Evaboot Pricing 2026: Plans, Credits and What 1M Records Cost

Evaboot sells Sales Navigator exports by the credit. Here is what the plans cost, what you also have to buy, and why 1M records has no public price.

The cheapest Evaboot plan is $29 a month for 400 credits. The middle plan is $49 a month for 1,000 credits, $0.049 a credit (Evaboot pricing, September 2026). The page does not mark a most popular plan.

Evaboot has no public price at 1M records. The largest listed plan is 3,000 credits for $99, and anything bigger is "Enterprise: contact us". The real ceiling is not price anyway. Evaboot caps exports at 2,500 leads per 24 hours per Sales Navigator account.

You also need a LinkedIn Sales Navigator seat. Evaboot exports the results of your own searches, so Sales Navigator is a second bill on top of the credits.

Plans

Evaboot sells one product in three listed sizes. Every plan includes Sales Navigator export, email finder, email verifier, LinkedIn URL enrichment, CRM and webhook sync, the API and MCP, unlimited seats and unlimited connected Sales Navigator accounts. Monthly plans cancel any time and credits roll over.

Source: Evaboot pricing, September 2026. All prices are USD list prices, billed monthly. The dashboard selector runs from 400 to 15,000 credits a month. The pricing page lists only the first three (Evaboot help, September 2026).

Yearly plans exist, but the pricing page shows no yearly figure, so this page lists monthly prices only. A yearly plan cannot be cancelled or downgraded before the contract ends. It can only be upgraded through support (Evaboot help, September 2026).

Older write-ups quote five tiers from $39 to $399 and two credits per lead. The pricing page we checked in September 2026 lists three plans and one credit per lead.

What a credit buys

A credit pays for work Evaboot does on each lead, whether or not an email turns up. The lead export is the main cost, and the email comes bundled.

All sources checked September 2026. An export is paid for as a whole. You cannot buy part of one, and you cannot export leads without the email search.

Hidden costs

The credit price is the smaller bill for most teams. These are the costs that sit around it.

  • Sales Navigator is required. The Core plan starts at US$119.99 a month per license, or US$1,079.88 a year (LinkedIn, October 2026). A 1,000-credit month is $49 plus that seat, about $169.
  • A lead costs a credit with no email. Exports are billed per lead, not per email found. A weak search pays full price.
  • The daily cap is not a plan limit. Evaboot exports 2,500 leads or 1,000 accounts per 24 hours per Sales Navigator account. Buying more credits does not raise it (Evaboot help, September 2026).
  • One search tops out at 2,500 leads. The rest of a bigger search is never collected, so you split it into narrower searches.
  • No phone numbers. The pricing page points you to a separate vendor, Datagma, for phones.
  • Cancelling shortens your credits. Credits stay usable for 30 days after you cancel, then they are removed (Evaboot help, September 2026).
  • Upgrades restart the billing cycle. You pay the full price of the new plan on the day you upgrade.
  • Legacy plans pay for misses. On the older credit model, an email search costs a credit even when it finds nothing (Evaboot help, September 2026).
  • Cookie upkeep. If LinkedIn stops accepting the stored session, the API returns 409 until you click Export with Evaboot in Chrome again (Evaboot docs, September 2026).

Worked examples

All three examples price Evaboot's lead export at 1 credit a lead. Evaboot publishes no price for the volumes below, so the Evaboot part is the cap arithmetic and the Sales Navigator seats, not a quote.

10k records a month

  • Credits needed: 10,000. The largest listed plan is 3,000 credits at $99.
  • The dashboard selector reaches 15,000 credits a month, but Evaboot publishes no price for the steps above 3,000.
  • Daily cap: 10,000 / 2,500 = 4 days on one Sales Navigator seat.
  • Seat cost: one Core seat at $119.99 a month.
  • LeadOcean Pro: $499 flat. Ask Evaboot for the 10,000-credit price before you compare.

1M records a month

  • Credits needed: 1,000,000. No public price at 1M. The top listed rate of $0.033 is not a price at this volume, so we do not multiply it out.
  • Daily cap: 1,000,000 / 2,500 = 400 seat-days. One seat exports at most 75,000 a month (2,500 x 30).
  • Seats needed in 30 days: 400 / 30 = 13.3, so 14 Sales Navigator seats.
  • Seat cost: 14 x $119.99 = $1,679.86 a month at Core list price, before any Evaboot fee.
  • LeadOcean Pro: $499 flat, no credits and no seats.

25M records a month

  • Credits needed: 25,000,000. Enterprise, contact sales.
  • Daily cap: 25,000,000 / 2,500 = 10,000 seat-days.
  • Seats needed in 30 days: 10,000 / 30 = 333.3, so 334 Sales Navigator seats.
  • Seat cost: 334 x $119.99 = $40,076.66 a month at Core list price, before any Evaboot fee.
  • LeadOcean Pro: $499 flat. A very large month is paced down to one request a minute past the fair-usage line rather than cut off. Exports stop at 500,000 rows a day and 10,000,000 a period, so write to support first.

The standalone email finder and verifier are not tied to a Sales Navigator export. The public docs give no daily number for them.

Is it worth it

Evaboot is worth it when your list already lives in Sales Navigator and you want it as a clean file. You pay for the cleaning and the bundled email, not for a database.

  • Solo seller or founder: The $29 plan covers 400 leads a month. Add the Sales Navigator seat and plan on about $149.
  • SDR team of 5 to 20: Unlimited seats and one shared credit balance fit a team. The 1,000 or 3,000 plan works, and each rep still needs their own Sales Navigator license.
  • RevOps or data engineer: The API takes a Sales Navigator URL and returns a job, and it needs a connected seat. It cannot search a database by title and country. If the list must be built in code, use a data API instead.
  • Agency: Every client search runs through a LinkedIn session. Check that setup before you promise volume.
  • High volume, 1M or more: Evaboot is the wrong shape. The 2,500-a-day cap per seat turns volume into a seat count.

Alternatives with a different price model

These three charge per found contact, per valid email or a flat fee, and none needs a Sales Navigator seat.

FullEnrich: pay per found contact. Monthly Pro starts at $29 for 500 credits, and $55 buys 1,000. A work email is 1 credit and a mobile number is 10 (FullEnrich pricing, September 2026). See FullEnrich alternatives.

Anymail Finder: pay per valid email. Plans run from $29 for 400 credits to $799 for 100,000. A one-time 1M pack is $4,990 (Anymail Finder pricing, September 2026). It looks up a person you already name and has no search. See Anymail Finder alternatives.

LeadOcean: flat fee. Free is 1,000 records one-off with no card. Pro is $499 a month with unlimited searches, enrichments and lookups, 100 requests per second per key and 5 API keys. There are no credits and no overage invoice. It holds 693M people and 63M companies over REST and MCP, with 366M people that have an email and 166M that have a phone. The app has an Exports page with a filter builder and CSV download. It does not export your Sales Navigator searches, and it has no Chrome extension, sequencer, dialer or CRM. See pricing.
