People leave Nymeria when a job outgrows 1,000 credits a month. The largest listed plan is Kilo at $159 a month for 1,000 credits, and Enterprise is custom, so a million records has no public price. Credits do not roll over (Nymeria pricing, September 2026).
The API adds friction for pipelines. Person search returns 1 to 25 people a call and stops at offset 9,999. The docs list no rate limit and no MCP server, and every search result costs a credit (Nymeria API docs, September 2026). Most of its emails are personal addresses, which suits recruiters more than B2B outbound (Nymeria, September 2026).
This page ranks six alternatives for buyers who pull data in code or with an agent. Every price has a source link and the month checked. For Nymeria's own plans and credit costs, read Nymeria pricing.
TL;DR
| Tool | Best for | Starting price | Cost at 1M records a month |
|---|---|---|---|
| LeadOcean | API, agent and volume buyers | Free (1,000 records, one-off). Pro $499 a month | $499 a month flat. Fair use applies |
| Anymail Finder | Verified emails for names you already have | $29 a month for 400 credits | $4,990 once for the 1,000,000-credit pack, valid 12 months |
| Icypeas | Cheap found emails with credit rollover | $19 a month for 1,000 credits | $3,992 a month for 1,000,000 credits, plus VAT |
| Hunter | Domain lookups with outreach attached | Free 50 credits. Starter $49 a month | $6,900 once for 1,000,000 Search credits on Data Platform, valid 12 months |
| Prospeo | Reps who want an extension and pay per user | Free 100 credits. Starter $49 per user a month | No single tier reaches 1M. Cheapest public path is $14,456 a month (44 Pro seats plus the $3,500 add-on) |
| FullEnrich | Waterfall emails and mobiles | Pro $29 a month for 500 credits | No public 1M price. Top monthly tier: 100,000 credits for $3,500 |
"1M records" here means 1M work-email lookups that return a result, one credit each where the vendor uses credits. Figures are list-price arithmetic. Where a vendor sells no plan at 1M, the cell shows its top public tier or cheapest public path, not a price. Nymeria itself publishes no price above 1,000 credits a month.
What we evaluated
- API access: how you call it, what a search returns, and the default rate limit.
- MCP: whether an agent can search or enrich through a hosted server.
- Price model: flat, credits or seats, and what 1M records a month costs at list price.
- Contact types: work emails, personal emails and mobile numbers, since that is why many teams chose Nymeria.
- Limits that bite: plan ceilings, daily caps, seat rules and what a miss costs.
We read each vendor's pricing page and docs in September 2026. We ran no find-rate or accuracy test for this page, so we quote no quality numbers of our own. Where a vendor quotes a number, we label it a vendor claim.
1. LeadOcean: best for API, agent and volume buyers
LeadOcean is one dataset behind one REST API and one MCP server. It holds 693M people, 366M with an email and 166M with a phone number, plus 63M companies. You search with 50 people filters and 34 company filters, and counts are free. Nymeria charges a credit for every person a search returns, so sizing a list there costs credits.
The price does not move with volume. Pro is $499 a month with unlimited searches, enrichments and lookups, 5 API keys and 100 requests per second per key. There are no credits and no overage invoice. A very large month is paced down to one request a minute until the reset, not cut off. More headroom is one email to support.
curl -X POST "https://api.leadocean.io/v1/people/enrich" \
-H "x-api-key: $LEADOCEAN_API_KEY" \
-H "content-type: application/json" \
-d '{"linkedin_url":"https://www.linkedin.com/in/jane-doe","reveal_email":true}'Work emails are at GET /v2/people/email/work, personal emails at GET /v2/people/email/personal and phones at GET /v2/people/phone. The MCP server at https://api.leadocean.io/mcp signs in with OAuth 2.1 and exposes 12 tools, from search_leads to find_phone and export_leads (LeadOcean MCP docs, September 2026). Every person or company returned counts as one record.
Pros
- Flat $499 a month at any volume, with no credit meter.
- Search by 50 people filters, then pull emails and phones from the same database.
