People leave Evaboot when the list has to come from code, not from a LinkedIn session. It exports the results of your own Sales Navigator searches, so every export needs a paid Sales Navigator seat on top of Evaboot (LinkedIn, September 2026).
Exports stop at 2,500 leads per 24 hours per Sales Navigator account, and a single search above 2,500 returns only the first 2,500 (Evaboot help, September 2026). A lead with no email still costs a credit (Evaboot help, September 2026). The API takes a Sales Navigator search and returns 409 when LinkedIn stops accepting the stored session (Evaboot docs, September 2026).
This page ranks six alternatives for API and volume buyers. LeadOcean is first because it is a stored database at one flat price. If a rep runs the search in Sales Navigator and wants a clean file, Evaboot still fits. For its plans, read Evaboot pricing.
TL;DR
| Tool | Best for | Starting price | Cost at 1M records a month |
|---|---|---|---|
| LeadOcean | API, agent and volume buyers | Free (1,000 records, one-off). Pro $499 a month | $499 a month flat. Fair use applies |
| Icypeas | Developers who want the lowest price per found email | $19 a month for 1,000 credits ($15.83 billed yearly) | $3,992 a month, or $3,326.67 billed yearly, plus VAT |
| Anymail Finder | Teams that look up people they already know, with live verification | $29 a month for 400 credits | $4,990 once, for a 1,000,000-credit pack valid 12 months |
| Prospeo | Reps who want a Chrome extension and pay per email | Free, 100 credits a month. Starter $49 per user a month ($37 billed yearly) | About $14,456 a month, or $11,223 billed once yearly |
| FullEnrich | Teams that want a waterfall of providers and mobile numbers | $29 a month for 500 credits ($26 billed yearly) | No public 1M price. Top public tier is $3,500 a month |
| Wiza | Reps who still export Sales Navigator lists | Free. Email $83 per user a month, billed yearly | No public 1M price |
"1M records" here means 1M work-email lookups that return a result. Figures are list-price arithmetic. Where a vendor sells no plan at that volume, the cell says so. Enterprise quotes differ, so ask each vendor at your volume.
For reference, Evaboot has no public price at 1M either. Its top listed plan is 3,000 credits for $99 a month (Evaboot pricing, September 2026). Its real ceiling is the daily cap, which turns volume into a seat count.
What we evaluated
- API access: which plan opens it, what a call returns, and the default rate limit.
- MCP: whether an agent can reach the tool through a hosted server, and how it signs in.
- Price model: flat, credits or seats, monthly list price first and the billed-yearly figure after it.
- Input: a stored database you search, a name and domain you supply, or an export of your own LinkedIn search.
- Limits that bite: daily caps, seat requirements, plan gates and fair-use clauses.
We read each vendor's pricing page and docs in September 2026. We ran no find-rate or accuracy test for this page, so we quote no quality numbers. Evaboot's own find rate is a vendor claim, and we did not test it.
1. LeadOcean: best for API, agent and volume buyers
LeadOcean is one dataset behind one REST API and one MCP server. It holds 693M people, 366M with an email and 166M with a phone number, plus 63M companies. You search with 50 people filters and 34 company filters, and counts are free. It replaces the Sales Navigator export with a search you can run in code.
On 2026-09-30, VPs in sales and business development in Canada with a mailable email (verified, catch-all valid or catch-all) numbered 5,066. That is more than two days of Evaboot exports on one seat. Here it is one paged search of up to 100 rows a call, with no LinkedIn session behind it.
curl -X POST "https://api.leadocean.io/v1/people/search" \
-H "x-api-key: $LEADOCEAN_API_KEY" \
-H "content-type: application/json" \
-d '{"jobLevel":["VP"],"jobFunction":["Sales & Business Development"],"country":["CA"],"limit":100}'The price does not move with volume. Pro is $499 a month with unlimited searches, enrichments and lookups, 5 API keys and 100 requests per second per key. There are no credits and no overage invoice. A very large month is paced down to one request a minute until the reset, not cut off. The MCP server at https://api.leadocean.io/mcp signs in with OAuth 2.1 and exposes 12 tools, from search_leads to find_phone and export_leads.
