Crustdata and FullEnrich both sell people data over an API, but they are built for different jobs. Crustdata is a searchable graph of people and companies with live data and change alerts. FullEnrich takes a contact you already have and finds the work email and mobile. Neither publishes a price at 1M records a month.

Verdict

  • Pick Crustdata if you need to search a large people and company graph, pull jobs and posts, or watch accounts for changes. You pay in credits, and the dollar price per credit is not public.
  • Pick FullEnrich if you already hold names or LinkedIn URLs and want a verified work email and mobile for each. Prices per field are public, and a miss costs nothing.
  • Pick neither if you need millions of records a month in code or through an agent on a fixed bill. Both stop at a public ceiling and then quote. LeadOcean sells one flat $499 a month Pro plan with a 100 requests per second limit.

Data and coverage

Crustdata is the bigger graph on paper. Its homepage claims 1B people, against 800M people and 50M companies on FullEnrich's pricing page (Crustdata, September 2026; FullEnrich pricing, September 2026). Both are the vendors' own claims and we have not tested either.

The company count is unclear on the Crustdata side. Its homepage gives two different company counts, 60M in one place and 200M+ in another, so neither is a reliable size. FullEnrich's homepage also carries a customer quote about 1.6B contacts. That quote is about one customer's coverage and is not a database size (FullEnrich MCP page, September 2026).

Contact data works differently on each. FullEnrich runs a waterfall across 25+ sources and states about an 80% find rate on work emails. It also says about 30% of raw data is removed by verification (FullEnrich pricing.md, September 2026). Those are FullEnrich's own figures.

Crustdata publishes no email or phone coverage figure. Search results are profiles, and contact data is a priced add-on on enrich. The dedicated contact endpoint, POST /person/contact/enrich, needs an enterprise plan, and self-serve keys get a 403 (Crustdata docs, September 2026).

Email status also differs. Crustdata's contact docs list four values: deliverable, catch_all, invalid and unknown. FullEnrich documents four as well: deliverable, high probability, catch-all and invalid (FullEnrich docs, September 2026).

Crustdata does things FullEnrich does not. It searches job postings and social posts, fetches live web pages and watches people or companies for changes (Crustdata docs, September 2026). FullEnrich documents no equivalent.

API and developer experience

Both are REST APIs with Bearer auth and an MCP server, but the calls are shaped differently. Crustdata is a graph you search and enrich by profile URL. FullEnrich is an enrichment job you start and collect later.

Crustdata sends the profile URLs in an array, up to 25 per request. Every call needs the x-api-version: 2025-11-01 header. The response comes back in the same request (Crustdata docs, September 2026).

bash
curl --request POST \
  --url https://api.crustdata.com/person/enrich \
  --header "authorization: Bearer $CRUSTDATA_API_KEY" \
  --header 'content-type: application/json' \
  --header 'x-api-version: 2025-11-01' \
  --data '{
    "professional_network_profile_urls": [
      "https://www.linkedin.com/in/jane-doe/"
    ]
  }'

That request returns the base profile for 1 credit. The pricing docs list business email as +1 credit and phone as +2 on the same endpoint (Crustdata docs, September 2026). GET /account/endpoints returns the credit cost on your own key.

FullEnrich starts a bulk job of up to 100 contacts. You choose the fields with enrich_fields, and results arrive on a webhook, which FullEnrich recommends, or by polling (FullEnrich docs, September 2026). Auth is a Bearer key (FullEnrich docs, September 2026).

bash
curl --request POST \
  --url https://app.fullenrich.com/api/v2/contact/enrich/bulk \
  --header "Authorization: Bearer $FULLENRICH_API_KEY" \
  --header "Content-Type: application/json" \
  --data '{
    "name": "Sales Operations in London",
    "webhook_url": "https://example.com/webhook",
    "data": [{
      "first_name": "Jane", "last_name": "Doe", "domain": "acme.com",
      "enrich_fields": ["contact.work_emails", "contact.phones"]
    }]
  }'

Both MCP servers use OAuth for assistants. Crustdata also accepts an API key as a bearer token for code. FullEnrich's covers search, enrich and export.

Rate limits set the pace at volume. Crustdata allows 15 requests a minute on person enrich. At 25 profiles a request that is 375 profiles a minute, or about 44 hours for 1M. Batch jobs take up to 10,000 identifiers each, at 30 requests a minute (Crustdata rate limits, September 2026).

FullEnrich allows 60 calls a minute at 100 contacts a call, which is 6,000 contacts a minute and about 167 minutes for 1M. Over the limit you get HTTP 429 with the code error.rate.limit (FullEnrich docs, September 2026). Both figures are our arithmetic from the published limits.

Pricing

Both bill by credit, and neither lists a price at 1M. Crustdata gives credits per call but no dollars per credit, and says to confirm costs in your dashboard. FullEnrich gives a price per credit that falls as volume rises, then stops at 100,000 credits a month.

