Tech Stack Qualifier is a Claude skill that checks one company against a technology rule. You say which tools it must run and which rule it out. It answers Qualified, Partial, Disqualified or Not enough data.
What it does
You give Claude a domain and a rule, for example "acme.com must run HubSpot and must not run Salesforce". The skill reads the technologies LeadOcean detected on the company's website and compares them to your rule.
It then sizes the market that runs the same stack, which is free, and lists the buyers at the account. The reply is a fixed shape, so you can paste it into a note or a CRM field.
Technologies come from the company's own site. Only crawled companies have them, about 7.8M of the 63M in the database. If a company has none on file, the skill says "Not enough data" and stops before it spends a buyer record.
How it works
The skill is a SKILL.md file. It tells Claude which tools to call and in what order.
list_enum_valueswithname: "tech_category"resolves a category such as CRM to its exact string. Free. Runs only if you give a category.count_leadssizes the mailable buyers at companies that run your must-have technologies. Free.count_leadswith the domain sizes the buyers at this one account. Free.get_companyreturns the technologies list, industry, headcount and HQ. 1 record.- Claude marks each technology Found, Missing, Clear or Present and picks the verdict. No tool call.
search_leadslists up to 3 buyers at the domain by default, only for Qualified or Partial. 1 record per person returned.
A run on a company with no technologies on file stops after step 4.

Sample output
The free sizing step works for any technology. We ran count_leads and list_enum_values on 1 October 2026.
| Call | Filter | Result |
|---|---|---|
count_leads | technologies HubSpot, jobLevel C-Team and VP, jobFunction Sales & Business Development | 69,495 mailable people |
list_enum_values | tech_category, q CRM | 35,416 companies tagged CRM |
| Records spent | 0 |
The count covers mailable people only: verified, catch_all_valid and catch_all. The category count comes from the 7 September 2026 crawl, so treat it as a snapshot.
The verdict needs get_company and search_leads, which spend records, so no real company run is pasted here. This is the shape of the reply, with placeholder values.

FAQ
Where do the technologies come from?
From the company's own website, detected by LeadOcean's crawl of about 7.8M sites. A company outside the crawl has none on file, and the skill reports Not enough data.
How current is the stack data?
The category counts come from the 7 September 2026 crawl. Sites change stacks, so a result is a recent snapshot. Check the live site before you quote a tool in outreach.
Can it check a list of companies?
Run it once per domain. Each run costs 4 records by default, so ten domains cost 40. For a bulk pull filtered by technology, use the Exports page in the app at app.leadocean.io.