Phones come from GET /v2/people/phone, which Evaboot does not offer. Exports run up to 50,000 rows per request with POST /v1/exports, and the app has an Exports page with a filter builder and CSV download.
Pros
- Flat $499 a month at any volume, with no credit meter, no seats and no Sales Navigator bill.
- REST and MCP on every plan, including Free.
- Phones for 166M people, and an email status on every email, from
verifiedtospam_trap. - Free counts, and a miss on
POST /v1/people/enrichis a free 404.
Cons
- It cannot export your own Sales Navigator searches. There is no LinkedIn list builder and no Chrome extension.
- A stored dataset refreshed monthly. Read
fetched_atbefore you rely on a job title. - A v2 contact lookup that finds nothing still costs one record.
Best for: engineers, RevOps and agents that need volume and a fixed bill.
Pricing: Free is 1,000 records, one-off, no card. Pro is $499 a month, flat (LeadOcean pricing, September 2026).
2. Icypeas: best for developers who want the lowest price per found email
Icypeas is an email finder and verifier that sells credits. An email search costs 1 credit per found email, and a search that finds nothing costs nothing. The verifier costs 0.1 credit (Icypeas docs, September 2026). The input is a first name, last name and a domain or company (Icypeas docs, September 2026).
Monthly plans run from Basic at $19 for 1,000 credits to Hypergrowth at $499 for 100,000. Billed yearly, Basic is $190 a year for 12,000 credits. The Hypergrowth selector lists bigger monthly steps, and 1,000,000 credits cost $3,992 a month. Credits roll over and prices exclude VAT (Icypeas pricing, September 2026). There is no free plan, only 50 free credits at signup.
API, MCP and catch-all verification are on every plan. Email search, verification and domain search each allow 10 calls a second, and the bulk call takes up to 5,000 rows (Icypeas docs, September 2026). The hosted MCP server at https://mcp.icypeas.com/mcp has 21 tools and signs in with your API key (Icypeas guide, September 2026).
Pros
- The cheapest published cost per found email in this list, at $3,992 for 1M.
- No charge for a search that finds nothing, and credits do not expire.
- API and MCP on every plan, with bulk calls of 5,000 rows.
Cons
- It finds the email for a person you already named. It does not read a Sales Navigator search.
- No free plan, and phones are listed as coming soon (Icypeas docs, September 2026).
- Rate limits are 10 calls a second on the core endpoints, and Icypeas says they can change at any time.
Best for: developers who feed names and domains and want the lowest meter.
Pricing: Basic $19, Premium $39, Advanced $89 and Hypergrowth $499 a month, plus VAT. Billed yearly they are $15.83, $32.50, $74.17 and $415.83 a month (Icypeas pricing, September 2026).
3. Anymail Finder: best for teams that look up people they already know
Anymail Finder verifies each address live against the recipient's mail server. You pay only for emails it marks safe to send (Anymail Finder, September 2026). You can look up by name and company, by domain, by company name, by decision maker or by LinkedIn URL. Evaboot users who already hold a list of names get a cleaner meter here.
A found email costs 1 credit, a decision maker costs 2 and a verification costs 0.2. A search that finds no verified email is free. Monthly plans run from $29 for 400 credits to $799 for 100,000. Billed yearly, 4,800 credits cost $228 a year. One-time credit packs run from 5,000 credits for $249 to 1,000,000 for $4,990, and they are valid for 12 months (Anymail Finder pricing, September 2026). Unlimited team members share one pool.
The API docs state no rate limits and no daily call caps, and bulk jobs take up to 100,000 rows (Anymail Finder API docs, September 2026). The MCP server at https://api.anymailfinder.com/mcp has five actions and signs in through the browser, with no key (Anymail Finder MCP, September 2026).
Pros
- Live verification, and a miss costs nothing.
- A 1,000,000-credit pack at $4,990 is a public price at 1M.
- No rate limits stated, and one credit pool for the whole team.
Cons
- It looks up a person you name. It has no search by filter and no Sales Navigator export.
- No phone numbers.
- The MCP server covers find, verify and account checks only. It does not cover bulk files or webhooks.
Best for: teams that already hold names and companies and want verified emails only.
