Findymail does not let us publish its prices. Its pricing page, help center and FAQ block automated reading, so every plan price is on Findymail's pricing page and nowhere on this page. What we can state is how credits are spent.
One credit buys one verified email. A million emails a month is 1,000,000 credits. The self-serve slider stops below that and Findymail publishes no 1M price where we could read it, so expect a quote.
Findymail is an email finder, not a sales workspace. You pay for found contacts, and a lookup that finds nothing costs nothing.
Plans
Findymail sells one credit slider with paid steps and an Enterprise quote (Findymail pricing, September 2026). The page renders prices with JavaScript and blocks automated reading, so we state no plan price, per-credit rate or seat count here.
| Plan | Price a month | Finder credits | API access | Limits |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free test | Not published. See the pricing page | A small test allowance | Yes | Test only |
| Paid slider steps | Not published. See the pricing page | Set by the step you pick | Yes | Check rollover and seat terms on the page |
| Enterprise | Custom quote | Custom | Yes | Custom volume and terms |
Findymail changes plans often, so check Findymail's pricing page before you buy. Finder credits come with a separate pool of verifier credits.
What a credit buys
A credit is charged only on a successful result. Email costs 1 credit. A phone number costs 10 (Findymail API docs, September 2026).
| Action | Credit cost | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Find email from name and domain | 1 finder credit, only if a verified email is found | API docs |
| Find email from business profile | 1 finder credit, only if found | API docs |
| Find contacts from a domain | 1 finder credit per contact with a valid email | API docs |
| Phone finder | 10 finder credits per number found | API docs |
| Reverse email lookup | 1 credit, or 2 with profile enrichment | API docs |
| Company information | 1 credit, only when data is found | API docs |
| Find employees | 1 credit per contact found | API docs |
| Lookalike search | 1 credit per 10 results, rounded up | API docs |
| Technologies lookup | 1 credit, free when no results | API docs |
| Email verifier | 1 verifier credit per check | API docs |
All sources checked September 2026. Failures do not consume credits. Async calls that use a webhook can take up to 24 hours.
Hidden costs
The price per credit is on Findymail's page. The surprises are in what a credit does not cover.
- Phones cost 10x. Ten credits per number makes a phone ten times the credit cost of an email. The phone endpoint is also US only and returns nothing for EU citizens (Findymail API docs, September 2026).
- Self-serve has a ceiling. The slider ends in a quote step, so there is no public list price at 1M. Ask for one before you plan around it.
- Rollover and seat terms vary by plan. Read both on the pricing page before you buy.
- Verifier credits are a separate pool. Checking an email you already own costs a verifier credit, not a finder credit.
- Employee search is thin. Find Employees returns a few contacts per call and charges per contact found (Findymail API docs, September 2026).
- Concurrency is the limit. The default is 300 simultaneous requests. Find from domain is 5 at a time and business profile is 30 (Findymail API docs, September 2026).
Worked examples
All three examples assume one email per record at 1 credit, with every record found. Real totals track your hit rate, because misses are free. We state credits, not dollars, because Findymail's prices are not readable by automated tools.
10k records a month
- Credits needed: 10,000.
- With phones: 10,000 x 10 = 100,000 credits.
- Price: read the matching step on Findymail's pricing page.
- LeadOcean Pro: $499 flat. Compare it with the matching Findymail step.
1M records a month
- Credits needed: 1,000,000.
- With phones: 10,000,000 credits, for US numbers only.
- Price: not published. Expect a custom quote.
- LeadOcean Pro: $499 flat.
25M records a month
- Credits needed: 25,000,000.
- Price: not published. Quote only.
- LeadOcean Pro: $499 flat. A very large month is paced down to one request a minute past the fair-usage line rather than cut off. One email to support gets more headroom.
Check the Findymail step that covers your volume against $499 flat. Above a certain volume, per-credit pricing costs more than a flat fee, and the gap widens with every record.
Is it worth it
Findymail is worth it for outbound teams that want verified emails and a bounce guarantee. The guarantee is advertised on its pricing page, so read the terms there.
- Solo founder or one rep: Start on the free test, then move up only when it runs out.
- Agency or SDR team at a few thousand emails a month: Findymail is a good fit. The bounce guarantee helps protect your sender reputation. Compare the step that covers your volume with $499 flat.
- RevOps or data engineer feeding a pipeline: Cost climbs in a straight line with volume and self-serve stops short of 1M. A flat fee is easier to forecast.
- Phone-heavy outreach: Ten credits per number and US-only coverage make it the weak point. Check your target countries first.
- Large enterprise: Ask for Enterprise. Volume terms are not on the public page.

Alternatives with a different price model
These three charge per contact, per record or by flat fee.
FullEnrich: pay per found contact. Pro is $55 a month for 1,000 credits ($0.055 each), with unlimited users and rollover (FullEnrich pricing, September 2026). A work email is 1 credit and a mobile number is 10. See FullEnrich alternatives and /alternatives/fullenrich.
People Data Labs: pay per record retrieved. Free gives up to 100 credits a month with contact data obfuscated. Pro starts at $98 a month for 350 credits, with volume pricing above that and custom Enterprise terms (People Data Labs pricing, September 2026). It is an API product with no seats. See People Data Labs alternatives and /alternatives/people-data-labs.
LeadOcean: flat fee. Free is 1,000 records one-off with no card. Pro is $499 a month with unlimited searches, enrichments and lookups, 100 requests per second per key and 5 API keys. There are no seats, no credits and no overage invoice. It covers 693M people and 63M companies over REST and MCP. It has no sequencer, dialer or CRM, so pair it with your own sending tool. See pricing.
