Surfe Pricing 2026: Plans, Credits and What 1M Records Cost

Surfe sells per-seat plans with small monthly credit allowances. Here is what it costs for 10k records, and why 1M has no public price.

The cheapest way in is the Free plan: $0, with 20 email credits and 5 mobile credits a month. The cheapest paid plan is Essential at $49 per user a month, or $39 billed yearly. Pro at $89 per user a month ($79 billed yearly) is marked "Most popular", so it is the plan most teams buy (Surfe pricing, September 2026).

Surfe publishes no price for 1M records. A Pro seat includes 1,000 email credits a month, and anything bigger is a custom Enterprise quote. We do not multiply a seat rate out to 1M, because that would be a guess, not a price.

Surfe is a per-seat prospecting tool with a Chrome extension and CRM sync. It sells credits as an allowance inside each plan, not as a metered data API.

Plans

Surfe has four plans. Prices are per user, in USD, and the monthly figure comes first. Credits shown are the monthly allowance, with the yearly allowance in the limits column.

The pricing page lists the API under Enterprise only. The API docs issue one key per user from API Settings and name no plan (Surfe API key docs, October 2026). Confirm API access on your plan before you buy Pro for it.

What a credit buys

Surfe has two credit types. Email credits cover emails and profile data. Mobile credits cover mobile numbers. A credit is charged per result found, not per lookup.

Hidden costs

The seat price looks small. The bill depends on how many seats you need to reach the credits.

  • Credits sit under a per-user price. Pro gives 1,000 emails a month for one seat. To cover 10,000 you buy ten seats, unless credits pool across seats. The pricing page does not say whether credits pool or roll over, and prints no price for extra credits.
  • Mobile numbers are the scarce credit. Pro includes 100 mobile credits a month against 1,000 email credits. Mobile-heavy teams run out ten times faster.
  • The API is an Enterprise feature on the pricing page. The plan comparison lists "Waterfall Enrichment API" for Enterprise only. Enterprise has no public price.
  • API search is capped low by default. Without search credits, people and company search return 200 results a day. Search credits need an email to Surfe support and their price is not published (Surfe credits and quotas, September 2026).
  • Enrichment has hard daily caps. The limits are 50,000 profiles a day, 20,000 an hour and 10,000 a minute. Past any of them you get a 429.
  • Rate limit is 10 requests a second per user. A burst of 20 is allowed (Surfe rate limits, September 2026).
  • One API key per user. Each user can hold one key at a time (Surfe API key docs, September 2026).
  • Bulk jobs top out at 10,000 people. A bigger list means more jobs, polled or sent to a webhook.
  • The MCP server is in beta. It has 8 tools and signs in with your Surfe API key (Surfe MCP docs, September 2026).
  • Euros for European visitors. Check the currency before you compare plans.

Worked examples

All three examples use list prices in USD, with monthly billing first and the yearly figure in brackets. Surfe charges credits only for results found, so a lower find rate means fewer credits used. Credits are assumed to be per seat, as in the first Hidden costs bullet.

10k emails a month

  • Credits needed: 10,000 email credits.
  • Pro seats: 10,000 / 1,000 = 10 seats.
  • Cost: 10 x $89 = $890 a month (10 x $79 = $790 billed yearly).
  • Add 10,000 mobiles: 10,000 / 100 = 100 seats, so 100 x $89 = $8,900 a month at list, unless extra mobile credits are sold cheaper, and their price is not published.
  • LeadOcean Pro: $499 flat. The same volume costs the same $499.

1M emails a month

  • Credits needed: 1,000,000 email credits.
  • Surfe price: No public 1M price. Pro is capped at 1,000 emails a seat, and Enterprise is custom.
  • Default enrichment quota: 50,000 profiles a day, so 1,000,000 / 50,000 = 20 days at the cap.
  • Bulk jobs: 1,000,000 / 10,000 = 100 jobs of 10,000 people.
  • LeadOcean Pro: $499 flat.

25M emails a month

  • Credits needed: 25,000,000 email credits.
  • Surfe price: No public 25M price. Contact sales.
  • Default enrichment quota: 25,000,000 / 50,000 = 500 days at the cap, so you need a raised quota in any case.
  • Bulk jobs: 25,000,000 / 10,000 = 2,500 jobs.
  • LeadOcean Pro: $499 flat. A very large month is paced down to one request a minute past the fair-usage line, not cut off. One email to support gets more headroom.

At a few thousand emails a month, Surfe Pro is the cheaper bill. Past 5,000 emails a month you need six or more Pro seats, which cost more than $499.

Is it worth it

Surfe is worth it when your reps work from LinkedIn and a CRM and need a few hundred contacts each. You pay per seat and get the extension, CRM sync and integrations in the price.

  • Solo founder or one rep: Free covers 20 emails a month. Essential at $49 gives 150, and Pro at $89 gives 1,000. Pro is the sensible plan if you prospect daily.
  • SDR team of 5 to 20: Pro is built for you. Budget one seat per rep, at $445 to $1,780 a month at monthly list. Plan mobile credits carefully.
  • RevOps or data engineer feeding a pipeline: The API sits on Enterprise, with quotas and a 10 request a second limit. You need a quote first. A flat fee is easier to forecast.
  • Agency or product team: Check Surfe's terms before you resell data. We did not review them for this page.
  • High volume, 1M or more: Surfe publishes no price. Ask for an Enterprise quote, or price a flat-fee API alongside it.

Alternatives with a different price model

These three charge by credit, by data volume or by flat fee.

FullEnrich: pay per found contact. Pro opens on $55 a month for 1,000 credits, which is $0.055 a credit, and the entry tier is $29 for 500 (FullEnrich pricing, September 2026). A work email is 1 credit, a personal email 3 and a mobile 10. Users are unlimited and there is no public price at 1M. See FullEnrich alternatives.

Hunter: credits, with a bulk data tier. The Data Platform sells 1,000,000 search credits as one purchase for $6,900, valid 12 months (Hunter Data Platform, September 2026). It is for API and bulk use only. See the Hunter alternative page.

LeadOcean: flat fee. Free is 1,000 records one-off with no card. Pro is $499 a month with unlimited searches, enrichments and lookups, 100 requests per second per key and 5 API keys. There are no credits and no overage invoice. It covers 693M people and 63M companies over REST and MCP, and the app has an Exports page with a filter builder and CSV download. It has no Chrome extension, sequencer, dialer or CRM. See pricing.