- An email status on every email, from
verifiedtospam_trap. - REST and MCP on every plan, including Free. A miss on
POST /v1/people/enrichis a free 404. - Free is 1,000 records one-off, against Nymeria's 5 credits a month.
Cons
- The first paid step is $499. Nymeria Kilo is $159 for 1,000 credits, so small monthly jobs cost less there.
- No verifier for a list you bring. You read the stored
email_statusand decide what to send. - The v2 contact endpoints cost one record per call, including a call that finds nothing.
- No Chrome, Edge or Firefox extension, sequencer or CRM. The app has an Exports page with a filter builder and CSV download.
Best for: engineers, RevOps and agents that need search, emails, phones and a fixed bill at volume.
Pricing: Free is 1,000 records, one-off, no card. Pro is $499 a month, flat (LeadOcean pricing, September 2026).
2. Anymail Finder: best for verified emails on names you already have
Anymail Finder charges for results, and a search that finds no verified email is free. That matches how Nymeria bills a miss. Finding one person's email costs 1 credit, a decision maker costs 2, and finding emails at a company costs 1 for up to 20 addresses. Verifying an email costs 0.2 credits (Anymail Finder pricing, September 2026).
The price ladder is far longer than Nymeria's. Monthly plans run from $29 for 400 credits to $799 for 100,000. Billed yearly, 4,800 credits cost $228 a year. Above that you buy one-time packs: 1,000,000 credits cost $4,990, valid 12 months. The page shows Canadian dollars to visitors in Canada, and this page uses the USD view.
The API docs state no rate limits and no daily call caps, and bulk jobs take up to 100,000 rows (Anymail Finder API docs, September 2026). The MCP server signs in with a browser approval and has five actions, including find email, find decision maker and verify (Anymail Finder MCP, September 2026).
Pros
- Public 1M price: $4,990 once, about $0.005 a credit.
- Subscription credits roll over while the plan is active. Packs last 12 months.
- Unlimited team members share one credit pool.
- A verified email that bounces can be reported for a credit back under its delivery guarantee.
Cons
- It returns emails for people you name. The API docs list no database search and no phone endpoint, so mobile numbers need another tool.
- Not a fit for Nymeria's mobile-first use.
- The five MCP actions do not cover bulk files or webhooks.
Best for: teams that hold a list of names and domains and want verified work emails at volume.
Pricing: $29 to $799 a month, or one-time packs up to 1,000,000 credits for $4,990 (Anymail Finder pricing, September 2026).
3. Icypeas: best for cheap found emails with rollover
Icypeas is an email finder and verifier priced in credits. Email search costs 1 credit per found email, and a search that finds nothing costs nothing. Verification costs 0.1 credit, and reverse email lookup costs 10 credits per found profile (Icypeas credit costs, September 2026). Phone Finder is listed as coming soon, so it does not replace Nymeria's mobile numbers yet.
Basic is $19 a month for 1,000 credits, or $190 a year for 12,000 billed yearly. Hypergrowth is $499 a month for 100,000 credits. The credit selector then lists 1,000,000 credits at $3,992 a month and 10,000,000 at $34,930. Prices are plus VAT, and unused credits roll over with no expiry (Icypeas pricing, September 2026).
Email search runs at 10 calls a second. Bulk search takes up to 5,000 rows per call at 1 call a second (Icypeas rate limits, September 2026). The hosted MCP server has 21 tools and signs in with your API key (Icypeas MCP guide, September 2026).
Pros
- Public monthly price at 1M: $3,992, with credits that never expire.
- A top plan 100 times larger than Nymeria's, at $499 for 100,000 credits.
- Verification at 0.1 credit per check.
- API, MCP and catch-all verification on every plan.
Cons
- No free plan. Signup gives 50 credits.
- Bulk search is asynchronous: you submit, then poll for results.
- Phone Finder is not live, so Nymeria's mobile use case is not covered.
- Prices exclude VAT.
Best for: teams that know the name and domain and want the lowest public price per found email.
Pricing: Basic $19, Premium $39, Advanced $89, Hypergrowth $499 a month, plus VAT (Icypeas pricing, September 2026).
