Developers leave FullEnrich's API when its limits become the architecture. The limit is 60 calls a minute across every endpoint, in a fixed window that resets each calendar minute (FullEnrich docs, September 2026). Enrichment is asynchronous, so you also run a webhook receiver or poll, and polling spends the same quota. Search costs 0.25 credits per person and stops paging at an offset of 10,000 (FullEnrich docs, September 2026). Pro starts at $29 a month for 500 credits, and the top public monthly tier is 100,000 credits for $3,500 a month ($0.035 a credit). There is no public price at 1M work emails. A mobile is 10 credits. Higher limits and volumes are an Enterprise conversation (FullEnrich pricing, September 2026).
This page ranks seven APIs for developers. LeadOcean is first because it answers synchronously at one flat price. For a two-column view, see LeadOcean vs FullEnrich. For the non-API angle, read FullEnrich alternatives.
TL;DR
| Tool | Best for | Starting price | Cost at 1M records a month |
|---|---|---|---|
| LeadOcean | Synchronous API, agents and volume | Free (1,000 records, one-off). Pro $499 a month | $499 a month flat. Fair use applies |
| BlitzAPI | Flat-price search and enrichment by API | Core $399 a month. Plus $499 adds verified emails | $499 on Plus, inside the 15M results a month limit for accounts opened by September 30, 2026 |
| LeadMagic | Cheap credits and a fast email endpoint | Essential $99 a month for 5,000 credits | No public 1M price. Extrapolated to $8,490 at $0.00849 a credit |
| People Data Labs | Bulk enrichment and licensed datasets | Pro from $98 a month for 350 credits | No public 1M price. Pro is $0.28 a credit, and above about 100,000 profiles a year it is quote only |
| Coresignal | Raw profiles, bulk collect and job data | $49 a month | No public 1M price. About $10,000 derived at the Elite rate of $0.0005 a credit |
| Findymail | Verified emails by API | Not published. See Findymail's pricing page | Not published |
| Prospeo | Bulk enrichment with a Chrome extension | Starter $49 a month per user | $14,456 a month on the cheapest public path (44 Pro seats plus the 350,000-credit add-on) |
"1M records" here means 1M work-email lookups that return a result, one credit each where the vendor uses credits. Figures are list-price arithmetic, and where no public plan sells that volume the cell says so. FullEnrich has no public 1M price either: its top public monthly tier is 100,000 credits for $3,500 a month. Enterprise quotes may differ, so ask each vendor at your volume.
What we evaluated
- Rate limits and throughput: the default limit, the unit it counts in, and how many records one call can carry.
- Auth and schema: the auth header, sync or async responses, and whether a result needs a webhook.
- Bulk pulls: how you get thousands of rows, through bulk endpoints or a file export.
- MCP: whether an agent can search and enrich through the server, or only read documentation.
- Cost per 1M records: flat, credits or seats, at list price.
We read each vendor's pricing page and docs in September 2026. We ran no find-rate or accuracy test, so we quote no quality numbers. FullEnrich says its waterfall asks 25+ sources per contact (FullEnrich pricing, September 2026). None of these tools claims to match that find rate.
1. LeadOcean: best for a synchronous API, agents and volume
LeadOcean is one dataset behind one REST API and one MCP server. It holds 693M people, 366M with an email and 166M with a phone number, plus 63M companies. Auth is one x-api-key header. A call returns the record in the response, with no webhook and no job ID to poll.
Here is the same lookup on both APIs. FullEnrich starts a batch and sends the result to your webhook (FullEnrich docs, September 2026).
curl -X POST "https://app.fullenrich.com/api/v2/contact/enrich/bulk" \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $FULLENRICH_API_KEY" \
-H "content-type: application/json" \
-d '{"name":"One contact","webhook_url":"https://example.com/webhook","data":[{"linkedin_url":"https://www.linkedin.com/in/jane-doe","enrich_fields":["contact.work_emails","contact.phones"]}]}'LeadOcean returns the profile, email status and, with reveal_email, every email and phone number we hold, in one response. It is one record, and a person we hold nothing for is a free 404 (LeadOcean docs, September 2026).
curl -X POST "https://api.leadocean.io/v1/people/enrich" \
-H "x-api-key: $LEADOCEAN_API_KEY" \
-H "content-type: application/json" \
-d '{"linkedin_url":"https://www.linkedin.com/in/jane-doe","reveal_email":true}'The limit is 100 requests per second per key on every plan, and Pro includes 5 keys. FullEnrich's ceiling is 6,000 contacts a minute if every call carries a full bulk of 100. One LeadOcean key reaches the same 6,000 a minute with single-record calls, and needs no queue. Phones are GET /v2/people/phone.
