Unlimited B2B data providers

7 Best Unlimited B2B Data Providers in 2026 (Compared)

Seven providers that sell contact and company data without a plain per-record meter, ranked for teams that pull records through an API, an agent or at volume.

An unlimited B2B data provider sells contact and company records without a plain per-record meter, so more volume does not mean a bigger bill. It suits teams that pull data through an API, an agent or an export job. The word "unlimited" hides a ceiling. ContactOut's fair use stops at 2,000 emails per account a month (ContactOut terms, September 2026). Kaspr's unlimited emails sit behind 30,000 exports a year on Business (Kaspr pricing, September 2026).

This page ranks seven providers and names the ceiling behind each one. Only three publish a price that covers 1M records. For two-column views, see our pages on BlitzAPI, Anymail Finder, Wiza, ContactOut, Lead411 and Kaspr. A shorter six-tool cut is in unlimited B2B data providers.

"1M records" means 1M work-email lookups that return a result, at list price. Where no public plan sells that volume, we state no price and do not multiply a rate out.

What we evaluated

The list favours buyers who call a data API from code or an agent. Seat-based tools are here because they sell "unlimited" too, and because teams often compare them with an API.

We read each vendor's pricing page, terms and API docs in September 2026. We did not run a lookup test. Every claim below links to its source.

  • What unlimited covers: searches, reveals, phones or exports. Few vendors mean all four.
  • The ceiling: fair-use caps, export caps, rate limits and seats.
  • API and MCP: the plan that opens them, and whether an agent gets records or only docs.
  • Price model: flat, per seat or credits, and the price at 1M records.
  • Data: phone fields, search filters and the geography covered.

1. LeadOcean: best for API, agent and volume buyers

LeadOcean is one dataset behind one REST API and one MCP server. It holds 693M people, 366M with an email and 166M with a phone, plus 67M companies. The MCP server has 13 tools and signs in with OAuth 2.1 (LeadOcean MCP docs, September 2026).

Agency is $497 a month with no credits and no overage invoice. It runs 200 requests a second per account, with 1M enrichments a day that you can raise. Phones are GET /v2/people/phone. Free gives you 1,000 records for life, with no card and the same API and MCP server.

Size a list before you spend anything. GET /v1/companies/count and the leadocean_count_companies MCP tool are free, and a people count returns meta.distinctCompanies. One search pages to 10,000 rows, so narrow the filters instead of walking the index.

Rank it first only if you pull data through code or an agent. A rep who works one LinkedIn profile at a time wants a browser tool, and LeadOcean has no Chrome extension.

Pros

  • Flat $497 a month on Agency, with no per-record price.
  • REST and MCP on every plan, Free included.
  • Free counts, and an enrichment that finds nothing costs nothing.
  • Bulk CSV export through POST /v1/exports and an Exports page in the app, on paid plans.

Cons

  • Past the fair-use line, a very large month is paced down, not cut off.
  • No bulk CSV export on Free, and Agency export files stop at 50,000 rows each (LeadOcean pricing, October 2026).
  • No rep workspace, sequencer, dialer, CRM or Chrome extension.

Best for: engineers, RevOps and agents that need volume and a fixed bill.

Pricing: Free is 1,000 records, one-off, no card. Solo is $97 a month, Agency $497 and Platform $1,997 (LeadOcean pricing, October 2026).

2. BlitzAPI: best for a second flat-price API

BlitzAPI sells B2B data by API on flat monthly plans. Since October 2026 the plans are Start at $99 a month and Scale at $499, with every endpoint on both. Start runs 10 requests a second per endpoint with 200,000 records a month. Scale runs 25 a second with 5,000,000 records (BlitzAPI pricing, October 2026).

One record is one company, person, email, phone or job posting returned. A call that finds nothing counts nothing.

Pros

  • Scale at $499 covers 1M work-email results a month, inside 5,000,000 records.
  • 1,000 free records to try, no card.
  • A hosted MCP server that returns data, with 20 tools (BlitzAPI MCP, October 2026).
  • Job postings are included.
  • Cursor pagination through the API for large pulls.

Cons

  • Phones are US only.
  • Scale runs 25 requests a second, against 200 on LeadOcean Agency.
  • Plans differ only by speed, fair use and support, so a higher rate means a higher plan.
  • No bulk CSV export is documented, and an SLA comes only with the custom Build Your Infra plan.

Best for: teams that run their own code and want a flat API price.

Pricing: Start $99 and Scale $499 a month. Build Your Infra is from $999 a month, set on a call. No yearly figure is published (BlitzAPI pricing, October 2026).

3. Anymail Finder: best for emails with no rate limit

Anymail Finder is not unlimited on records. It sells credits. We include it for two reasons. Its API docs state "No Rate Limits: No daily API call caps", and its largest pack prices 1M emails in public (Anymail Finder API docs, September 2026).

It finds emails for a person or a company you already have. It does not search a database or return phone numbers. A search that finds no verified email is free, and team seats share one credit pool.

Pros

  • A one-time 1M-credit pack at $0.0050 a credit.
  • No seat price and no rate limit in the docs.
  • An MCP server with sign-in and five actions (Anymail Finder MCP, September 2026).

Cons

  • Emails only. No phones and no people search.
  • The pack expires after 12 months.
  • The MCP server does not cover bulk files.

Best for: teams with their own target list that need emails at a known price.

Pricing: monthly plans run from $29 for 400 credits to $799 for 100,000. Packs run from $249 for 5,000 to $4,990 for 1,000,000 (Anymail Finder pricing, September 2026).

