Findymail vs Kaspr

Findymail vs Kaspr (2026): Data, Pricing and API Compared

Findymail finds a verified email from a name and a domain, in an API and an MCP server. Kaspr is a LinkedIn tool with phones and Europe. Here is who should pick which.

Findymail and Kaspr both sell verified contact data, but they start from different places. Findymail takes a name and a domain over a REST API and an MCP server. Kaspr takes a LinkedIn profile URL and is built around a Chrome extension.

Every fact below was checked in September 2026 and carries its source link. Where a vendor showed nothing we could read, the page says so.

Verdict

  • Pick Findymail if you call an API from code or an agent and your input is a name and a company domain. It has an MCP server with 14 tools, and a lookup that finds nothing costs nothing.
  • Pick Kaspr if your reps work on LinkedIn and Sales Navigator and need phone numbers, especially in Europe. Prices are public and Free is a recurring plan.
  • Pick neither if you start from an audience and need volume. Both bill in credits and neither publishes a 1M-record price. See the LeadOcean section below.

Data and coverage

Findymail is a finder, not a browsable database. It resolves an email when you ask and sends it back only if it verifies, so coverage is a find rate on your list. It publishes no record count and no find rate.

Findymail reaches further than a plain email finder in four places:

  • Phones: 10 credits per number, found from a profile URL. EU citizens return nothing (Findymail API docs, September 2026).
  • Lead search: Intellimatch takes a plain-language query and exports up to 5,000 companies per search.
  • Employees: one call returns up to 5 contacts at a company by job title, 1 credit per contact.
  • Signals: the docs list job changes, new hires and keyword mentions.

Kaspr is the opposite shape. It sells phones and emails for people you already found on LinkedIn. Its numbers do not agree. The homepage claims 200m+ profiles and 500m+ phone numbers and emails. The help center says over 500 million consumer profiles (Kaspr homepage, September 2026; Kaspr help center).

Its strongest claim is Europe. Kaspr says it holds 200 million European B2B decision-makers from 120+ data sources (Kaspr data page, September 2026). Findymail returns no phones for EU citizens, so for European phones Kaspr is the only one of the two worth testing.

Neither vendor publishes an independent coverage test. Run 200 of your own contacts through both before you buy.

API and developer experience

Findymail has a broad API: email, verifier, company, employees, reverse lookup, phone, signals and technologies. Kaspr has one job. It enriches a LinkedIn profile URL and reports your credit balance. Sales Navigator URLs do not work in the API (Kaspr help center, September 2026).

Findymail, from its API docs, checked September 2026:

bash
curl --request POST "https://app.findymail.com/api/search/name" \
  --header "Authorization: Bearer $FINDYMAIL_API_KEY" \
  --header "Content-Type: application/json" \
--data '{"name": "Jane Doe", "domain": "acme.com"}'

It returns a contact object with the email, or nothing if no verified email exists. Add webhook_url and the search runs in the background.

Kaspr, from its help center and API docs, checked September 2026:

bash
curl --request POST "https://api.developers.kaspr.io/profile/linkedin" \
  --header "authorization: Bearer $KASPR_API_KEY" \
  --header "Content-Type: application/json" \
--data '{"name": "Jane Doe", "id": "jane-doe"}'

The id is the part of the LinkedIn URL after /in/.

Each request spends one credit for the data type fetched, plus one export credit per successful call (Kaspr help center).

The rate limits use different units. Findymail allows 300 simultaneous requests on most endpoints. Two real-time search endpoints are lower, at 5 and 30 concurrent. Kaspr caps requests by plan: Business is 250 an hour and 500 a day (Kaspr pricing, September 2026).

On MCP, Findymail ships an official server with 14 tools and browser sign-in in Cursor, and lookups that find nothing are free (Findymail Cursor plugin, September 2026). We found no Kaspr MCP server on its pricing, API or help pages. That is absence of evidence, so ask Kaspr before you rule it out.

Pricing

Kaspr is the only one of the two you can price from its own page. Findymail's pricing page blocks automated reading, so we state credits for Findymail and dollars only where Kaspr publishes them. Kaspr prices are per user and the page opens in euros: Starter is EUR 59 and Business EUR 99, which is $65 and $99 in USD.

At 10,000 records a month

  • Findymail, work emails: 10,000 finder credits, only for emails found. With phones, 10,000 x 10 = 100,000 credits, for US numbers only. Find the step that covers it on Findymail's pricing page.
  • Kaspr, work emails through the API: one Business seat at $99 a month. 10,000 calls at 500 a day is 20 days. It also uses 10,000 of the 30,000 yearly exports, so the limit runs out in the third month (Kaspr pricing, September 2026).
  • Kaspr, phones: the top add-on pack is 100,000 credits for $20,600 on the yearly plan, and monthly packs are a tenth of the size at a tenth of the price. So 10,000 phone credits is about $2,060, plus the $99 seat and before the 200 credits Business includes.

At 1M records a month

  • Findymail: 1,000,000 finder credits. No public 1M price.
  • Kaspr: No public 1M price. Business allows 500 API requests a day, about 15,000 a month, and 30,000 exports a year. No public plan reaches 1M. Enterprise is custom.

Do not multiply a list rate out to 1M and call it a quote. Kaspr's own caps stop a self-serve plan well short, so ask each vendor for a quote.

Kaspr Starter is $49 per user a month on the annual figure in its page markup and Business is $79. The page shows no annual toggle and says plans renew monthly, so treat those as reported, not available (Kaspr pricing, September 2026).

Where Findymail wins

  • Name and domain input. You do not need a LinkedIn URL. Kaspr's API needs one.
  • Pay only when found. A finder credit is used only if a verified email is found. A miss costs nothing.
  • An MCP server. 14 tools, with browser sign-in and no key to paste.
  • A wider API. Verifier, company data, employee search, lead lists and signals sit behind the same Bearer token.
  • Concurrency. 300 simultaneous requests beats 500 requests a day on Kaspr's top public plan.

Where Kaspr wins

  • Europe and phones. It claims 200 million European B2B decision-makers. Findymail's phone finder is US only.
  • The LinkedIn workflow. A rep opens a profile and clicks. It also runs on Sales Navigator on Starter and Recruiter Lite on Business.
  • Published prices. Every plan, add-on rate and limit is on one page. Findymail's pricing page blocks automated reading.
  • A recurring free plan. 15 B2B email, 5 phone and 5 direct email credits a month (Kaspr pricing, September 2026).
  • Unlimited B2B emails on paid plans, subject to fair use, so email is not the credit you ration.

If you need volume through an API

Neither tool is built to pull a million records from a database you filter. LeadOcean holds 693M people and 63M companies behind REST and a 12-tool MCP server, with 100 requests per second per key on every plan. Pro is $499 a month flat with no credits and no per-record price, and Free gives 1,000 records one-off with no card. POST /v1/exports returns up to 50,000 rows per request, so 1M rows is 20 requests over two days (LeadOcean exports docs, September 2026). It is not a name-and-domain finder: search by domain first, then enrich by person_id. See LeadOcean pricing.