For bulk, POST /v1/exports turns any people search into a CSV, up to 50,000 rows per request (LeadOcean docs, September 2026). The job is asynchronous: you poll it, then download the file.
curl -X POST "https://api.leadocean.io/v1/exports" \
-H "x-api-key: $LEADOCEAN_API_KEY" \
-H "content-type: application/json" \
-d '{"name":"CTOs in Germany","filters":{"title":["CTO"],"country":["DE"],"emailStatus":["verified"]},"limit":5000,"preset":"full"}'The MCP server at https://api.leadocean.io/mcp signs in with OAuth 2.1 and exposes 12 tools, from search_leads to find_phone and export_leads. Claude, Cursor or your own agent can pull records directly. count_leads is free, so you can size an audience before you pull it.
Pros
- Synchronous responses. One call, one record, no webhook to host.
- Flat $499 a month at any volume, with no credit meter and no overage invoice.
- 100 requests per second per key on every plan, Free included.
- Email status on every record, from
verifiedtospam_trap, against four statuses at FullEnrich. - Free counts, and a miss on
POST /v1/people/enrichis a free 404.
Cons
- One dataset, not a waterfall across 25+ sources. A mobile we lack stays missing.
- A miss on a v2 contact endpoint still costs one record.
- No rep workspace, sequencer, dialer, CRM or Chrome extension. You work in the app's Exports page, the API or MCP.
Best for: developers, RevOps and agents that need volume, sync responses and a fixed bill.
Pricing: Free is 1,000 records, one-off, no card. Pro is $499 a month, flat (LeadOcean pricing, September 2026).
2. BlitzAPI: best for flat-price search and enrichment by API
BlitzAPI sells B2B data by API on flat monthly plans. It is the closest rival to LeadOcean on price model. Its docs list 550M+ contacts tied to LinkedIn profiles, 65M+ companies and 65M+ verified emails (BlitzAPI docs, September 2026). The API uses an x-api-key header and ships typed Python and TypeScript SDKs (BlitzAPI docs, September 2026).
The plan ladder is where it gets fiddly. Core is $399 a month and leaves out emails and phones. Plus is $499 and adds verified work emails. Full is $599 and adds US phone numbers (BlitzAPI pricing, September 2026). If you enrich for contact data, you buy Plus or Full.
Check two details before you commit. The 50 requests per second is tied to accounts opened by September 30, 2026. The standard limit is 5 per second, and limits apply per endpoint (BlitzAPI docs, September 2026). And its MCP server gives an assistant the API documentation, not the data (BlitzAPI docs, September 2026).
Pros
- Flat monthly price. The stated fair-use line is 15,000,000 results a month for accounts opened by September 30, 2026; limits for later accounts are not published (BlitzAPI Terms, September 2026).
- Typed SDKs in Python and TypeScript.
- A free trial of 1,000 credits with no card.
Cons
- Three paid tiers, and phones need the top one.
- Phones are US only, so a global mobile list will miss.
- The MCP server reads docs. An agent cannot search or enrich through it.
- The fast rate limit depends on when the account opened.
Best for: developers who want a flat-price search and enrichment API and run their own code.
Pricing: Core $399, Plus $499, Full $599 a month (BlitzAPI pricing, September 2026).
3. LeadMagic: best for cheap credits and a fast email endpoint
LeadMagic is a credit-based enrichment API. It lists 400M+ people profiles and 25M+ companies, and reaches them through REST, CSV, a command-line tool and a hosted MCP server (LeadMagic, September 2026). Auth is an X-API-Key header (LeadMagic docs, September 2026). Failed lookups cost nothing, the same rule FullEnrich uses.
The credit price falls as you climb the plans. Essential is $99 a month for 5,000 credits. Professional is $499 for 50,000. Ultimate is $849 for 100,000, or $0.00849 a credit (LeadMagic pricing, September 2026). A valid email costs 1 credit and a mobile 5, half of FullEnrich's 10.
The Email Finder endpoint allows 600 requests a minute, ten times FullEnrich's default. LeadMagic also states that a sustained find rate below 10% can lead to throttling or suspension (LeadMagic docs, September 2026). The MCP server uses OAuth, and a preview_cost call shows the price of a large job first (LeadMagic docs, September 2026).
Pros
- The lowest per-credit list price among the credit tools here.
- A mobile at 5 credits instead of 10.
- Hosted MCP with a cost preview before large operations.
Cons
- The top self-serve plan is 100,000 credits, so 1M a month needs an Enterprise quote.
- One source, so it will not match a 25+ source waterfall on mobiles.
- A minimum find-rate policy can throttle lists with poor match rates.
Best for: developers who enrich a few hundred thousand valid emails a month and want the cheapest credits.
Pricing: Essential $99, Growth $249, Professional $499, Ultimate $849 a month (LeadMagic pricing, September 2026).