Pricing: $29 for 400 credits to $799 for 100,000 a month. Billed yearly, 4,800 credits are $228 a year. The 1M pack is $4,990 once (Anymail Finder pricing, September 2026).
4. Prospeo: best for reps who want an extension and pay per email
Prospeo is an email and mobile finder with a Chrome extension, a REST API and an MCP server. It sells list search, export and capture with the extension (Prospeo, September 2026). It is the nearest thing here to Evaboot's click-in-the-browser habit, though it does not export a Sales Navigator search.
Plans are per user. Billed monthly, Starter is $49 for 2,000 credits, Growth is $99 for 5,000 and Pro is $249 for 15,000. Billed yearly they are $37, $74 and $187 a month. A verified email costs 1 credit, a mobile costs 10 and a company costs 1. A search that returns results costs 1 credit for up to 25 people, with no contact data attached (Prospeo help center, September 2026). Unused credits expire.
Enrichment allows 2,000 requests a day on Starter, 5,000 on Growth and 500,000 on the top plan, at 5 to 30 requests a second (Prospeo rate limits, September 2026). The hosted MCP server has 8 tools with OAuth or an API key (Prospeo MCP docs, September 2026). No single plan reaches 1M credits.
Pros
- A Chrome extension, so reps keep their habit.
- A credit is spent only when a result comes back.
- Mobile numbers, which Evaboot does not offer.
Cons
- Per-user pricing plus credits, so both grow with the team.
- Daily enrichment caps of 2,000 and 5,000 on the lower plans.
- Search returns 25 results per call with no emails, so you pay twice to get a contact.
Best for: small teams that want an extension and pay-as-you-go emails and mobiles.
Pricing: Free with 100 credits a month. Starter $49, Growth $99 and Pro $249 per user a month, or $37, $74 and $187 billed yearly (Prospeo pricing, September 2026).
5. FullEnrich: best for teams that want a waterfall and mobile numbers
FullEnrich runs each lookup through a waterfall of data providers and charges only for what it finds. Its pricing page cites 25+ data sources and full search access to 800M people and 50M companies (FullEnrich pricing, September 2026). It suits Evaboot users who need a phone number as well as an email.
A work email costs 1 credit, a personal email 3 and a mobile 10. A contact it cannot find costs nothing (FullEnrich docs, September 2026). Monthly Pro runs from $29 for 500 credits to $3,500 for 100,000, and above that it is contact sales. Billed yearly, the entry tier is $26 a month. There is a free trial with 50 credits and no card (FullEnrich pricing, September 2026).
API, MCP, search and bulk CSV are on every plan, and users are unlimited. The limit is 60 API calls a minute across Enrich, Reverse Email and Search, with up to 100 contacts per bulk request (FullEnrich docs, September 2026). Over the limit the API returns a 429.
Pros
- Mobiles and personal emails from a waterfall, with no charge for a miss.
- API, MCP, search and bulk CSV on every plan, with unlimited users.
- Credits roll over for 3 months on monthly plans and 12 months on annual plans.
Cons
- No public price at 1M. The top monthly tier covers 100,000 credits.
- 60 API calls a minute is a low ceiling for a pipeline.
- A mobile costs 10 credits, so phone-heavy work gets expensive fast.
Best for: teams that need mobiles and emails from many sources in one call.
Pricing: Monthly Pro is $29 for 500 credits, $55 for 1,000 and up to $3,500 for 100,000. The entry tier is $26 a month billed yearly (FullEnrich pricing, September 2026).
6. Wiza: best for reps who still export Sales Navigator lists
Wiza is the closest like-for-like swap for Evaboot. It builds lists from Sales Navigator, Recruiter or a CSV, and says it verifies contact data at the moment of the request (Wiza help, September 2026). Its homepage claims 850M+ contacts (Wiza, September 2026).
Plans are per user. Billed yearly, Email is $83 a month ($990 a year) and Email + Phone is $166 a month ($1,990 a year), with unlimited reveals and 2,500 exports a month. Email pays $0.35 per phone number. Free gives 20 valid emails and 5 phone numbers (Wiza pricing, October 2026).