4. Hunter: best for domain lookups with outreach attached
Hunter is an email finder with outreach tools attached, priced in credits. Email Finder costs 1 credit per email found and nothing if it finds none. Email Verifier costs 0.5 credit (Hunter help center, September 2026). It is an email index, so it has no mobile numbers to offer.
The free plan gives 50 credits a month. Starter is $49 a month for 2,000 credits, or $34 a month billed yearly. Growth is $149 for 10,000, and Scale is $299 for 25,000 (Hunter pricing, September 2026). Volume buyers use the Data Platform, which sells 1,000,000 Search credits for $6,900, bought once and valid 12 months (Hunter Data Platform, September 2026).
Email Finder and Domain Search allow 15 requests a second and 500 a minute. Hunter returns 403 when you hit the rate limit and 429 when you hit your plan quota. Most clients expect the reverse (Hunter API docs, September 2026). The MCP server at mcp.hunter.io/mcp takes an API key in a header and is included in every plan (Hunter MCP, September 2026).
Pros
- Documented limits: 15 requests a second on the core endpoints.
- MCP server on every plan at no extra cost.
- Public 1M price on the Data Platform: $6,900 once.
- Unlimited team members share one credit pool.
Cons
- Monthly plan credits do not roll over. Yearly and Data Platform credits last 12 months.
- Scale stops at 25,000 credits a month, so volume means the Data Platform or Enterprise.
- No mobile numbers.
- The pricing page opens on the yearly view, so check which set of prices you are reading.
Best for: teams that find work emails by domain and send from the same tool.
Pricing: Free. Starter $49, Growth $149, Scale $299 a month, or less billed yearly (Hunter pricing, September 2026).
5. Prospeo: best for reps who want an extension
Prospeo sells an email and mobile finder per user, on credits, with a REST API, a Chrome extension and an MCP server. One verified email costs 1 credit and one mobile costs 10, with the email included. A miss costs nothing, and re-enriching a record within 90 days is free (Prospeo help center, September 2026).
Plans are priced per user. Free has 100 credits a month. Starter is $49 per user a month ($37 billed yearly) for 2,000 credits. Growth is $99 for 5,000 and Pro is $249 for 15,000 (Prospeo pricing, September 2026). Credits do not roll over. Add-on credits stop at 350,000 a month, so no single tier reaches 1M.
Enrichment on Starter allows 5 requests a second and 2,000 a day. Pro allows 30 a second and 500,000 a day (Prospeo rate limits, September 2026). The MCP server at mcp.prospeo.io has 8 tools and signs in with OAuth 2.0 or an API key (Prospeo MCP docs, September 2026).
Pros
- Verified emails and mobile numbers in one product, which is the closest match to Nymeria's pitch.
- Chrome extension for one-by-one lookups.
- A miss costs no credit.
Cons
- Per-user pricing, so a team adds seats and credits together.
- Mobiles cost 10 credits each, so phone-heavy pulls add up fast.
- Daily request caps of 2,000 on Starter.
- The cheapest public path to 1M is $14,456 a month, the highest here.
Best for: reps and small teams that want an extension and a mix of emails and mobiles.
Pricing: Free. Starter $49, Growth $99, Pro $249 per user a month (Prospeo pricing, September 2026).
6. FullEnrich: best for waterfall emails and mobiles behind an API
FullEnrich queries 25+ sources for each contact and charges only for what it finds. It is the route to mobiles and personal emails that a single-source finder misses. API access, MCP, search and bulk CSV are on every plan, including the free trial (FullEnrich pricing, September 2026).
Credits are the meter. A work email costs 1 credit, a personal email 3 and a mobile 10. Not found, or a landline, costs nothing (FullEnrich docs, September 2026). Pro starts at $29 a month for 500 credits, or $26 a month billed yearly. The page opens on $55 a month for 1,000 credits and marks it Most popular.
The API allows 60 calls a minute, with up to 100 contacts in a bulk request (FullEnrich docs, September 2026). Unused credits roll over 3 months on monthly plans and 12 months on annual plans.
Pros
- Waterfall across 25+ sources, so one call covers several vendors.
