SalesIntel Pricing 2026: Plans, Credits and What 1M Records Cost

One quote-only plan, a 3,000 reveal cap per user, and API credits billed per record returned. Here is what SalesIntel costs at 10k records a month, and why 1M and 25M have no public price.

SalesIntel has no public price and no cheapest plan you can click. The pricing page shows one platform and a Request Pricing button (SalesIntel pricing, October 2026). Vendr reports a median deal of $17,599 a year, which is about $1,467 a month (Vendr, updated February 2026).

Most teams buy that one core plan. At 1M records a month there is no public 1M price. The only hard number is the terms cap. A user cannot reveal more than 3,000 companies or contacts a month, so 1M records needs at least 334 users (SalesIntel terms, October 2026).

Plans

The pricing page lists one plan. Export and enrichment credits are unlimited per user, and the page names no seat limit or dollar amount. The table separates what SalesIntel publishes from what Vendr reports.

The pricing page also lists add-ons with no price: advanced intent, AdsIntel, VisitorIntel, FormsIntel, Retargeting Ads, VisitorIntel Pro and ICPIntel. The core plan includes a dedicated customer success manager and a quarterly business review.

What a credit buys

A credit is charged per record returned, not per request. If one company search returns 20 companies, 20 company credits are consumed (SalesIntel API docs, October 2026). The web app and the API run on different rules.

Hidden costs

The platform price is the start of the bill. These are the items that move it.

  • No list price. Every figure above the quote is a third-party report. Ask for the order form before you compare (SalesIntel pricing, October 2026).
  • A 12-month term and renewal increases. Vendr reports a 12-month standard term, multi-year deals for better pricing, and renewal increases of 5 to 10 percent (Vendr, February 2026).
  • "Unlimited" stops at 3,000 a user. The terms cap reveals per user a month and allow one 12-hour session in any 24 hours. Volume means more seats (SalesIntel terms, October 2026).
  • The API has its own credit meter. API credits are per record returned, and the rate sits in your contract. Opening page one of ten at 50 records a page charges you for 50 records (People API, October 2026).
  • Overages. Vendr reports contact overages of $0.50 to $2.00 per contact (Vendr, February 2026).
  • Add-ons. Intent, AdsIntel and VisitorIntel are separate, and the pricing page gives no price for any of them (SalesIntel pricing, October 2026).
  • Technology filters need an add-on. The tech_category filter requires add-on permissions (Company API, October 2026).
  • Results stop at 10,000 deep. You cannot paginate past 10,000 records in one result set, so a large pull is many filtered queries.
  • A rate limit with a cooldown. The limit is 1,800 requests a minute per user. Heavy overage can bring an unpredictable cooldown (Rate limits, October 2026).
  • Agent use is restricted. The terms bar extracting data by crawlers, bots, scripts or intelligent agents (section 1.5(c)). Ask whether your API licence covers an agent (SalesIntel terms, October 2026).

Worked examples

SalesIntel publishes no price per credit or per record. These examples use the 3,000 reveal cap from the terms and the Vendr figures, and they show the arithmetic. They are illustrations, not quotes. None multiplies a rate out to 1M.

10k records a month

  • Users at the cap: 10,000 / 3,000 = 3.33, so 4 users.
  • Vendr's median deal: $17,599 a year, or $1,467 a month. The seats and volume inside the median deal are not public.
  • LeadOcean Pro: $499 a month flat.

1M records a month

  • No public 1M price.
  • Users at the cap: 1,000,000 / 3,000 = 333.3, so 334 users. That is a floor on seats, not a quote.
  • Through the API: 1,000,000 / 50 = 20,000 pages and at least 1,000,000 / 10,000 = 100 filtered result sets. At 1,800 requests a minute, the calls take about 11 minutes. The credit rate is in your contract.
  • LeadOcean Pro: $499 a month flat. 1M rows through POST /v1/exports is 20 requests of 50,000 over two days, because exports stop at 500,000 rows a day.

25M records a month

  • No public price at 25M either.
  • Users at the cap: 25,000,000 / 3,000 = 8,333.3, so 8,334 users.
  • Through the API: 25,000,000 / 50 = 500,000 pages. At 1,800 requests a minute that is about 4.6 hours of calls, if the contract allows it. SalesIntel's docs steer pulls of thousands of contacts to other routes (API docs, October 2026).
  • LeadOcean Pro: $499 a month list. At this size you are past the fair-use line and the export ceilings (500,000 rows a day, 10,000,000 rows per period), so email support before you plan it.

Is it worth it

SalesIntel is worth it if your reps work in its web app and need human-checked contacts. The price buys a platform, a success manager and add-ons, not a cheap record.

  • A sales team of five to ten reps: Yes, if you want one login, Salesforce or HubSpot sync and human-verified mobiles. Budget near Vendr's median and ask for the order form first.
  • A founder or one rep: Probably not. There is no public entry price, and a quote with a 12-month term is a lot of commitment for one seat.
  • RevOps or a data engineer feeding a pipeline: Think twice. API credits are per record, keys come from a success team, and one result set stops at 10,000 records.
  • An AI agent builder: No. The developer docs list no MCP server, and the terms restrict automated access (SalesIntel developer docs, October 2026).
  • A buyer who needs volume at a fixed bill: Compare flat-fee tools. A seat cap of 3,000 reveals makes 1M records a seat-count problem.

For a head-to-head, see LeadOcean as a SalesIntel alternative and SalesIntel alternatives.

Alternatives with a different price model

These three do not sell by the quote and the seat.

Apollo: credits per seat. Basic is $65 per seat a month, or $49 billed yearly, with 2,500 credits a month. An email costs 1 credit. Apollo's own pricing gives about $24,750 a month at list for 1M email lookups on monthly billing, or $19,600 a month billed yearly (Apollo pricing, September 2026). See Apollo pricing.

ZoomInfo GTM AI: pay-as-you-go data credits. Free gives 1,000 data credits with no card. Credits run $0.45 each at 100 down to $0.25 at 100,000 ($25,000), and larger volumes are quote only. Search is free (GTM AI pricing, September 2026). There is no public 1M price. See ZoomInfo pricing.

LeadOcean: flat fee. Free is 1,000 records one-off with no card. Pro is $499 a month with unlimited searches, enrichments and lookups, 100 requests per second per key and 5 API keys. There are no credits and no overage invoice. It covers 693M people and 63M companies over REST and MCP. It has no sequencer, dialer, CRM or Chrome extension. See pricing.
