Meeting Prep is a Claude skill that turns one attendee into a one-page brief. It pulls the person, their company and the other senior people at the account from LeadOcean, then drafts questions from those fields only.
What it does
You give Claude a LinkedIn URL, a work email, or a name and company domain. You can add the meeting type and a goal, for example "renewal call, I want to expand to a second team".
The skill reads the person's current role, the company profile and the senior people around them. It sizes the account first, which is free. Then it writes a brief with five questions, each tagged with the field it came from.
It does not claim career history or news. LeadOcean holds the current role, the company profile and contact flags, so the brief says only that. You add your own notes on top.
How it works
The skill is a SKILL.md file. It tells Claude which tools to call and in what order.
search_leadsfinds the person, only if you gave a name and domain. 1 record per person returned, capped at 3. Skipped for a LinkedIn URL or email.count_leadsruns first and is free.get_leadreturns title, level, function, location, headline and whether they are still at the company. 1 record.get_companyreturns industry, headcount, headquarters, funding and site technologies. 1 record.count_leadssizes the C-level, VP and Director population at the domain. Free.search_leadslists the other senior people at the domain. 1 record per person returned, 4 by default (three peers plus the attendee).- Claude drafts the brief from those fields. No tool call.
If a filter value is rejected, Claude calls list_enum_values (free) for the exact string. Emails and phones are not revealed unless you ask.

Sample output
The sizing step is free and works on any domain. We ran count_leads on hubspot.com with jobLevel set to C-Team, VP and Director.
| Filter | Value |
|---|---|
| domain | hubspot.com |
| jobLevel | C-Team, VP, Director |
| Mailable people (verified, catch_all_valid, catch_all) | 341 |
| Records spent | 0 |
| Date | 1 October 2026 |
That count is the "who else is at the table" line in the brief. It covers mailable people only, the default for count_leads.
The full brief spends records, so no real brief is pasted here. Output format (placeholder values):

FAQ
Does it search the web for news?
No. It calls LeadOcean tools only. Add your own news or CRM notes in the same chat and Claude will fold them into the questions.
Can it prep me for a meeting with several people?
Run it once per attendee. Each run costs 6 records by default, so a four-person meeting costs 24. The peers list will repeat, so ask for peers: 0 after the first run.
Does it send anything or book the meeting?
No. It reads data and writes a brief. Calendar and outreach stay in your own tools.
