The cheapest FullContact plan is Acumen Essentials at $99 a month, billed annually. The plan most teams meet is the $499 Enrich demographic bundle, which buys 5,000 matches a month. There is no public price for 1M records a month.
All prices below were checked in September 2026. FullContact stopped publishing a self-serve API price in 2020. Today it publishes prices for two things: Acumen website visitor identification and one Enrich bundle. Everything else is a sales quote.
That matters because the two published products are not B2B contact lookups. Acumen identifies people who visit your site. The $499 bundle returns consumer demographics, not work emails or phone numbers.
Plans
FullContact sells four product lines: Acumen, Enrich, Resolve and an MCP server. Only Acumen and one Enrich bundle carry a price.

Acumen starts with a 14-day trial. Both paid plans read "when billed annually, monthly plans available", but FullContact lists no month-to-month price. Ask for it in writing.
The Enrich page says "$499" for "5,000 high-quality matches every month", roughly 10 cents a match. It does not print "per month" next to the $499.
The FullContact MCP server has a hosted endpoint and an enrich_person tool, per the docs. The docs list no MCP price. Calls count against your normal billing plan.
What a credit buys
FullContact has no credits. It bills per match. A match means FullContact knew enough about a person, with high enough confidence, to link them to a persistent Person ID (docs).
| Action | Cost |
|---|---|
| Enrich match, demographic bundle | About $0.10 at the published bundle rate (5,000 matches for $499) |
| Enrich match, other bundles | Shown in the platform under Plan and Billing, not public |
| Acumen identified lead | Included in the plan: 150 or 500 a month |
| Resolve | Not published |
| Request that finds nobody | Not documented. The 2020 pricing page said no charge |
Sources: Enrich page, Insights Bundles docs and the archived 2020 pricing page, September 2026.
The 2020 page said "we only charge you when we deliver value". That page is six years old. Ask sales whether a miss is still free.
Hidden costs
- A bundle is not a lookup. The $499 bundle returns age, income, net worth, homeownership and similar fields. It has no work email or phone (Enrich page).
- Bundle prices sit behind a login. Costs for other Insights Bundles show only in the platform's Plan and Billing section (docs).
- Annual billing on Acumen. The $99 and $300 prices assume a yearly term. That is $1,188 and $3,600 over 12 months.
- Lead caps. Acumen Core stops at 500 leads a month. FullContact says higher volumes need "additional plans".
- Overages are a plan setting. Plans without overages get a 403 at quota. Plans with overages keep billing past it (response codes).
- Rate limit. The default is 6,000 queries a minute. Higher needs a sales call (rate limiting).
- US consumer focus. The bundle fields are US consumer attributes (zip code, CBSA, homeownership). Check coverage outside the US before you buy.
Worked examples
FullContact publishes one rate: about $0.10 a match inside the 5,000-match bundle. That is a bundle rate, not a volume rate. We do not multiply it to 1M.
| Records a month | FullContact | LeadOcean Pro |
|---|---|---|
| 10,000 | The 5,000-match bundle is $499. No public price for the next 5,000. | $499 |
| 1,000,000 | No public 1M price. Quote only. | $499 |
| 25,000,000 | No public price. Quote only. | $499 |
The 10,000 row is partial on purpose. 5,000 matches at $499 is $499 / 5,000 = $0.0998 a match. FullContact does not say whether a second bundle costs the same or what discount comes with it.
Acumen cannot reach these volumes. Core caps at 500 leads a month, and 1M leads would need a quote and a site with the traffic to match.
The LeadOcean column is flat. Pro is $499 a month with unlimited searches, enrichments and lookups. A 25M-record month sits past the fair-usage line, so requests are paced to one a minute until the reset rather than cut off. One email to support gets more headroom.
LeadOcean sells B2B people and company data, not US consumer demographics. Compare on the field you need, not on price alone.
Is it worth it
Marketing and ad teams building identity graphs. Yes. FullContact Resolve and Enrich exist for linking identifiers into one Person ID and appending consumer attributes. Expect a sales process and a yearly contract.
Small sales teams that want to know who visits the site. Yes, Acumen is the one product you can budget from a public price. $99 a month buys 150 leads, which is $0.66 a lead at full use. It only works on your own traffic.
Teams enriching a prospect list with work emails and mobiles. No. The priced bundle does not carry them. Acumen Core adds phone numbers, but only for people who visit your site.
Outbound teams pulling 1M or more records. No. There is no public price at that volume, and the only published rate is a 5,000-match bundle. Get a quote, or use a flat fee.
Agent builders. Maybe. The MCP server exposes one tool, enrich_person, and bills against your plan. Ask what each call costs before you let an agent loop.
Alternatives with a different price model
LeadOcean. Free is 1,000 records, one-off, no card. Pro is $499 a month flat, with no credits and no per-record price. It has 693M people and 63M companies, a REST API and a hosted MCP server with 12 tools. See /pricing.
People Data Labs. Credit pricing: Pro starts at $98 a month for 350 credits, or $0.28 a credit, and a miss costs nothing. Above about 100,000 profiles it quotes Enterprise only, with no public 1M price (PDL pricing, September 2026).
FullEnrich. Pay per found result. A work email costs 1 credit, a personal email 3 and a mobile 10, and a lookup that finds nothing costs 0. Entry Pro is $29 a month for 500 credits. The top public tier is 100,000 credits for $3,500 a month, and there is no public 1M price (FullEnrich pricing, September 2026).

FAQ
Is FullContact free?
Not beyond a trial. Acumen has a 14-day trial, and creating a platform account is free. In August 2020 the pricing page offered 1,000 free matches, but today's pages do not list that offer (archived page).
How much does the FullContact API cost?
Only one API price is public: the $499 Enrich demographic bundle, which buys 5,000 matches a month. Every other Enrich bundle and Resolve is priced after sign-up or through sales. The last public API plan, in August 2020, was $1,499 a month billed annually.
Does FullContact have monthly plans?
Partly. The Acumen page says "monthly plans available" next to the $99 and $300 prices, which assume yearly billing. It lists no separate monthly price. Ask for the monthly rate and the renewal terms before you sign.
What is a FullContact match?
A match is a request where FullContact identifies a person with enough confidence to link them to a persistent Person ID. Only then does it return Insights Bundle data. The docs do not say whether a request that finds nobody is billed.
How much does FullContact cost at 1M records a month?
FullContact publishes no price at 1M. The only published rate is about $0.10 a match inside a 5,000-match bundle, and that is not a volume rate. Ask for a written quote.
Can I get work emails and phone numbers from FullContact?
Not from the $499 bundle. Acumen Core includes phone numbers for your own site visitors, and Acumen includes professional email addresses. For a list you already have, compare per-found pricing or a flat-fee API first.