- Mobiles and personal emails, like Nymeria, with a free result when nothing is found.
- Unlimited users and MCP on every plan.
Cons
- The highest credit price here, and no public price at 1M. The top monthly tier is 100,000 credits for $3,500 a month ($0.035 a credit), then contact sales.
- A default limit of 60 API calls a minute.
- Mobiles cost 10 credits and personal emails 3.
Best for: teams that want waterfall emails and mobiles, at modest volume, through an API or an agent.
Pricing: Pro from $29 a month for 500 credits, Enterprise custom (FullEnrich pricing, September 2026).

Sources are linked in each tool section, all checked in September 2026. Vendors change plans often, so confirm on the pricing page before you buy. The 1M column is list-price arithmetic on email lookups. Hunter's and Anymail Finder's figures are one-off purchases valid 12 months, not monthly bills. FullEnrich sells no plan at 1M, and Prospeo's path is 44 Pro seats at $249 plus the 350,000-credit add-on at $3,500 for 1,010,000 credits. Nymeria publishes no price above 1,000 credits a month, no rate limit and no MCP server.
How to choose
- You pull data in code or with an agent, at volume: LeadOcean. One flat price, search plus emails and phones, REST and MCP on every plan.
- You hold names and domains and want verified emails by the hundred thousand: Anymail Finder, with a public 1M pack at $4,990.
- You want the lowest public monthly price per found email: Icypeas, at $3,992 for 1M credits plus VAT.
- You look up emails by domain and send from the same tool: Hunter.
- Your reps live in a browser extension and need mobiles: Prospeo, and budget per user.
- You need mobiles and personal emails that one source misses: FullEnrich, at 10 credits per mobile.
- You are a recruiter or solo seller under 1,000 lookups a month: stay on Nymeria. A miss is free, seats are unlimited and the extensions suit one-by-one lookups.
Verdict
LeadOcean wins for API, agent and volume buyers. It is the only tool here that searches 693M people, returns emails and phones from one database, and charges one flat price. Anymail Finder wins for verified emails on a known list and Icypeas for the cheapest public monthly price per found email. Hunter suits domain lookups with outreach, Prospeo suits reps who want an extension, and FullEnrich suits waterfall mobiles. Nymeria stays a reasonable choice for small, contact-heavy jobs. Otherwise start on the free plan and compare the same lookups.
FAQ
Why do teams leave Nymeria?
Volume and shape. The top listed plan is 1,000 credits a month, credits do not roll over, and Enterprise is the only route above that (Nymeria pricing, September 2026). The API pages search at 25 people a call with an offset that stops at 9,999 (Nymeria API docs, September 2026).
What is the cheapest Nymeria alternative at volume?
At 1M records a month, LeadOcean at $499 flat is cheapest on list price. Icypeas charges $3,992 a month for 1,000,000 credits, and Anymail Finder sells 1,000,000 credits for $4,990 once. Hunter sells 1,000,000 Search credits for $6,900 once. Prospeo's cheapest public path is $14,456 a month, and FullEnrich has no public 1M price. Enterprise quotes narrow the gap.
Which Nymeria alternative has mobile numbers?
FullEnrich and Prospeo both sell mobiles at 10 credits each. LeadOcean has 166M people with a phone number, returned by GET /v2/people/phone and the find_phone MCP tool, at one record per call. Anymail Finder, Icypeas and Hunter are email finders. Test any of them on your own list before you commit.
Does Nymeria have an MCP server or a rate limit?
Its public docs list neither (Nymeria API docs, September 2026). LeadOcean's MCP server has 12 tools and its limit is 100 requests per second per key. Hunter allows 15 a second on Email Finder and FullEnrich allows 60 calls a minute.
Can I use LeadOcean with Nymeria?
Yes. Use LeadOcean to build the list by filter and pull the emails it holds. Keep Nymeria for profiles where you need its personal emails or mobiles. A miss on a Nymeria enrich is free, so the second pass costs credits only when it finds something.
Do I need a credit card to try LeadOcean?
No. The free plan needs a work email and no card. It gives you 1,000 records, one-off, with the same API and MCP server as Pro. See pricing.
