Clearbit (Breeze Intelligence) Pricing 2026: Plans, Credits and What 1M Records Cost

There is no standalone Clearbit price. You buy a HubSpot plan, and enrichment rides on it. Here is what that costs for 10k, 1M and 25M records a month.

Clearbit has no standalone price. The cheapest way in is a HubSpot Starter seat at $7 a month. Most teams land on Marketing Hub Professional at $800 to $890 a month with 3 seats (HubSpot pricing, September 2026).

HubSpot says data enrichment does not consume HubSpot Credits (HubSpot docs, September 2026). So 1M records cost the plan fee and nothing per record. HubSpot publishes no monthly volume cap, so the real price of 1M is a question for HubSpot sales.

Clearbit is a CRM feature first and a data source second. You pay for the CRM whether or not you use it for anything else.

Plans

The old Breeze Intelligence credit plans are gone. HubSpot now sells HubSpot Credits, and enrichment is bundled into paid hubs from Starter up. Credits are pooled per account and reset monthly.

API access is the open question. Clearbit's developer docs redirect to a sign-in page, so the rate limit and new-customer access are not public (Clearbit docs, October 2026). Ask HubSpot sales before you plan around the API.

What a credit buys

A HubSpot Credit costs $0.010. Extra credits come as pay-as-you-go or as a pack of 1,000 for $10 (HubSpot credits, September 2026). Enrichment itself is not on the rate sheet, because it uses none.

All sources checked September 2026, except the Buyer Intent rate, read in October 2026. The credits product page names Data Enrichment as a tool but gives no rate, and the rate sheet has no enrichment row. HubSpot's enrichment article says it does not consume credits.

Hidden costs

The plan fee is the visible cost. The rest is where the bill drifts.

  • You need HubSpot. New Clearbit sign-ups have required a HubSpot account since December 5, 2023 (Clearbit release notes, September 2026).
  • Onboarding fees. Professional adds $3,000 one time and Enterprise adds $7,000 (HubSpot pricing, September 2026).
  • Seats. Extra seats on Marketing Hub Professional are $45 a month and on Enterprise $75.
  • Credits expire. Unused credits vanish at the end of each usage period. Overage is $0.010 a credit, invoiced in 10-credit steps (HubSpot docs, September 2026).
  • Smart properties bill on a miss. A run that finds nothing still costs credits, and the rate is not published.
  • Business emails only. Contacts need a business email and companies need a domain. Gmail-style addresses are not enriched (HubSpot docs, September 2026).
  • Small batches. An index page enrolls at most 100 records at a time. Anything bigger runs through a workflow.
  • No monthly cap published. HubSpot lists no monthly enrichment volume per plan. Its enrichment article gives no limit for segments, imports or workflows, so ask HubSpot sales (HubSpot docs, October 2026).
  • Product churn. The free Clearbit platform ended April 30, 2025. The Logo API ended December 8, 2025 (Clearbit release notes, September 2026).

Worked examples

Enrichment uses no credits, so the honest number is the plan fee. To show what credits would cost, each example also prices the Data agent at 10 credits a record. That is list arithmetic, not a bill you will get for plain enrichment.

10k records a month

  • Enrichment on Starter: 1 seat x $7 = $7 a month, if the volume is allowed.
  • Index page batches: 10,000 / 100 = 100 batches.
  • Data agent: 10,000 x 10 = 100,000 credits x $0.010 = $1,000.
  • LeadOcean Pro: $499 flat. At this volume Clearbit on Starter is cheaper for plain enrichment.

1M records a month

  • Enrichment on Marketing Hub Professional: $800 to $890 a month, plus $3,000 onboarding once. Volume allowed is unpublished.
  • Index page batches: 1,000,000 / 100 = 10,000 batches, so this is a workflow job.
  • Data agent: 1,000,000 x 10 = 10,000,000 credits x $0.010 = $100,000.
  • LeadOcean Pro: $499 flat.

25M records a month

  • Enrichment: the same plan fee, with no published cap. Ask HubSpot sales for the ceiling before you plan the run.
  • Index page batches: 25,000,000 / 100 = 250,000 batches.
  • Data agent: 25,000,000 x 10 = 250,000,000 credits x $0.010 = $2,500,000.
  • LeadOcean Pro: $499 flat. A very large month is paced down to one request a minute past the fair-usage line rather than cut off. One email to support gets more headroom.

Clearbit wins on price only if you already pay for HubSpot. If you do not, the CRM is the cost.

Is it worth it

Clearbit enrichment is worth it if your records already live in HubSpot. It fills them in where your team works.

  • HubSpot-only SMB: Starter at $7 a seat is hard to beat for filling new contacts. Keep it.
  • Sales team on Professional: Enrichment is included with the plan you already pay for. Watch smart properties and agents, which burn credits.
  • RevOps or engineer feeding a pipeline: You are buying a CRM to get a data feed, and the API is behind a sign-in. A public API is easier to plan around.
  • Agency or data product: Enrichment starts from an email or domain you already hold. It does not search for new people.
  • Large enterprise: Ask HubSpot for volume terms. Nothing public states a ceiling.

Alternatives with a different price model

These three charge by record or by flat fee, not through a CRM subscription.

FullEnrich: pay per found contact. The Pro plan is $55 a month for 1,000 credits, which is $0.055 a credit, with unlimited users and rollover (FullEnrich pricing, September 2026). A work email is 1 credit and a mobile number is 10. See FullEnrich alternatives.

People Data Labs: pay per record retrieved. Free gives up to 100 credits a month with contact data obfuscated. Pro starts at $98 a month for 350 credits, with volume pricing above that and custom Enterprise terms (People Data Labs pricing, September 2026). It is an API product with no CRM attached. See People Data Labs alternatives.

LeadOcean: flat fee. Free is 1,000 records one-off with no card. Pro is $499 a month with unlimited searches, enrichments and lookups, 100 requests per second per key and 5 API keys. There are no seats, no credits and no overage invoice. It covers 693M people and 63M companies over REST and MCP, and it finds new people by filter. It has no CRM, sequencer or dialer. See pricing.
