The cheapest paid plan is Regular at $49 a month, or $39 billed yearly, for 3,000 emails and 100 phones. The pricing page marks Popular as most popular: $99 a month for 7,500 emails, 250 phones and 3 seats (Datagma pricing, September 2026).

What 1M records cost: No public 1M price. The largest self-serve plan, Expert, stops at 22,500 emails and 750 phones a month. Anything above that is an Enterprise quote through sales.

Datagma charges for matches, not lookups. A search that finds nothing costs nothing, and paid-plan credits roll over for 12 months. The bill is still a monthly plan with a hard ceiling, and mobile numbers eat that ceiling fast.

Plans

Datagma sells a free plan, three paid plans and an Enterprise quote. Every plan includes API access, a WhatsApp check and the Chrome extension. Extra seats cost $5 per user a month on every paid plan (Datagma pricing, September 2026).

Datagma's API page prints Expert at $261 a month and $209 yearly (Datagma API, September 2026). We use the pricing page, which says $249.

What a credit buys

Datagma does not sell one generic credit. The plans count emails and phones separately, and a few API calls are priced in credits. Only matches are billed.

ActionCredit cost
Find work email (/api/ingress/v6/findEmail)One email from your allowance, only for a verified result. Unverifiable catch-all guesses ("Most Probable") are not billed.
Find mobile phone (/api/ingress/v1/search)One phone from your allowance, only on a match. Credit count not stated in the docs.
Enrich a person (/api/ingress/v2/full)2 credits per successful person response
Find People (/api/ingress/v1/find_people)10 credits for a successful search of up to 10 people, 1 credit when nothing comes back
Job Change DetectionCredit cost not stated. The docs call it beta, mostly for France, Spain, Italy and Germany.
File upload, up to 50,000 rowsPay only for matches

The plan cards list emails and phones as two monthly counts, 30 emails for every phone: Regular is 3,000 emails and 100 phones. The page header says "3 phones or 100 emails free", and Datagma does not say whether one count can be swapped for the other (Datagma pricing, October 2026). Plan for both ceilings.

Hidden costs

The plan price is clear. The limits around it are where the bill moves.

  • Phones are the bottleneck. Expert gives 750 phones a month. Datagma states a 35 to 45% phone match rate, so 750 matches means roughly 1,700 to 2,100 lookups (Datagma Phone Finder, September 2026).
  • A phone costs far more than an email. At monthly list price Expert is about $0.011 an email and $0.33 a phone ($249 divided by 22,500 and by 750).
  • Enterprise has no public price. Above 22,500 emails or 750 phones a month you need a quote, and the page gives no per-record rate.
  • Find People bills a miss. The docs charge 1 credit for an empty search, while the pricing page says no match means no credit (Datagma API docs, September 2026).
  • Person enrichment costs 2 credits. A found email is 1 credit's worth, so a full profile is double.
  • Seats add up. Seats are 1, 1, 3 and 5 across the paid plans. Each extra seat is $5 a month, though credits are shared per account.
  • Free credits may not roll over. Roll-over for up to 12 months is stated for paid plans only.
  • Catch-all guesses are unverified. "Most Probable" emails are free, but Datagma says they are not verified addresses.
  • No published rate limit. Neither the API page nor the docs list a request limit.

Worked examples

All three examples use list prices, monthly billing first and billed-yearly after it. Plans are monthly allowances, and Datagma documents no top-up price.

10k records a month

  • 10,000 emails: Popular holds 7,500, so Expert is the plan. $249 a month, or $209 billed yearly. You use 10,000 of 22,500 emails, and the rest rolls over.
  • 10,000 phones: Expert gives 750, so 10,000 is 13.3 times the self-serve limit. That is an Enterprise quote.
  • LeadOcean Pro: $499 a month flat. For 10,000 emails and no phones, Datagma is cheaper.

1M records a month

  • No public 1M price. 1,000,000 emails is 44 times Expert's 22,500, and 1,000,000 phones is 1,333 times its 750.
  • That volume is an Enterprise quote. Datagma publishes no Enterprise rate, so we do not multiply a plan price out.
  • LeadOcean Pro: $499 a month flat. Every person returned counts one record, with no credits and no overage invoice.

25M records a month

  • No public 25M price. 25,000,000 emails is 1,111 times Expert's allowance, so it is a custom contract.
  • LeadOcean Pro: $499 a month flat. Past the fair-usage line a very large month is paced down to one request a minute, not cut off. One email to support gets more headroom.

Below 22,500 emails a month, Datagma Expert at $249 is cheaper than $499. Above it, Datagma has no public price and LeadOcean is still $499.

Is it worth it

Datagma is worth it for mobile numbers on a list you already hold, at a few thousand contacts a month. It stops being a self-serve buy where Expert ends.

  • Solo rep or founder: Regular at $49 a month ($39 billed yearly) covers 3,000 emails and 100 phones. Use the free 90 emails and 3 phones first.
  • SDR team: Popular at $99 gives 3 seats and 250 phones, shared from one pool. Phones run out before emails do.
  • RevOps or data engineer: The REST API is on every plan, and the key goes in the URL as the apiId query parameter. You bring the names, and no rate limit is published.
  • Clay user or agency: Datagma is a native Clay provider, and Datagma quotes $0.016 an email on a bring-your-own-key plug-in (Datagma Email Finder, September 2026).
  • 1M records or more: No public price. Get a quote, and compare it with a flat fee.

Alternatives with a different price model

These three charge by data type, by one-time pack or by flat fee.

FullEnrich: credits by data type. A work email is 1 credit, a mobile is 10 and a miss is free. The top monthly tier is 100,000 credits for $3,500, and above it the page says contact sales (FullEnrich pricing, September 2026; FullEnrich docs, September 2026). See FullEnrich pricing.

Anymail Finder: one-time packs. The 1,000,000-credit pack is $4,990, valid 12 months, at $0.0050 a credit. A search with no verified email is free (Anymail Finder pricing, September 2026). See Anymail Finder pricing.

LeadOcean: flat fee. Free is 1,000 records one-off with no card. Pro is $499 a month with unlimited searches, enrichments and lookups, 100 requests per second per key and 5 API keys. It covers 693M people and 63M companies over REST and MCP, and the app has an Exports page with a filter builder and CSV download. It has no sequencer, dialer or CRM. See pricing.
