BlitzAPI is a data API sold on flat monthly plans. Kaspr is a LinkedIn contact finder sold per user, with credits on top. BlitzAPI fits engineers who pull verified work emails in code. Kaspr fits reps who find numbers one profile at a time in a browser.
All prices and limits below were checked in September 2026, each with its source link. Where a vendor publishes nothing, the page says so.
Verdict
- Pick BlitzAPI if you call a data API from code and want a bill you can predict. Plus is $499 a month flat for accounts opened by September 30, 2026, with no credits and no seats. Phones are US only and need the $599 Full plan.
- Pick Kaspr if your reps live on LinkedIn and want a Chrome extension, Sales Navigator support and phone numbers in Europe. The API is a side feature, available on request and capped per day.
- Pick neither if you want volume through an API, an MCP server that returns records and a CSV export on one flat plan. BlitzAPI's MCP server reads its docs only, and Kaspr lists no MCP server. LeadOcean is one option.

Data and coverage
BlitzAPI publishes the more specific numbers. It lists 550M+ profiles, 65M+ companies and 65M+ verified work emails, each tested before it is returned. An address it cannot prove comes back as not found (BlitzAPI docs, September 2026).
Kaspr leads with reach. Its homepage claims 200m+ profiles and 500m+ phone numbers and emails. Its data page claims 200 million European B2B decision-makers (Kaspr homepage, September 2026; Kaspr data page, September 2026). The units differ, so the totals do not compare like for like.
Phones are the real split. BlitzAPI holds 45M+ phone numbers, all in the US, and only on the $599 Full plan (BlitzAPI pricing, September 2026). Kaspr sells phone credits on every plan and leads its pitch with phone numbers, with no US limit stated.
BlitzAPI also lists 100M+ job postings. Kaspr's public API docs list no job-postings or company search endpoint.
Test both on your own list before you buy. Run the same 500 LinkedIn URLs through each free plan and compare the hit rate. Kaspr's free plan has no API, so test it in the extension.
API and developer experience
Both enrich from a LinkedIn profile URL. BlitzAPI is an API first, with a clean JSON answer. Kaspr's API is a thin layer on its extension, with tight caps.
BlitzAPI's work email lookup takes a LinkedIn URL. It returns found, the verified email and an all_emails array. It counts one record on the trial and nothing extra on a paid plan (BlitzAPI docs, September 2026).
curl -X POST "https://api.blitz-api.ai/v2/enrichment/email" \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-H "x-api-key: $BLITZAPI_API_KEY" \
-d '{"person_linkedin_url":"https://www.linkedin.com/in/jane-doe"}'Kaspr's API enriches one profile from its LinkedIn ID. The help center example posts name and id to /profile/linkedin. Each call spends one credit for the data type fetched, plus one export credit (Kaspr help center, September 2026).
curl -X POST "https://api.developers.kaspr.io/profile/linkedin" \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $KASPR_API_KEY" \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-H "accept-version: v2.0" \
-d '{"name":"Jane Doe","id":"jane-doe"}'Kaspr's help center says v2 calls also need a dataToGet field to choose what comes back, so read the v2 reference before you build (Kaspr help center, October 2026). The API does not accept Sales Navigator URLs. The docs also say Kaspr enforces limits per minute for each workspace, and a key is blocked past them (Kaspr API docs, October 2026).
Rate limits decide how each one scales. BlitzAPI runs 50 requests per second per endpoint for accounts opened by September 30. The standard rate is 5 (BlitzAPI pricing, September 2026). Kaspr lists 250 requests a day on Starter and 500 on Business (Kaspr pricing, September 2026).
For agents, neither helps much. BlitzAPI's MCP server answers questions about its docs and cannot search people (BlitzAPI docs, September 2026). Kaspr lists no MCP server.
Pricing
BlitzAPI charges per month, whatever you pull. Kaspr charges per user, then per credit. To compare them, price the same job on both.
At 10,000 records a month, work emails. BlitzAPI needs Plus, because Core has no verified emails. Plus is $499 a month. Only emails it finds count as results, so 10,000 lookups return at most 10,000 (BlitzAPI pricing, September 2026).
On Kaspr, B2B email credits are unlimited on paid plans. But each API call also spends one export credit, and Starter allows 250 requests a day, about 7,500 a month, so Starter cannot do it. Business allows 500 a day, about 15,000 a month, so 10,000 fits.
The Business seat is $99 a month. Its 30,000 exports a year are 2,500 a month, and 10,000 calls spend 10,000 export credits. Kaspr sells export add-ons, with 10,000 credits at $308 on the monthly plan (Kaspr pricing, September 2026). The pricing page does not say whether add-ons lift the yearly export limit, so ask Kaspr for a quote before you plan on $99 + $308.
