The cheapest Lusha plan is Free at $0, with 40 credits a month. The cheapest paid plan is Starter at $49.90 a month, or $449.10 a year. The pricing page marks Premium as Most Popular (Lusha pricing, September 2026). Premium is the first plan whose API limits suit a scheduled job.
An email costs 1 credit and a phone number costs 5. Lusha publishes no price at 1M. The largest public tier is Premium at 10,000 credits a month ($977.40 billed monthly) or 120,000 a year ($9,539.10 billed yearly), and Scale is custom.
Plans
Lusha sells Free, Starter, Pro, Premium and Scale. Monthly plans roll unused credits over up to twice the plan allowance while you stay subscribed. Annual plans issue every credit up front and reset unused credits at the end of the year.

|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 40 a month | 1 | API key on every plan | 40 requests a minute, 100 a day |

Source: Lusha pricing and Lusha API guide, both checked September 2026. The pricing page lists Team management and Credit allocation on Premium. Seat counts come from the Lusha upgrade guide: Premium includes 5 seats and can be expanded to 25, and Scale is for custom seats and credits.
Annual billing is 25% cheaper than monthly on Starter, Pro and Premium. The same credits cost about 33% more if you pay monthly. Limits are enforced per API key, and every key on an account draws from one shared credit pool.
What a credit buys
A credit is the unit Lusha charges for a revealed data point. Email costs 1 credit and a phone number costs 5 (Lusha pricing, September 2026). The API adds a charge per request on top.
| Action | Credit cost | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Reveal an email | 1 credit | Lusha pricing |
| Reveal a phone number | 5 credits | Lusha pricing |
| Company info | 1 credit | Lusha API guide |
| API request, single contact or company | 1 credit per result, on top of the data points | Lusha API guide |
| API bulk request | 1 credit per 1 to 25 results, up to 100 per request | Lusha API guide |
| Email and phone for one contact, single request | 7 credits: 5 + 1 + 1 | Lusha API guide |
| Signals: hiring surge or headcount growth | 1 credit per company | Lusha API guide |
| Signals: job change | 1 credit per contact | Lusha API guide |
| Waterfall email | 2 credits, only on a match | Lusha Data Waterfall |
| Waterfall phone | 8 credits, only on a match | Lusha Data Waterfall |
| Filter lookups over MCP | 0 credits | Lusha MCP tools |
All sources checked September 2026. Re-querying a contact does not charge twice for data already revealed. MCP tool calls follow the same credit and rate-limit rules as the REST API (Lusha MCP tools, September 2026).
Hidden costs
The sticker price is a credit bundle. The real bill depends on how you pay, what you reveal and how you call the API.
- Credits expire. Annual plans reset unused credits at the end of the cycle. Monthly plans cap rollover at twice the allowance (Lusha pricing, September 2026).
- Monthly billing costs more. Premium is $399.90 a month against $299.95 shown for annual. That is about 33% more for the same 3,400 credits.
- Phones are 5 times an email. One contact with both costs 6 credits in the workspace and 7 through a single API request.
- The request credit adds up. Every API request costs at least 1 credit. Bulk calls spread it, at 1 credit per 25 results, which adds about 4% to an email-only pull.
- No-match charges are unclear. The API guide says a request costs at least 1 credit even with no data. The billing FAQ says no credit is deducted on no match (Lusha API guide and Lusha billing FAQ, September 2026).
- Email-only reveals need a special plan. The
revealEmailsandrevealPhonesparameters work only on the Unified Credits plan. Elsewhere you pay for every data point returned (Lusha Unified Credits, September 2026). - Add-on credits have no public price. Lusha says you can add credits in account settings but shows no rate. The pricing page raises credits in steps inside each plan. Pro billed monthly goes from 600 credits at $69.90 to 800 at $92.40 (Lusha pricing, September 2026).
- Usage terms limit resale. Data brokers may not expose the API or its data without consent. Data from the API may not train AI or ML systems, with exceptions in Lusha's terms (Lusha API guide, September 2026).
Worked examples