At 10,000 records a month

Take 10,000 work emails. On FullEnrich that is 10,000 credits at 1 credit each. The 10,000-credit monthly tier is $499. Billed yearly, 120,000 credits a year is $454 a month, or $5,448 a year (FullEnrich pricing.md, September 2026).

On Crustdata, a work email through /person/enrich is 2 credits, one for the base profile and one for the business email. That is 20,000 credits for 10,000 people. The enterprise-only contact endpoint is 1 credit per email, so 10,000 credits (Crustdata docs, September 2026).

There is no dollar figure to set against FullEnrich's $499. A Crustdata blog post reports a lowest tier of $95 a month, but it does not say how many credits that tier includes (Crustdata blog, September 2026). Get a quote per credit first.

Add phones and the picture shifts. If every contact returns a work email and a mobile, FullEnrich charges 11 credits, so 110,000 credits. That is above the 100,000 top monthly tier, so there is no public monthly price. Crustdata adds 2 credits for a phone, which makes 4 credits per person.

Searching to find the people costs credits on both. Crustdata charges 0.03 credits per result, so 10,000 results is 300 credits. FullEnrich charges 0.25 credits per person returned, so 2,500 credits (FullEnrich docs, September 2026).

At 1M records a month

No public 1M price on either side, so we show no dollar total for Crustdata.

For Crustdata, 1M work emails are 2,000,000 credits on /person/enrich, or 1,000,000 credits on the enterprise contact endpoint. Dollars are credits times the price per credit you are quoted (Crustdata docs, September 2026). Purchased credits expire 12 months after purchase per the docs. A Crustdata blog post says 6 months, so confirm the term before you buy in bulk (Crustdata credits, September 2026; Crustdata blog, September 2026).

For FullEnrich, 1M work emails need 1,000,000 credits. The top public monthly tier is 100,000 credits for $3,500, a tenth of the volume. The yearly toggle stops at 1,200,000 credits a year for $37,800, which is $3,150 a month. Above that the page says contact sales (FullEnrich pricing.md, September 2026).

If you want a number to plan around, this is arithmetic and not a price. 1,000,000 credits at the top monthly rate of $0.035 is $35,000. At the top yearly rate of $0.0315 it is $31,500. Each mobile found adds 10 credits to that total.

Where Crustdata wins

A bigger graph and live data

Crustdata claims 1B people and indexes jobs, posts and web pages. It can watch a person or company and alert you when something changes. If your use case is signals, not lookups, FullEnrich's docs show nothing comparable.

Low credit costs on search and URL lookups

A search result is 0.03 credits and a profile lookup is 1 credit. A miss on contact enrich is free. For a team that searches a lot and enriches a little, the credit math can be low. You need the dollar price first.

Where FullEnrich wins

Contact data you can price

A work email is 1 credit, a personal email is 3 and a mobile is 10. A miss or a landline costs nothing (FullEnrich docs, September 2026). You can work out a bill before you send a request, and the public tiers go from $29 a month to $3,500.

Waterfall coverage and a clear limit

FullEnrich asks 25+ sources in turn, so a gap in one is a chance in the next. That suits mobile numbers on a list you already hold. The 60 calls a minute limit is published, and the API, MCP and bulk CSV are on every plan, trial included.

Contact data without an enterprise gate

On FullEnrich the email and phone fields are on every plan. On Crustdata, the dedicated contact endpoint needs an enterprise plan. A small team can start on FullEnrich today with no sales call.

If you need volume through an API

LeadOcean is a people and company database you call over REST or MCP. It holds 693M people and 63M companies, and the Free plan gives you 1,000 records, one-off, with no card. Pro is $499 a month flat, with no credits and no per-record price. The limit is 100 requests per second per key, and POST /v1/exports returns up to 50,000 rows per request. It has no waterfall, live web data or change watchers, so it fits teams that pull volume from code.

FAQ

Is Crustdata or FullEnrich cheaper?

At low volume FullEnrich is easier to price: Pro starts at $29 a month for 500 credits. Crustdata publishes credits, not dollars, so you cannot compare until you get a quote. Neither lists a price at 1M records.

Does Crustdata have an MCP server?

Yes, at install.crustdata.com/mcp, with OAuth for interactive clients and an API key for code (Crustdata MCP docs, September 2026). FullEnrich has one too, with OAuth sign-in for search, enrich and export.

Which has the higher rate limit?

FullEnrich allows 60 calls a minute at 100 contacts each, or 6,000 contacts a minute. Crustdata allows 15 requests a minute on person enrich at up to 25 profiles each, plus batch jobs of up to 10,000 identifiers. For bulk lists, use Crustdata's batch endpoints.

Does FullEnrich search like Crustdata does?

It has a people and company search, priced at 0.25 credits per result returned (FullEnrich docs, September 2026). Its docs list no job or post search and no change watchers.

Can I use both?

Yes. One split is Crustdata to find and monitor accounts, then FullEnrich for the verified work email and mobile on the people you pick. You pay credits on both, so check each price first.

Do I need a credit card to try LeadOcean?

No. The free plan needs a work email and no card, and it has the same API and MCP server as Pro. Your 1,000 records last until you spend them.
