has no per-record price, so we do not divide a contract by records. That would produce a rate Bombora never quoted. The examples show what the reported figures support.

10k records a month

  • No per-record price. The reported entry contract is about $30,000 a year.
  • 30,000 / 12 = $2,500 a month.
  • Surge Plus is reported at $35,000 to $50,000 a year, about $2,917 to $4,167 a month.
  • Add a contact data vendor on top.

1M records a month

  • Public price: No public 1M price.
  • The largest reported tier, $300,000 a year or more, is $25,000 a month. It is a reported range, not a 1M quote.
  • Bombora prices by topics and accounts, not rows. Ask sales what a 1M-account feed counts as.

25M records a month

  • Public price: No public 25M price.
  • Nothing on Bombora's site changes at this volume. Ask sales how volume maps to topics and accounts.

LeadOcean sells a different thing. It is people and company data, with no intent feed. The row shows what a flat fee looks like next to a quote, not a like-for-like swap.

Is it worth it

Bombora is worth it when intent data drives your plan and you already have the contact data. The signal is the product, and the price assumes a team that acts on it.

  • Enterprise ABM team. Yes. Account-level intent feeds scoring and ad targeting, and the contract fits that budget.
  • Mid-market sales team. Maybe. Check the Cognism or Lead411 routes first, where Bombora data comes inside a plan you may already buy.
  • Startup or solo founder. No. Reported entry prices are well above any list plan in this space.
  • RevOps or developer feeding a pipeline. Only for the signal. You still need a source of people and emails, and the API docs are behind a login.
  • High volume, 1M or more. There is no public price, and Bombora does not sell by record. Ask what the quote counts.

Alternatives with a different price model

LeadOcean: flat fee. Free gives 1,000 records one-off, no card. Pro is $499 a month, flat, with unlimited searches, enrichments and lookups and a hosted MCP server with 12 tools. It has no intent feed. Pick it for the contact and company layer, in code or with an agent.

ZoomInfo GTM AI: pay per credit. One data credit enriches or exports one company, contact or intent record. Credits run from $0.45 for 100 down to $0.25 at 100,000 ($25,000), and larger volumes go to sales (GTM AI pricing, September 2026). No public 1M price. Pick it for small intent pulls without a contract.

Lead411: subscription with an intent add-on. Ignite starts at $150 a month billed monthly, and buyer intent is an annual add-on licensed from Bombora (Lead411 pricing, September 2026). No public 1M price. Pick it for a rep-facing app with intent included.
