ZoomInfo is the bigger data platform, with intent signals and a free API tier. FullEnrich is the cheaper way to fill emails and mobiles into a list you already hold. Neither publishes a price for 1M records a month.
Verdict
- Pick ZoomInfo if you want one vendor for contacts, companies, buying signals and CRM sync, or an API that starts free with 1,000 data credits (GTM AI pricing, September 2026; ZoomInfo Sales, October 2026).
- Pick FullEnrich if you already have names or LinkedIn URLs and need work emails and mobiles filled in, and you want to pay only for what it finds (FullEnrich pricing, September 2026).
- Pick neither if you pull people and company data by API at volume and want a fixed monthly bill. Both meter every record. LeadOcean is one option, covered below.

Data and coverage
ZoomInfo sells a database you search. FullEnrich sells a service that asks 25+ sources for the contact details you are missing. That split shapes most rows above.
ZoomInfo's own pages do not agree on its size. The MCP docs claim 500M+ contacts and 100M+ companies. The Sales page claims 420M+ contacts and 145M+ companies (ZoomInfo MCP docs; ZoomInfo Sales, October 2026). Treat all of these as vendor claims. The Sales page also lists 300+ filter attributes, such as technology stack and funding.
FullEnrich lists 800M people and 50M companies for search. Its search results carry no emails or phones, and search costs 0.25 credits per person returned (FullEnrich docs, September 2026). The 1.6B figure on its homepage is a customer quote about coverage, not a database size (FullEnrich MCP page, September 2026).
Email is a vendor claim on both sides. ZoomInfo cites 174M+ verified email addresses. FullEnrich cites about an 80% find rate on work emails, and it drops about 30% of raw data in verification (FullEnrich pricing, September 2026). We did not test either figure.
Phones are where the models differ most. ZoomInfo claims 120M+ direct dials and gives no accuracy rate. FullEnrich runs a waterfall over 25+ sources for mobiles and charges nothing for a miss or a landline. Run 200 of your own contacts through both before you commit.
API and developer experience
Both have a REST API and an MCP server, and both bill per record found. ZoomInfo is a two-step, OAuth-based API. FullEnrich is a one-key, asynchronous API. Placeholders below stand in for real people.
ZoomInfo: enrich one contact by personId. You get an OAuth access token first, then send it as a Bearer token. Search and lookup are free and return the IDs.
curl --request POST \
--url "https://api.zoominfo.com/gtm/data/v1/contacts/enrich" \
--header "Authorization: Bearer $ZOOMINFO_ACCESS_TOKEN" \
--header "accept: application/vnd.api+json" \
--header "content-type: application/vnd.api+json" \
--data '{"data":{"type":"ContactEnrich","attributes":{"matchPersonInput":[{"personId":123456789}],"outputFields":["id","email","companyName"],"requiredFields":["id"]}}}'Each record returned costs one credit, unless it is already under management. A "No match" is not charged (ZoomInfo docs, September 2026). The call takes up to 25 contacts.
FullEnrich: start a bulk enrichment for one contact. It takes up to 100.
curl --request POST \
--url "https://app.fullenrich.com/api/v2/contact/enrich/bulk" \
--header "Authorization: Bearer $FULLENRICH_API_KEY" \
--header "Content-Type: application/json" \
--data '{
"name": "Jane Doe",
"webhook_url": "https://example.com/webhook",
"data": [{
"first_name": "Jane",
"last_name": "Doe",
"domain": "acme.com",
"enrich_fields": ["contact.work_emails", "contact.phones"]
}]
}'The job is asynchronous. The result arrives on your webhook, or you poll GET /bulk/{enrichment_id}, which the docs do not recommend (FullEnrich docs, September 2026). A LinkedIn URL raises the hit rate, and it also returns a full profile.
Setup differs. FullEnrich is faster to start: paste a key and send one request. ZoomInfo needs an app and a token, but the same search, enrich and lookup flow covers contacts, companies and signals.
Limits differ in shape. ZoomInfo publishes per-second, per-hour and per-day limits, and Builder allows 129,600 requests a day. Higher limits come by request (ZoomInfo rate limits, September 2026). FullEnrich allows 60 calls a minute, which is 6,000 contacts a minute at 100 per call. Both return HTTP 429 over the limit.
At 1M records, speed is not the issue. FullEnrich needs 10,000 bulk calls, about three hours at its limit. ZoomInfo needs 40,000 enrich calls at 25 each. The issue is the bill.
On MCP, both use OAuth sign-in. ZoomInfo's server needs data credits, and accounts that hold only recurring monthly credits cannot use it (ZoomInfo MCP docs, September 2026). FullEnrich includes MCP on every plan, including the free trial.