Phones cost more on Kaspr. The monthly phone pack of 10,000 credits is $2,060, a tenth of the $20,600 yearly pack of 100,000 (Kaspr pricing, September 2026). BlitzAPI phones need Full at $599 a month, US numbers only. For European phones, BlitzAPI has none.
At 1M records a month. BlitzAPI is $499 at list. 1,000,000 results sit under the 15,000,000 a month fair use line, so one Plus plan covers it: $499 x 1 month = $499 (BlitzAPI pricing, September 2026). Time matters too: 1,000,000 / 50 per second is 20,000 seconds, about 5.6 hours. At 5 per second it is about 2.3 days.
Kaspr has no public 1M price. The highest public tier is Business, with 30,000 exports a year and 500 API requests a day. At 500 a day, 1,000,000 requests take 2,000 days. Enterprise is custom, with no published price (Kaspr pricing, September 2026).
One caution on BlitzAPI. Those prices, the 50 requests per second and the 15,000,000 fair use line belong to accounts opened by September 30, 2026. Prices for later accounts are not published, and the standard rate is 5 requests per second (BlitzAPI Terms, September 2026). Check the pricing page on the day you sign up.
Where BlitzAPI wins
- Cost at volume. $499 a month flat against a Kaspr bill that grows with every credit and has no public price at 1M.
- API throughput. 50 requests per second for accounts opened by September 30, against 500 requests a day on Kaspr Business.
- Clean contract. One request, one JSON answer, no seat count and no credit balance to watch.
- Extra data. 100M+ job postings and company data, which Kaspr's public API does not list.
BlitzAPI's weak points are US-only phones, no documented bulk export and an MCP server that only reads docs. Core, Plus and Full carry no SLA (BlitzAPI docs, September 2026).
Where Kaspr wins
- The LinkedIn workflow. A rep opens a profile, clicks once and gets a number. It also runs on Sales Navigator on Starter and Recruiter Lite on Business (Kaspr pricing, September 2026).
- Phones outside the US. BlitzAPI stops at the US border. Kaspr sells phone credits with no US limit stated.
- European reach. Kaspr claims 200 million European B2B decision-makers (Kaspr data page, September 2026).
- Small teams. The Free plan gives 15 B2B email and 5 phone credits a month, and credits roll over on paid plans.
Kaspr's weak points are the seat-plus-credit bill, an API on request and a daily request cap that rules out bulk work.
If you need volume through an API
We build LeadOcean, so weigh this section accordingly. It has a free plan with 1,000 records, one-off, no card. Pro is $499 a month, flat, with unlimited searches, enrichments and lookups, and no seats, credits or per-record price (LeadOcean pricing, September 2026).
It holds 693M people, 366M with an email and 166M with a phone number, plus 63M companies. The same REST API and a hosted MCP server with 12 tools run on every plan, and the MCP server searches, enriches and exports records (LeadOcean MCP docs, September 2026).
For bulk pulls, POST /v1/exports returns up to 50,000 rows per request, or you can use the Exports page in the app. 1M rows is 20 requests over two days (LeadOcean exports docs, September 2026). See pricing for the detail.

FAQ
Is BlitzAPI cheaper than Kaspr?
At volume, yes, on the launch-offer prices. At 10,000 work emails a month, Kaspr Business is $99 a seat plus export add-ons, and Kaspr does not publish whether add-ons lift the export limit. At 1M, BlitzAPI Plus is $499 at list and Kaspr has no public price.
Does Kaspr have an API?
Yes, but access is on request from the Starter plan up, and it is not on Free. Starter allows 250 requests a day and Business 500 (Kaspr pricing, September 2026). It starts from a LinkedIn profile URL.
Does either tool have an MCP server?
BlitzAPI does, but it only reads the API documentation and returns no records (BlitzAPI docs, September 2026). Kaspr lists none on its pricing, API or help pages. Absence on those pages is not proof, so ask Kaspr if it matters.
Which has better phone coverage?
Kaspr, if you call outside the US. BlitzAPI holds 45M+ numbers, all in the US, and sells them only on the $599 Full plan (BlitzAPI pricing, September 2026). Kaspr publishes no phone count to compare.
Can either do a bulk CSV export?
Kaspr can, within limits: 12,000 exports a year on Starter, 30,000 on Business, and CSV files of 500 or 1,000 rows (Kaspr pricing, September 2026). BlitzAPI documents no export feature, and its signed-in app was not checked.
What happens to BlitzAPI pricing after September 30, 2026?
The offer closed to new accounts. BlitzAPI has not published prices for later accounts, and the standard limit is 5 requests per second (BlitzAPI Terms, September 2026). Check the pricing page on the day you sign up.
