The cheapest way in is the free trial: 100 credits, with a card verified but not charged. The cheapest paid plan is $29 a month for 400 credits, or $228 a year billed yearly for 4,800. The page marks the 10,000-credit plan at $199 as "Best value", so that is the plan most teams will land on (Anymail Finder pricing, September 2026).

One credit buys one valid email. A million emails costs $4,990 as a one-time pack, about $0.0050 a credit. No monthly plan goes past 100,000 credits.

Anymail Finder charges for results, not lookups. A miss is free, and there are no seats. The catch is that every email found is billed, so the bill grows in a straight line with volume.

Plans

Anymail Finder sells three things: monthly plans, yearly plans and one-time packs. Team members are unlimited and share one credit pool. The API is part of every plan, and the docs say there are no rate limits and no daily call caps (Anymail Finder API docs, September 2026).

Yearly billing is marked 33% cheaper. The 400-credit plan costs $348 over twelve months billed monthly and $228 billed yearly.

What a credit buys

A credit is charged only when Anymail Finder returns a result it can stand behind. Verification is the one action billed on every attempt.

All sources checked September 2026. The API docs list no phone endpoint. From 5 October 2026, searches stop returning risky emails and return not_found instead. Billing does not change, because risky results were never charged.

Hidden costs

The per-credit price looks low. The bill depends on the plan you pick and what you do with the emails afterwards.

  • Currency follows your location. The figures here are USD. The pricing page shows Canadian dollars to visitors in Canada.
  • Small plans cost nine times more per credit. The 400-credit plan is $0.073 a credit. The 100,000-credit plan is $0.008. Buying too small is the most common way to overpay.
  • Decision-maker lookups cost double. Finding the right person at a company is 2 credits, not 1.
  • Verification is not free on misses. It costs 0.2 credits on every check, including addresses that fail.
  • Rollover needs an active subscription. Credits roll over with no cap while you pay. After you cancel, they expire at the end of the billing period (Anymail Finder pricing, September 2026).
  • Packs expire. One-time packs are valid for 12 months. Buy 1M credits and use 600,000 and the rest goes.
  • Bounce refunds are manual. Credits come back only after you report the bounce in the dashboard and it is reviewed.
  • Nothing is listed above 1M. The largest pack is 1M credits. Bigger volumes need a quote.

Anymail Finder lists nothing above the 1M credit pack ($4,990, or $0.0050 a credit) and offers volume pricing on request (Anymail Finder pricing, September 2026).

  • Bulk is slow. One job takes up to 100,000 rows, at an average of 1,000 rows in 5 minutes (Anymail Finder bulk docs, September 2026).
  • No search. Anymail Finder looks up a person you already name. Building the list needs another tool.

Worked examples

All three examples assume every email is found at 1 credit, billed at list price in USD. Misses are free, so a lower find rate means fewer credits used, not a bigger bill per email. The 1M and 25M figures are list arithmetic, not a quote.

10k emails a month

  • Credits needed: 10,000.
  • Monthly 10k plan: $199 a month, or $0.020 a credit.
  • As decision makers: 10,000 x 2 = 20,000 credits, which needs the 25k plan at $299 a month.
  • Verifying 10,000 existing addresses: 10,000 x 0.2 = 2,000 credits.
  • LeadOcean Pro: $499 flat. At this volume Anymail Finder is cheaper for emails.

1M emails a month

  • Credits needed: 1,000,000.
  • One-time 1M pack: $4,990, which is 1,000,000 x $0.00499.
  • Ten months on the 100k plan: 10 x $799 = $7,990.
  • Holding 1M a month for a year: 12 packs x $4,990 = $59,880.
  • Verifying 1M addresses: 1,000,000 x 0.2 = 200,000 credits, about $998 at the pack rate.
  • Bulk time: 1M rows is 10 jobs of 100,000. At the stated average of 1,000 rows per 5 minutes, run one after another, that is about 83 hours.
  • LeadOcean Pro: $499 flat.

25M emails a month

  • Credits needed: 25,000,000.
  • 25 x the 1M pack: 25 x $4,990 = $124,750. Anymail Finder lists nothing above 1M, so a real quote may be lower.
  • Bulk time: 250 jobs, or about 2,083 hours if run one after another.
  • LeadOcean Pro: $499 flat. A very large month is paced down to one request a minute past the fair-usage line rather than cut off. One email to support gets more headroom.

On the numbers as written, LeadOcean Pro matches the 50,000-credit plan at $499 a month. Above that volume Anymail Finder costs more per month at list price.

Is it worth it

Anymail Finder is worth it when you need verified emails for a known list and your volume is low. You pay for each email you can use and nothing else.

  • Solo founder or one rep: The 1k or 2k plan at $49 to $89 covers a small outbound list. Use the 100 free credits first.
  • SDR team of 5 to 20: The 10k plan at $199 works, and unlimited seats mean you never pay per rep. Watch decision-maker lookups at 2 credits each.
  • RevOps or data engineer feeding a pipeline: The API has no rate limit, but you still pay per email and need a separate source for the list. Past 50,000 emails a month, where list price reaches $499, a flat fee is easier to forecast.
  • Agency or product team: Check the terms before reselling the data. The terms of service bar offering any part of the Services for sale or distribution (Anymail Finder terms of service, October 2026). They also bar letting anyone but your Users benefit from the Services. They do not name resold email lists, so get written approval first.
  • High volume, 1M or more: Buy packs and plan the 12-month expiry, or ask for a quote above 1M credits.

Alternatives with a different price model

These three charge by found contact, by record or by flat fee.

FullEnrich: pay per found contact. The Pro plan is $55 a month for 1,000 credits, which is $0.055 a credit, with unlimited users and rollover (FullEnrich pricing, September 2026). A work email is 1 credit and a mobile number is 10. See FullEnrich alternatives.

People Data Labs: pay per record retrieved. Free gives up to 100 credits a month with contact data obfuscated. Pro starts at $98 a month for 350 credits, with volume pricing above that and custom Enterprise terms (People Data Labs pricing, September 2026). It is an API product with no seats. See People Data Labs alternatives.

LeadOcean: flat fee. Free is 1,000 records one-off with no card. Pro is $499 a month with unlimited searches, enrichments and lookups, 100 requests per second per key and 5 API keys. There are no credits and no overage invoice. It covers 693M people and 63M companies over REST and MCP, and the app has an Exports page with a filter builder and CSV download. It has no sequencer, dialer or CRM. See pricing.