All examples assume one email per record, every record found, at 1 credit each. Request credits are left out, so add about 4% on bulk calls. Where no public plan sells the volume, the figures use $0.0795 a credit, from $9,539.10 / 120,000 credits on Premium annual. That is the lowest published rate, and Lusha does not sell it at these volumes. Pro annual is $0.087375, Premium annual at 40,800 credits is $0.0882 and Premium monthly is $0.1176.
10k records a month
- Credits needed: 10,000.
- Premium monthly tops out at 10,000 credits for $977.40 a month, billed monthly.
- Premium's base tier holds 3,400 credits for $399.90, so 10,000 is about 2.9 of those at $0.1176 a credit.
- With phones: 10,000 x 6 credits = 60,000 credits. No public plan sells that. At list rate, if sold at that volume: 60,000 x $0.0795 = $4,770.
- LeadOcean Pro: $499 flat.
1M records a month
- Credits needed: 1,000,000.
- No public price at 1M. Bulk calls add 1,000,000 / 25 = 40,000 request credits, so the total is 1,040,000 credits, 104 times the largest public monthly tier.
- At list rate, if sold at that volume: 1,040,000 x $0.0795 is about $82,700 a month.
- With phones: 6,000,000 credits. At list rate, if sold at that volume, that is about $477,000 a month.
- Rate limits: 1M at 100 per request is 10,000 requests. At Premium's 300 a minute that is about 34 minutes, inside the 18,000 daily cap.
- LeadOcean Pro: $499 flat.
25M records a month
- Credits needed: 25,000,000.
- No public price at 25M. At list rate, if sold at that volume: 25,000,000 x $0.0795 is about $1,987,000 a month.
- With phones: 150,000,000 credits. At list rate, if sold at that volume, that is about $11,924,000 a month.
- Rate limits: 250,000 requests at Scale's 50,000 a day is 5 days of calls.
- Scale is a custom quote, so the real number is for Lusha to give. Lusha does not publish a Scale price per credit. The pricing page says Scale is custom and gives 50%+ off price per credit compared with Premium (Lusha pricing, September 2026).
- LeadOcean Pro: $499 flat. A very large month is paced down to one request a minute past the fair-usage line rather than cut off. One email to support gets more headroom.
Break-even against a $499 flat fee sits between 3,400 and 10,000 emails a month. Below 3,400, Lusha's Premium base tier at $399.90 is cheaper. At 10,000 credits, Premium costs $977.40 billed monthly, and above that Lusha has no public price.
Is it worth it
Lusha is worth it if reps reveal contacts in a browser and a CRM every day. The price buys reveals inside a workspace, not just rows.
- Solo founder or one rep: Free gives 40 credits, which is 40 emails or 8 phones. Starter at $49.90 covers 400 emails a month. Step up only when credits run out.
- Small sales team, up to 5 users: Pro at $69.90 monthly gives 600 credits and 2 seats. Premium at $399.90 gives 3,400 credits, 5 seats and the 18,000 daily API cap. Pay annually to save 25%.
- RevOps or data engineer feeding a pipeline: Credits, a request charge and daily caps make a scheduled job hard to forecast. A flat fee is easier to plan.
- Agency or data product: Lusha's terms restrict embedding its API or data in another product. Get written consent before you build on it.
- Large team: Scale is a custom quote. Ask for the per-credit rate before you sign.

Alternatives with a different price model
These three charge per found record or a flat fee, not a credit bundle tied to seats.
FullEnrich: pay per found contact. The Pro plan is $55 a month for 1,000 credits, which is $0.055 a credit, with unlimited users and rollover (FullEnrich pricing, September 2026). A work email is 1 credit and a mobile number is 10. See FullEnrich alternatives and /alternatives/fullenrich.
People Data Labs: pay per record retrieved. Free gives up to 100 credits a month with contact data obfuscated. Pro starts at $98 a month for 350 credits, with volume pricing above that and custom Enterprise terms (People Data Labs pricing, September 2026). It is an API product with no seats. See People Data Labs alternatives and /alternatives/people-data-labs.
LeadOcean: flat fee. Free is 1,000 records one-off with no card. Pro is $499 a month with unlimited searches, enrichments and lookups, 100 requests per second per key and 5 API keys. There are no credits and no overage invoice. It covers 693M people and 63M companies over REST and MCP. It has no Chrome extension, sequencer, dialer or CRM, so pair it with your own sending tool.