Pricing
ZoomInfo has two price models. Platform plans are quoted by sales and billed annually upfront (ZoomInfo, July 2026). zoominfo.com/pricing returned a human check, so we could not read plan prices. For context, Vendr reports a median contract of $33,500 a year (Vendr, updated February 2026).
GTM AI, ZoomInfo's API product, sells data credits with no contract. List price per credit falls with the size of the purchase. It is $0.45 for 100 credits and $0.38 for 2,500 to 10,000. It is $0.32 for 15,000 to 20,000 and $0.25 for 100,000 (GTM AI pricing, September 2026). One credit covers one company or contact record, charged once per 12 months (ZoomInfo credit docs, September 2026).
FullEnrich bills credits per field. Work email is 1, personal email 3 and mobile 10. Unused credits roll over 3 months on monthly plans and 12 on annual ones (FullEnrich docs, September 2026).
The worked example is list price, one work email per record.
| Volume | ZoomInfo (GTM AI credits) | FullEnrich (Pro) |
|---|---|---|
| 10,000 records | 10,000 credits x $0.38 = $3,800, bought once | 10,000 credits: $499 a month, or $454 a month billed yearly |
| 10,000 mobiles | Same credit per contact record. Phone fields depend on your account's output access (ZoomInfo docs) | 10,000 x 10 = 100,000 credits: $3,500 a month |
| 1,000,000 records | No public 1M price | No public 1M price |
At 10,000 records FullEnrich is far cheaper for work emails alone: $499 against $3,800. The units differ, though. A ZoomInfo credit buys a whole contact record, and re-enriching it inside 12 months is free. A FullEnrich credit buys one field.
At 1M neither vendor has a public price. ZoomInfo's slider stops at 100,000 credits for $25,000, and larger volumes go to Enterprise (GTM AI pricing, September 2026). FullEnrich's top monthly tier is 100,000 credits for $3,500, then contact sales (FullEnrich pricing, September 2026). Both public ceilings cover 10% of 1M. Do not multiply a rate out and call it a quote.
Plan credits against your hit rate. ZoomInfo does not charge for a "No match", and FullEnrich does not charge for a miss or a landline. Real cost per contact therefore sits below the list rate on both. Neither publishes a hit rate you can budget on, apart from FullEnrich's own 80% claim for work emails.
Where ZoomInfo wins
- Breadth. It sells contacts, companies, buying signals and 300+ filter attributes in one platform, with CRM integration (ZoomInfo Sales, October 2026).
- A free API start. 1,000 data credits and 1,000 AI credits, with API, MCP and CLI access, and no card.
- Records stay free to refresh. A record already under management costs nothing to enrich again for 12 months.
- Higher ceilings on paper. Scaling allows 35 requests a second, and Enterprise limits are custom.
Where FullEnrich wins
- Mobile numbers. A waterfall over 25+ sources, and a miss or a landline costs nothing.
- Low entry cost. Pro starts at $29 a month, and the free trial needs no card.
- Unlimited users and a clear public ladder up to 100,000 credits a month, with 3 or 12 months of rollover.
- A larger search index on paper, at 800M people.
If you need volume through an API
LeadOcean is a data layer only: 693M people and 63M companies over REST and MCP. Pro is $499 a month, flat, with no credits and no per-record price. Free gives you 1,000 records, one-off, with no card. The limit is 100 requests per second per key, and POST /v1/exports takes up to 50,000 rows per request (LeadOcean pricing). LeadOcean has no sequencer, dialer or CRM, and it has no intent data.
FAQ
Which is cheaper, ZoomInfo or FullEnrich?
FullEnrich, for work emails at 10,000 a month: $499 against $3,800 at ZoomInfo's $0.38 list rate. ZoomInfo platform plans cost more again, with a Vendr median of $33,500 a year. Neither has a public 1M price.
Does ZoomInfo have an API and an MCP server?
Yes. GTM AI is ZoomInfo's API, MCP and CLI product, and its free tier includes all three at 5 requests a second (GTM AI pricing, September 2026).
Does FullEnrich have its own database?
It lists 800M people and 50M companies for search, and it fills emails and phones by asking 25+ sources (FullEnrich pricing, September 2026). Search results carry no contact details. You pay 0.25 credits per person returned, then enrich.
Which has better phone data?
We have not tested either. ZoomInfo claims 120M+ direct dials with no accuracy rate. FullEnrich publishes no count, but it charges 10 credits only for a mobile it finds. A 200-contact sample of your own list settles it.
Can I use both?
Yes. Search and work accounts in ZoomInfo, then send the rows with no mobile to FullEnrich. You pay ZoomInfo's credit only for records you enrich, and FullEnrich's 10 credits only for numbers it finds.
Is there an alternative to both for API volume?
LeadOcean, if you want one dataset at a flat $499 a month over REST and MCP. It is the wrong choice if you need intent data or a rep workspace.
