Dealfront Pricing 2026: Plans, Credits and What 1M Records Cost

Dealfront is now Leadfeeder. Here are its plans, what a credit buys, and what 10k, 1M and 25M records a month would need.

The cheapest way in is Lite, a free plan with 20 credits a month and no API. The cheapest paid plan is Discover at $113 a month billed monthly, or $79 a month billed yearly. Activate is marked "Most popular" at $369 a month billed yearly, so that is the plan most teams land on (Leadfeeder pricing, September 2026).

A million records has no public price. Dealfront publishes no price per credit, and 1M email-only contacts need 200,000 credits against a top public tier of 5,500 a month. Dealfront has traded as Leadfeeder since March 24, 2026 (Leadfeeder rebrand FAQ, September 2026).

Plans

Dealfront is a web-visitor platform first. Plans are sized by identified companies a month, and credits come with each tier. Seats are unlimited on every plan (Leadfeeder credits help, September 2026).

The MCP server comes with any paid plan that has API access and is marked beta. Yearly billing saves 30 percent and the card-only monthly option costs more.

What a credit buys

A credit gives your whole account 12 months of access to one company or contact record (Leadfeeder credits help, September 2026). Reuse inside that window is free.

ActionCredit cost
Email-only contact enrichment0.2 credit
Email plus phone enrichment (third-party waterfall)1 credit
Export or sync a record to your CRM1 credit
Retrieve a contact's deep data by API1 credit, unless accessed in the last 12 months
Identify a company visiting your site0 credits, counted against the plan's company limit
Searching and browsing0 credits

The API row comes from the Leadfeeder API docs, September 2026. Dealfront does not reconcile the 1 credit retrieve cost with the 0.2 credit email-only rate in one place, so say which operation you mean when you budget. Leadfeeder does not say whether a lookup that finds nobody spends a credit. Its credits help shows refunds in the transaction log but not when a miss is refunded, so test a small batch first.

Hidden costs

The plan price is the entry tier, not the tier you will need.

  • Credits are tiered inside each plan. The $79 Discover price buys 50 credits. The top Discover tier is $309 billed yearly.
  • No price per extra credit. Extra credits are sold in blocks of 100 to 5,000 through support or your CSM, are non-renewing and last two years (Leadfeeder pricing, September 2026).
  • Enrich and export bill separately. Enriching a contact does not include a free CRM sync of that record. A pull you enrich and push can spend credits twice.
  • Monthly credits do not roll over. Annual plans get the whole quota on day one, and monthly plans get it month by month (Leadfeeder credits help, September 2026).
  • API limits are low. 10 requests per second per key, a burst of 15, and 100,000 requests a month per key, with 429 over either (Leadfeeder API docs, September 2026).
  • Records expire. After 12 months a record that needs fresh data takes a new credit.
  • Scale is billed annually only. There is no monthly option, so Scale is a one-year commitment (Leadfeeder pricing, October 2026).

Worked examples

Dealfront publishes no price per credit, so these are credit counts, not dollar totals. We will not multiply a rate that is not published. Email-only is 0.2 credit a record, and email plus phone is 1.

10k records a month

  • Email only: 10,000 x 0.2 = 2,000 credits. That is above Activate's 1,500-credit ceiling, so you are on a Scale tier above the $599 entry.
  • Email plus phone: 10,000 x 1 = 10,000 credits. That is above Scale's 5,500 ceiling, so it needs extra credits or Enterprise.
  • Add a CRM sync of every record and the credits double.
  • LeadOcean Pro: $499 flat.

1M records a month

  • Email only: 1,000,000 x 0.2 = 200,000 credits. At 5,500 a month that is about 36 months of the top Scale tier.
  • Email plus phone: 1,000,000 x 1 = 1,000,000 credits, about 182 months.
  • One lookup per request is 1,000,000 requests against a 100,000-a-month key cap. Retrieve calls take up to 100 IDs, so batching helps, but credits still set the limit.
  • LeadOcean Pro: $499 flat.

25M records a month

  • Email only: 25,000,000 x 0.2 = 5,000,000 credits, about 909 months of top Scale.
  • Email plus phone: 25,000,000 credits, about 4,545 months.
  • This is an Enterprise quote on any reading.
  • LeadOcean Pro: $499 flat. Exports run at up to 500,000 rows a day, so 25M rows by export takes 50 days. A very large month is paced down to one request a minute past the fair-usage line, and one email to support gets more headroom.

Is it worth it

Dealfront is worth it when the product is the website visitor tracking, and the contact data is a bonus. It is poor value as a pure data API, because the credits meter the part you came for.

  • Marketing or sales team that wants to see who visits the site: Discover or Activate. Activate adds verified emails and phone, intent filters and display campaigns.
  • SDR team enriching a few thousand contacts a month: Activate or Scale, and test the credit tier you need before you sign yearly.
  • Developer or RevOps feeding a pipeline: The 100,000 request key cap and the credit balance both get in the way. A flat fee is easier to forecast.
  • AI agent builder: The MCP server is included with a paid plan and is in beta. The same credits apply.
  • Volume buyer, 1M or more: Ask for an Enterprise quote and compare it to a flat plan.

Alternatives with a different price model

These three charge per found contact, per record or by flat fee.

FullEnrich: pay per found contact. Pro starts at $29 a month for 500 credits and the page opens on $55 for 1,000, which is $0.055 a credit (FullEnrich pricing, September 2026). A work email is 1 credit and a mobile is 10. Unused credits roll over. See FullEnrich alternatives.

People Data Labs: pay per record retrieved. Free gives up to 100 credits a month with contact data obscured. Pro starts at $98 a month for 350 credits, which is $0.28 a credit, and self-serve stops near 100,000 profiles (People Data Labs pricing, September 2026). It is an API product with no seats. See People Data Labs alternatives.

LeadOcean: flat fee. Free is 1,000 records one-off with no card. Pro is $499 a month with unlimited searches, enrichments and lookups, 100 requests per second per key and 5 API keys. There are no credits and no overage invoice. It covers 693M people and 63M companies over REST and MCP, and the app has an Exports page with a filter builder and CSV download. It has no visitor tracking, sequencer, dialer or CRM. See pricing.