API access is listed on the custom Team plan, and the API price is not public: the API page says to book a call (Wiza API, September 2026). Concurrency is 5 on the Starter API (Wiza docs, September 2026). The MCP server at https://mcp.wiza.co/mcp has 5 tools and needs API access and credits (Wiza MCP guide, September 2026).
Pros
- Sales Navigator, Recruiter and CSV list building, like Evaboot.
- Phone numbers, which Evaboot does not offer.
- A free plan, and CRM integrations on every paid plan.
Cons
- Per-user pricing, and a cap of 2,500 exports a month.
- No public API price and no public 1M price.
- API and MCP need API access and credits, which sit behind a sales call.
Best for: reps who work inside LinkedIn and want phones as well as emails.
Pricing: Free. Email $83 and Email + Phone $166 per user a month, billed yearly. Team is custom, for 3+ users (Wiza pricing, October 2026).

Sources are linked in each tool section, checked in September and October 2026. Vendors change plans often, so confirm on the pricing page before you buy. The 1M column is list-price arithmetic on email lookups, plus VAT for Icypeas. Icypeas 1M is the published 1,000,000-credit tier, or 12M credits for $39,920 a year (Icypeas pricing, September 2026). Prospeo's cheapest public path on monthly billing is 44 top-plan seats at $249 plus the 350,000-credit add-on at $3,500. Billed yearly it is 3 of those seats plus the 500,000-credit add-on at $4,500, paid once (Prospeo pricing, September 2026). FullEnrich, Wiza and Evaboot publish no price at this volume, and we do not multiply a rate out to 1M.
How to choose
- You pull people and companies in code or with an agent, at volume: LeadOcean. One flat price, REST and MCP on every plan, 100 requests per second.
- You hold names and domains and want the lowest meter: Icypeas, at $3,992 a month for 1M credits.
- You want verified emails only, and a public 1M price: Anymail Finder, with a $4,990 one-time pack.
- Your reps want an extension and mobiles: Prospeo, and watch the per-user bill.
- You need mobiles and emails from many sources in one call: FullEnrich, at 60 calls a minute.
- Your list lives in Sales Navigator and you want phones too: Wiza, or stay on Evaboot.
- You need a bigger Sales Navigator export than 2,500 a day: none of these lift LinkedIn's limits. Pull the list from a database such as LeadOcean instead.
Verdict
LeadOcean wins for API, agent and volume buyers. It is a stored database with a flat price, emails and phones in one plan, and an MCP server that returns records. Icypeas wins on price per found email, and Anymail Finder wins for live-verified emails with a public 1M pack. Prospeo wins for an extension with pay-per-email credits, FullEnrich for mobiles from a waterfall, and Wiza for Sales Navigator exports with phones. Stay on Evaboot if your reps run Sales Navigator searches all day. Otherwise start on the free plan and compare the same lookups.
FAQ
Why do teams leave Evaboot?
The list has to come from a Sales Navigator session. Exports need a Sales Navigator seat, stop at 2,500 leads per 24 hours per account, and cost a credit even when no email is found (Evaboot help, September 2026). Teams that only need contact data move to a database with an API.
Does Evaboot have an API and an MCP server?
Yes to both, on every plan. The API extracts a Sales Navigator search, finds emails and validates them. The hosted MCP server is at https://mcp.evaboot.com/mcp (Evaboot docs, September 2026). Neither searches a database by title and country.
What is the best Evaboot alternative for an API?
For records, LeadOcean: 100 requests per second per key and one flat price. For lookups on names you already hold, Icypeas or Anymail Finder. Pick by whether you search a dataset or supply the names.
What does Evaboot cost at 1M records a month?
There is no public price. The top listed plan is 3,000 credits for $99 a month, and anything bigger is Enterprise (Evaboot pricing, September 2026). At 1M the limit is the 2,500-lead daily cap per seat, not the credit price.
Is there a free Evaboot alternative?
Several have a free tier. LeadOcean gives 1,000 records one-off with no card. Prospeo gives 100 credits a month, FullEnrich gives 50 trial credits and Wiza gives 20 valid emails and 5 phone numbers. Check each free plan's API access before you build on it.
Do I need a credit card to try LeadOcean?
No. The free plan needs a work email and no card. It gives you 1,000 records, one-off, with the same API and MCP server as Pro. See pricing.