4. People Data Labs: best for bulk enrichment and licensed datasets

People Data Labs (PDL) is a long-running person and company data API with bulk endpoints and licences. The API key can go in the URL, a header or an SDK (PDL docs, September 2026). It charges per match: a request that returns a person costs one credit, and a miss costs none.
The throughput is the draw. Enrichment allows 1,000 calls a minute on paid plans. The Bulk Person Enrichment endpoint takes up to 100 records per request (PDL docs, September 2026). That is a stated ceiling of about 100,000 records a minute. PDL's docs index lists no MCP server (PDL docs, September 2026).
The price is the catch. Pro starts at $98 a month for 350 credits, which is $0.28 each. The Free plan gives up to 100 records a month with contact data hidden. Volume above 100,000 records goes through Enterprise and sales (PDL docs, September 2026).
Pros
- A stated 1,000 calls a minute on paid plans, and 100 records per bulk request.
- Dataset licences for your own warehouse.
- ISO and SOC 2 Type 2 shown on the pricing page.
Cons
- $0.28 a record at the entry rate, so volume needs a sales call.
- Contact data is hidden on the Free plan.
- No MCP server in the docs index, so agents need a wrapper you host.
Best for: developers who license data or need compliance paperwork and accept per-record pricing.
Pricing: Free up to 100 records a month. Pro from $98 a month for 350 credits. Enterprise custom (PDL pricing, September 2026).
5. Coresignal: best for raw profiles and bulk collect

Coresignal sells employee, company and job records on credits. A Base record costs 10 credits, a multi-source record 20, a job posting 1 and a contact enrichment 20. Mini is $49 a month for 2,500 credits. Elite is $5,000 a month for 10M credits (Coresignal pricing, September 2026). Multi-source employee records carry professional emails and an email status, and no phone field appears in the data dictionary (Coresignal docs, September 2026). Base employee records list no email field.
The API uses an apikey header (Coresignal docs, September 2026). Limits rise with the plan, from 5 to 100+ requests per second (Coresignal docs, September 2026). Bulk Collect is a two-step job: post a query, then poll for a file. It is capped at 10,000 records per request (Coresignal docs, September 2026).
The MCP server signs in with OAuth 2.1 and exposes 5 tools. Its entity_search call costs 20 credits (Coresignal docs, September 2026). Coresignal is a data source for analytics and signals more than a contact finder.
Pros
- Bulk Collect and Elasticsearch DSL queries for large pulls.
- Job postings at 1 credit each, which FullEnrich does not sell.
- 1M work-email lookups is 20M credits at 20 each. No public plan covers that: Elite holds 10M credits for $5,000 a month.
Cons
- No phone numbers in employee records.
- Below Elite, rate limits and credits are small. Pro is 35,000 credits and 10 requests per second.
- Each MCP search costs 20 credits.
Best for: data and AI teams that need raw profiles, jobs and bulk files more than waterfall contacts.
Pricing: $49 to $5,000 a month by plan (Coresignal pricing, September 2026).
6. Findymail: best for verified emails by API
Findymail is an email finder that verifies each address when you ask for it. Its pricing page blocks automated reading, so we publish no Findymail price here. The bounce guarantee is advertised on Findymail's pricing page, and we have not tested it.
Auth is a Bearer token in the Authorization header. The rate limit counts concurrency, not time: 300 simultaneous requests on every endpoint (Findymail docs, September 2026). For a developer with a worker pool, that is easier to plan around than a per-minute window. The phone endpoint returns US numbers only.
Findymail ships an official MCP server with 14 tools (Findymail plugin, September 2026).
Pros
- Every email is verified when requested.
- A concurrency limit of 300 instead of a per-minute quota.
- Official MCP server with 14 tools.
Cons
- Phones are US only.
- No public price we could read, so sizing 1M emails means checking the pricing page or asking sales.
Best for: developers and agencies that want verified emails by API.
Pricing: Not published here. See Findymail's pricing page.
7. Prospeo: best for bulk enrichment with a Chrome extension
Prospeo is an email and mobile finder sold per user on credits. It has a REST API, a Chrome extension and an MCP server. One verified email is 1 credit and one mobile is 10, the same ratio as FullEnrich (Prospeo help center, September 2026).
Bulk Enrich Person takes up to 50 leads per call (Prospeo docs, September 2026). Enrichment runs at 5 requests a second on Starter and Growth and 30 on Pro. Search is tracked separately and is lower still (Prospeo docs, September 2026). The hosted MCP server has 8 tools and signs in with OAuth 2.0 or an API key (Prospeo docs, September 2026).
Starter is $49 a month per user, and credit add-ons fall to $0.009 a credit at 500,000 yearly credits (Prospeo pricing, September 2026). The per-seat fee sits on top of the credit price. No add-on reaches 1M in a month. The cheapest public path is 44 Pro seats at $249 plus the 350,000-credit add-on at $3,500, which is $14,456 a month for 1,010,000 credits. On yearly billing, 3 Pro seats plus the 500,000-credit yearly add-on come to $11,223 billed once. Above the add-on tiers you talk to sales.