4. Wiza: best for LinkedIn prospecting with unlimited reveals

Wiza is a LinkedIn-first finder sold per user. Yearly plans include unlimited email reveals, from $83 a month per user, billed at $990 a year (Wiza pricing, October 2026).

Exports cap at 2,500 a month per seat. API access is listed on the custom-priced Team plan. The MCP server has 5 tools and needs API credits (Wiza MCP guide, September 2026).

Pros

  • Unlimited email reveals on the yearly Email plan.
  • A free plan with 20 valid emails.
  • Lists built from Sales Navigator or CSV.

Cons

  • Priced per seat, so an API workload buys a seat.
  • Unlimited is annual only. Phones on the Email plan cost $0.35 each.
  • Concurrency is 5 on the Starter API (Wiza docs, September 2026).

Best for: reps and small teams that prospect from LinkedIn.

Pricing: Free. Email $83 a month per user and Email + Phone $166, billed yearly. Team is custom (Wiza pricing, October 2026).

5. ContactOut: best for browser-first email and phone finding

contactout homepage

ContactOut is a LinkedIn-first finder with a Chrome extension. Email is $49 a month with unlimited emails and 300 exports. Email + Phone is $99 a month with 600 exports.

Fair use caps paid plans at 2,000 email credits and 1,000 phone credits per account a month (ContactOut terms, September 2026). The API has no public price, and People Search runs at 60 requests a minute (ContactOut API docs, September 2026).

Pros

  • Unlimited emails from $49 a month, phones from $99.
  • An MCP server with 15 tools (ContactOut MCP, September 2026).
  • 1,000 requests a minute on most API endpoints.

Cons

  • Fair use stops at 2,000 emails per account a month.
  • One user per company, and no public API price.

Best for: recruiters and reps who work in the browser.

Pricing: Email $49 a month ($39 billed yearly). Email + Phone $99 ($79 billed yearly) (ContactOut pricing, September 2026).

6. Lead411: best for annual contracts with unlimited exports

Lead411 is a contact database with verified emails and a Chrome extension. Spark is $49 a month, or $490 a year, for 1,000 exports a month. Unlimited exports sit on Blaze, which is annual only and priced by quote.

API access is listed on Ignite and Blaze, not Spark. The docs publish no rate limit. MCP access is for approved customers and returns 401 until support enables it (Lead411 API docs, September 2026).

Pros

  • An unlimited-exports tier on Blaze.
  • An OpenAPI 3.1 spec and a Postman collection.
  • A 7-day trial with 50 exports, no card.

Cons

  • Unlimited has no public price and needs an annual deal.
  • MCP needs approval.
  • Data covers 13 countries.

Best for: teams ready to sign an annual contract.

Pricing: Spark $49 a month ($490 a year). Ignite from $150 ($1,500 a year). Blaze by quote (Lead411 pricing, September 2026).

7. Kaspr: best for phones and emails from LinkedIn profiles

Kaspr is a LinkedIn-first finder sold per user. Starter is $65 per user a month and Business is $99, billed monthly. Both include unlimited B2B email credits under a fair use policy.

Exports are the ceiling: 12,000 a year on Starter and 30,000 on Business. Each successful API call spends one export (Kaspr help, September 2026). API access is on request, at 250 requests a day on Starter and 500 on Business.

Pros

  • Unlimited B2B email credits on paid plans.
  • Credits roll over and are shared across the account.
  • Export add-ons fall to $0.03 a credit.

Cons

  • 500 API requests a day on Business.
  • Priced per user, and no MCP server is listed on its pricing page.

Best for: reps who find contacts from LinkedIn profiles.

Pricing: Starter $65 and Business $99 per user a month, billed monthly. Enterprise is custom (Kaspr pricing, September 2026).

How to choose

  • Code or an agent, at volume: LeadOcean.
  • A second flat-price API: BlitzAPI Scale.
  • Emails for a list you own: Anymail Finder.
  • LinkedIn prospecting: Wiza on a yearly plan.
  • Cheap emails in the browser: ContactOut Email.
  • Annual unlimited exports: Lead411 Blaze.
  • LinkedIn phones: Kaspr.

Verdict

LeadOcean wins for API, agent and volume buyers: a flat price, 200 requests a second on Agency, phones beyond the US and an MCP server that returns records. BlitzAPI is the runner-up if you run your own code, want job postings and 5,000,000 records a month is enough. Its MCP server returns records too. Anymail Finder wins for emails on a known list. Wiza wins for LinkedIn reps on annual plans, ContactOut for cheap browser lookups, Lead411 for contract exports and Kaspr for phones. Start on the free plan, run your own list through it and compare the match rate and email status mix against the tool you use today. The 1,000 records are enough to see the difference.

FAQ

What does "unlimited" mean for a B2B data provider?

Unlimited on one thing, such as emails, under fair use. The ceiling sits in exports, requests or seats.

Which provider is cheapest at 1M records a month?

At list price, LeadOcean Agency at $497 a month and BlitzAPI Scale at $499 a month. Anymail Finder's 1M pack is $4,990 once. No other provider here publishes a price for that volume.

Which providers have an MCP server that returns data?

LeadOcean, BlitzAPI, Anymail Finder, ContactOut and Wiza. Lead411's is for approved customers. Kaspr's pricing page lists none.

Is LeadOcean really unlimited?

Agency has no credits and no per-record price. A very large month is paced down past the fair-use line, and support raises the pace for a real workload (LeadOcean pricing, October 2026).

Do I need a credit card to try LeadOcean?

No. The free plan needs no card. It gives you 1,000 records, one-off, with the same API and MCP server as Agency (pricing).
