The cheapest way in is the Free plan: EUR 0 a month per user with 15 B2B email credits, 5 phone credits and 5 direct email credits. The cheapest paid plan is Starter at EUR 59 ($65) per user a month billed monthly. The page marks Business, EUR 99 ($99) per user a month, as "Best value", so that is the plan most teams will buy (Kaspr pricing, September 2026).
No public 1M price. No public plan reaches that volume: the top public tier, Business, allows 500 API requests a day and 30,000 exports a year. Enterprise is a custom quote.
Kaspr is a LinkedIn extension first. You pay per seat, then per credit, then per export. The API is a side door with its own limits.
Plans
Kaspr sells Free, Starter and Business at a public price, plus a custom Enterprise plan. The page opens in euros and has a switcher for pounds and dollars. Prices are per user a month, and the monthly view is the default.
| Plan | Price per user a month | Credits | Seats | API access | Limits |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | EUR 0 ($0) | 15 B2B email, 5 phone, 5 direct email a month | Per user | None | 100 exports. 25 CSV rows per file. Credits do not roll over or pool. |

Credits roll over and are shared across the account on paid plans, not on Free.
What a credit buys
Kaspr runs four credit types. B2B email is unlimited on paid plans. Phone, direct email and export credits are capped, and extra ones cost money.
| Action | Credit cost | Add-on price (USD) |
|---|---|---|
| Work email, in the extension | 1 B2B email credit. Unlimited on paid plans, fair use policy. | Not sold. |
| Phone number | 1 phone credit | $0.36 down to $0.21 a credit, by pack size |
| Direct (personal) email | 1 direct email credit | $0.16 down to $0.11 a credit |
| Export of a contact | 1 export credit | $0.10 down to $0.03 a credit |
| API call, work email | 1 B2B email credit plus 1 export credit | $0.03 at the largest pack |
| API call, phone | 1 phone credit plus 1 export credit | About $0.24 at the largest packs |
Sources: Kaspr pricing, September 2026 and Kaspr API help article, September 2026. The help article says each API request spends one credit for the data type fetched, and one export credit for each successful call.
The largest phone pack is 100,000 credits for $20,600 on the yearly plan. The largest export pack is 100,000 credits for $3,080. Monthly-plan packs are a tenth of the size at a tenth of the price. A 10,000-credit export pack on a monthly plan is $308.
Hidden costs
The seat price is the small number. The credits and the API limits decide the bill.
- The currency defaults to euros. The $65 and $99 figures come from the dollar view. Name the currency before you compare.
- Seats multiply. Six Business seats at $99 are $594 a month, before any add-on credit.
- The API is upon request. Free has none. Starter is described as "limited", with 20 requests an hour and 250 a day, which is about 7,500 calls in a 30-day month.
- Business caps the API at 500 requests a day. That is about 15,000 calls in a 30-day month, whatever you pay.
- Every API call spends two credits. A phone lookup uses a phone credit and an export credit.
- Exports are capped per year. Starter allows 12,000 and Business 30,000, which is 2,500 a month. The pricing page does not say whether add-on export credits raise that cap.
- "Unlimited" B2B email has a fair use policy. The FAQ links to it. Read it before you plan a bulk pull.
- The API starts from a LinkedIn profile URL. Sales Navigator URLs do not work, so you need the profile list first (Kaspr API help article, September 2026).
- Free credits do not roll over. Paid plans roll over. Free does not.
Worked examples
All three examples use USD list prices, monthly view, and assume every lookup succeeds. Seat fees are included only where stated. Kaspr has no public price at 1M or 25M, so those rows show the caps, not a total.
10k records a month
- Starter cannot do it through the API: 250 requests a day is about 7,500 a month.
- Business, work emails: 10,000 API calls need 10,000 export credits. One 10,000-credit monthly pack is $308. Add one seat at $99: $407 a month. This ignores the 2,500 exports a month the plan includes.
- Business, phone records: 10,000 x $0.24 = $2,400, plus the seat at $99, is $2,499 a month. This ignores the 200 phone credits a month the plan includes.
- LeadOcean Pro: $499 a month, flat. For work emails alone Kaspr is cheaper at this size. For phones LeadOcean is cheaper.
1M records a month
- Kaspr publishes no price at 1M. Enterprise is custom, with unlimited credits.
- Business API cap: 1,000,000 / 500 a day = 2,000 days. Exports allow 30,000 a year.
- The largest add-on packs work out to about $0.03 an export credit and $0.21 a phone credit. Kaspr does not say it sells them at this volume, so ask for an Enterprise quote.
- LeadOcean Pro: $499 a month. A 1M-row pull through
POST /v1/exportsis 20 requests of 50,000 rows. The export ceiling is 500,000 rows a day, so it takes two days.
25M records a month
- Kaspr publishes no price at 25M.
- Business API cap: 25,000,000 / 500 a day = 50,000 days.
- Enterprise is the only route, at a custom price.
- LeadOcean Pro: $499 a month. Exports stop at 10,000,000 rows per period, so 25M goes through search and enrich calls. Past the fair-usage line a very large month is paced down to one request a minute until the reset, not cut off. One email to support gets more headroom.
Is it worth it
Kaspr is worth it when a person prospects on LinkedIn, one profile at a time, and wants a phone number from one click. It is a poor fit when software does the pulling.
- Solo founder or one rep: Starter at EUR 59 ($65) covers 100 phone credits a month. Use the Free plan first.
- Recruiter: Business adds Kaspr on LinkedIn Recruiter Lite and 200 phone credits a month.
- Sales team of 6: Six Business seats are $594 a month for 1,200 shared phone credits a month. Add-on phone credits cost $0.21 to $0.36 each.
- Engineer or RevOps feeding a pipeline: The API is upon request and capped at 500 requests a day. Look elsewhere.
- AI agents: We found no MCP server on Kaspr's pricing or API pages. LeadOcean has one on every plan.

Alternatives with a different price model
These three charge per found contact, per purchase or a flat fee.
FullEnrich: pay per found contact. Pro starts at $29 a month for 500 credits and reaches $3,500 a month for 100,000 credits ($0.035 a credit), with unlimited users. A work email is 1 credit and a mobile number is 10. A miss costs nothing (FullEnrich pricing, September 2026; FullEnrich credit docs, September 2026). See pricing.
Hunter: pay once for work emails. Hunter's Data Platform sells 1,000,000 Search credits for $6,900, paid once and valid 12 months (Hunter Data Platform, September 2026). It finds work emails only, with no phone numbers. See Hunter pricing.
LeadOcean: flat fee. Free is 1,000 records one-off with no card. Pro is $499 a month with unlimited searches, enrichments and lookups, 100 requests per second per key and 5 API keys. There are no credits and no overage invoice. It covers 693M people and 63M companies over REST and MCP. It has no browser extension, dialer or CRM. See pricing.