Pros
- Bulk enrichment, a Chrome extension and an MCP server in one tool.
- OAuth or API key sign-in on the MCP server.
- A free plan to test the API.
Cons
- Per-user pricing plus credits makes team cost hard to forecast.
- Mobiles are 10 credits each, like FullEnrich.
- 5 enrichment requests a second on Starter and Growth.
Best for: small teams that want an API and an extension on one account.
Pricing: Free. Starter from $49 a month per user (Prospeo pricing, September 2026).

FullEnrich, for reference: REST with a Bearer key and asynchronous results. It allows 60 calls a minute, with up to 100 contacts per bulk. Its MCP server can search, enrich and export. No public price at 1M: the top public monthly tier is 100,000 credits for $3,500 a month.
Sources are linked in each tool section, all checked in September 2026. Vendors change plans often, so confirm on the pricing page before you buy. The 1M column is list-price arithmetic on email lookups. Coresignal bills 20 credits an email, so 1M is 20M credits, about $10,000 derived at the Elite rate. LeadMagic's $8,490 is 1,000,000 x $0.00849, an extrapolation and not a public plan. Findymail publishes no price we could read. Prospeo's figure is the cheapest public mix of Pro seats and a monthly add-on. PDL sells no public plan at 1M: Pro is about $0.20 to $0.28 a profile and volume above about 100,000 profiles a year is quote only.
How to choose
- You pull data in code or with an agent, at volume: LeadOcean. Sync responses, one flat price, REST and MCP on every plan.
- You want a flat-price API from a second vendor: BlitzAPI Plus, if you can live with a docs-only MCP server.
- You want the cheapest credits and a fast email endpoint: LeadMagic, at $0.00849 a credit on Ultimate.
- You need bulk enrichment and licensed files: People Data Labs, and budget for per-record pricing.
- You need raw profiles, jobs and bulk files: Coresignal.
- You want a concurrency limit and verified emails: Findymail. Check its pricing page first.
- You want an API and an extension on one account: Prospeo.
- You need mobiles on a short list more than volume: stay on FullEnrich and use a flat-price API for the rest. See LeadOcean vs FullEnrich.
Verdict
LeadOcean wins for developers who pull data through an API, an agent or at volume. It answers synchronously, it has one flat price, and its MCP server returns records. BlitzAPI is the flat-price runner-up if you run your own code. LeadMagic wins on cheap credits and PDL on bulk throughput and licences. Coresignal suits raw profiles and jobs, Findymail suits verified emails and Prospeo suits teams that want an extension. Stay on FullEnrich if a 25+ source waterfall on mobiles is the whole job. Otherwise start on the free plan and compare the same lookup.
FAQ
What is the FullEnrich API rate limit?
60 API calls a minute by default, across Enrich, Reverse Email Lookup and Search. Each enrichment call can carry up to 100 contacts, so the ceiling is 6,000 contacts a minute. The window is fixed per calendar minute, and a 429 tells you to retry in a minute (FullEnrich docs, September 2026).
Does the FullEnrich API return results in the response?
No. Enrichment is asynchronous. You start a bulk job, then receive results on a webhook or fetch them by enrichment ID. Polling counts against your rate limit, and results are stored for 3 months (FullEnrich docs, September 2026).
What does FullEnrich cost at 1M records a month?
FullEnrich does not publish a price at that volume. The top public monthly tier is 100,000 credits for $3,500 a month ($0.035 a credit), and the yearly toggle lists 1,200,000 credits a year for $37,800 billed yearly. Above that, contact sales. Pro starts at $29 a month for 500 credits, and mobiles are 10 credits each (FullEnrich pricing, September 2026).
Which FullEnrich API alternative is cheapest at volume?
At 1M records a month, LeadOcean at $499 flat and BlitzAPI Plus at $499 are cheapest on list price. BlitzAPI's figure holds for accounts opened by September 30, 2026. LeadMagic is about $8,490 and Coresignal about $10,000, but both are derived and no public plan sells 1M. Findymail publishes no price we could read. Prospeo's cheapest public path is $11,223 billed yearly, FullEnrich and PDL have no public 1M price.
Which alternatives have an MCP server that returns data?
LeadOcean, LeadMagic, Coresignal, Findymail and Prospeo do. BlitzAPI's server reads documentation only, and PDL's docs list none. FullEnrich has one at mcp.fullenrich.com/mcp (FullEnrich help, September 2026).
Do I need a credit card to try LeadOcean?
No. The free plan needs a work email and no card. It gives you 1,000 records, one-off, with the same API and MCP server as Pro. See pricing.
